The alarm window of the current dispatching control system generally has five label pages of accidents, abnormity, out-of-limit, displacement and notification, and when monitoring information alarm action or reset, the alarm window is displayed on the corresponding graded label page of the alarm window and triggers the corresponding alarm sound. And the monitor judges the occurrence of the alarm event at the corresponding level according to the alarm sound and then checks the alarm content in the corresponding label page. The invention can subdivide the window of the label page as follows: the accident level information label page is divided into two columns, and accident information which is not classified secondarily and information which is promoted to an accident level after secondary classification are respectively displayed; the abnormal level information label page is divided into two columns, and abnormal information which is not secondarily graded and information which is secondarily graded into an abnormal level are respectively displayed; the informing level information label page is divided into two columns, and the informing information which is not secondarily graded is displayed and then is reduced to the informing level information after being secondarily graded. And after the information is graded for the second time, the label page before grading is not displayed, but the corresponding label page after grading is displayed, and the grading reason is displayed. As shown in fig. 2, when the switch is normally operated to send out a control loop disconnection and is not reset within 2 seconds, the information is displayed and marked with reasons on the alarm window 2 of the accident label page; when the switch normally operates to send out the disconnection of the control loop and returns within 2 seconds, but the switch has no displacement, the information is displayed on the abnormal label page warning window 1. When the switch is in the normal remote control operation process or the control loop is broken in the maintenance state, the information is displayed on the alarm window 2 of the label page, and the reason is marked.
The classification level of the monitoring information alarm is dynamically adjusted according to the actual situation, secondary classification is carried out, the effects of prominent key points and clear layers are achieved, the monitoring work of normally running equipment is prevented from being influenced by interference information, and the monitoring missing event of important alarm information by a monitor can be prevented.

Claims (1)

1. A secondary intelligent grading method for substation equipment monitoring information alarm is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when an accident, an abnormality, an out-of-limit, a displacement and an informing of a five-level monitoring information action or a reset are carried out, after any one of an alarm inhibiting mark, a maintenance listing mark and a defect mark is met, directly carrying out secondary grading to obtain an informing level;
when information acts or returns, judging after three conditions in the presence of an alarm suppression mark, the presence of a maintenance listing mark and the presence of a defect mark are not met:
1) the information is classified as accident grade according to the original grade, secondary classification is not carried out, and the information is still in the accident grade;
2) the primary grade of the information is an abnormal grade, if the action times in a period of time interval reach a certain information frequent standard, the secondary grade of the information is improved from abnormal to an accident grade due to the influence on the normal monitoring of a monitor;
3) the primary information grade is an out-of-limit grade, if the out-of-limit value exceeds an accident out-of-limit value, the secondary classification of the out-of-limit information is promoted to be an accident grade from the out-of-limit grade, and if the out-of-limit value does not reach the accident out-of-limit value, the secondary classification is not carried out, and the information is still the out-of-limit grade;
4) the primary grade of the information is a displacement grade, and if the information is frequently transmitted within a period of time, the secondary grade of the information is upgraded from the displacement grade to an accident grade due to the influence on the normal monitoring of a monitor;
5) the primary information level is an informing level, and if the action times in a period of time interval reach an abnormal standard, the secondary information level is improved from the informing level to the abnormal level; if the abnormal standard is not met, secondary grading is not carried out, and the information is still in the informing grade;
and 2), if the frequency is not frequent, judging:
(1) if the information description is that the switch control circuit is disconnected, the information is automatically reset within 2 seconds, and meanwhile, the information has displacement information of a corresponding switch, which shows that the information is associated information generated by the switch operation, and the secondary classification is reduced from an abnormal level to a notification level; the automatic reset is carried out within 2 seconds, no displacement information of a corresponding switch exists, secondary grading is not carried out, and the information is still in an abnormal grade; if the automatic reset is not performed within 2 seconds, and the switch is in the on position or any phase of the switch has current, the condition is that the switch sends out control loop disconnection information when running, and the control loop disconnection information cannot be reset, at the moment, if equipment related to the switch fails, the switch refuses to operate, the failure protection action is performed, and the accident range is expanded, so that the secondary classification of the information is improved to an accident level from abnormal; if the information is not automatically reset within 2 seconds, and the two conditions of the switch being in the closed position and the current of any phase of the switch are not met, the information is not subjected to secondary classification, and the information is still in an abnormal level;
(2) if the information description is any information of the fault of the measurement and control device, the abnormity of the measurement and control device and the communication interruption of the measurement and control device, and meanwhile, no measurement and control device of the corresponding equipment exits from recording in the running state and the OMS (scheduling production management system), the fact that the measurement and control device of the running equipment has the fault or the abnormity is proved, the related remote signaling and remote measuring cannot change, a monitor cannot perform remote control operation on the related equipment, the monitor cannot perform normal monitoring on the related equipment, and at the moment, the secondary grading of the information is improved to an accident grade from the abnormity; if the corresponding equipment exits from the running state or the monitoring and control device exits from the record in the OMS of the scheduling production management system although the equipment is in the running state, secondary classification is not performed, and the information is still in an abnormal level;
(3) if the information description is any one of the fault information and the abnormal information of the protection device, and the corresponding equipment is in the running state, the scheduling production management system OMS does not have the exit record of the protection device, which indicates that the running protection device has the fault or the abnormality, the protection device is in the unavailable state, and the protection is possible to be operated by mistake or refused to be operated after the fault of the power grid or the equipment occurs, and at the moment, the secondary classification of the information is promoted from the abnormal level to the accident level; if the corresponding equipment is in the running state or the equipment is in the running state but a protection device in the OMS exits the record, secondary grading is not carried out and the information is still in an abnormal grade;
(4) if the information description is not any information of disconnection of the switch control loop, fault of the measurement and control device, abnormity of the measurement and control device, communication interruption of the measurement and control device, fault of the protection device and abnormity of the protection device, secondary grading is not carried out, and the information is still in an abnormal grade;
and 4), if the frequency is not frequent, judging:
A) if the switch is shifted and has total station accident total information of a corresponding transformer substation, the total station accidents are always combined by all interval accidents, the interval accidents are always generated by connecting the position after the switch is switched on and the position after the switch is switched off in series, the switch accident trip is shown to happen at the moment, and the secondary grading of the information is improved to an accident grade from a shift grade; if the total station accident total information of the transformer substation does not exist; turning to the next operation;

C) if the OMS of the dispatching production management system has the monitoring transfer record of the switch operation, the switch displacement is generated in the field operation process after a monitor transfers the switch operation instruction to a field operation and maintenance worker, the switch displacement belongs to normal displacement of the switch, secondary grading is not performed, and the information is still in a displacement grade; if the switch monitoring transfer record is not available, the switch displacement is indicated to be abnormal displacement, a monitor is reminded to find and dispose in time, and the information secondary classification is promoted from the displacement level to an accident level.
