The locking mechanism enables the sealing sleeve and the corrugated pipe end piece to be tightly attached together.
Two embodiments are described below, depending on the locking mechanism.
First embodiment
The embodiment provides an end piece device of a superconducting cable corrugated pipe, which comprises a sealing sleeve, a corrugated pipe end piece, a compression check ring and a locking bolt. The sealing sleeve is sleeved on the outer wall of the corrugated pipe of the superconducting cable, and the inner wall of the sealing sleeve is provided with corrugations matched with the corrugated structure of the outer wall of the corrugated pipe, so that the sealing sleeve is fixed on the outer wall of the corrugated pipe. The bellows end piece is a hollow tube body, and an annular boss extends out of the outer wall of the bellows end piece along the radial outer side. One or more locking bolts extend out of the annular boss along the axial direction of the corrugated pipe. And a compression check ring is further sleeved on the pipe body of the corrugated pipe on the side, far away from the corrugated pipe end piece, of the sealing sleeve, and each locking bolt penetrates through the compression check ring and is fastened through a locking nut, so that the corrugated pipe end piece and the sealing sleeve are tightly attached together in a sealing fit manner.
Fig. 1 is an end piece device of a superconducting cable corrugated tube according to the present embodiment, and the structure thereof will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1. The corrugated pipe and end piece connecting device mainly comprises a sealing sleeve 1, a corrugated pipe end piece 2, a compression retainer ring 3, a locking bolt 4 and a locking nut 7. The sealing sleeve 1 is sleeved on the corrugated outer wall of the corrugated pipe 5, and the inner wall of the sealing sleeve 1 is provided with corrugations matched with the corrugated outer wall of the corrugated pipe 5, so that the sealing sleeve 1 can be stably fixed on the outer wall of the corrugated pipe 5. The corrugated pipe end piece 2 is sleeved on the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe 5, and one end of the corrugated pipe end piece 2, which is in contact with the sealing sleeve 1, is jointed by adopting a sealing structure. On the outer wall of bellows end piece 2, radially outside extends an annular projection 21. A plurality of locking bolts 4 extend from the annular boss 21 axially towards one side of the gland 1. The annular boss 21 may be in any shape other than the annular shape as long as it can support the lock bolt 4. A compression retainer ring 3 is sleeved on the corrugated pipe 5 on one side of the sealing sleeve 1 far away from the corrugated pipe end piece 2. The locking bolt 4 penetrates the pressing retainer ring 3 and is screwed and locked by the locking nut 7. Because the sealing sleeve 1 can be fastened on the outer wall of the corrugated pipe 5, the corrugated pipe end piece 2 can be pulled towards the sealing sleeve through the locking bolt 4, and the sealing sleeve 1 and the corrugated pipe end piece 2 are attached more tightly. Wherein, can also be on annular boss 21 processing through-hole, pass the locking bolt in the through-hole.
The seal between gland 1 and bellows end piece 2 may take a variety of forms and in an alternative embodiment, a tapered seal mechanism may be used. The outer circumference of the sealing sleeve 1 is conical and its outer diameter increases gradually away from the bellows end piece 2. The inner circumference of bellows end piece 2 is correspondingly conical and its inner diameter increases towards sealing sleeve 1. The taper of the sealing sleeve 1 is consistent with that of the corrugated pipe end piece 2, so that the corrugated pipe end piece 2 is sleeved on the outer side of the sealing sleeve 1 and locked through the locking bolt, and the two conical surfaces are tightly attached. The bellows end piece 2 transmits pressure to the gland 1 via a conical surface, tightly fitting it to the outer surface of the bellows 5. Of course, other sealing arrangements, such as shoulder to shoulder, are possible, however, a conical sealing arrangement is preferred.
In an alternative embodiment, the outer circumference of the sealing sleeve 1 is conical and its inner diameter is gradually increasing towards the bellows end piece 2. The outer circumference of bellows end piece 2 is correspondingly conical and its outer diameter increases in the direction away from sealing sleeve 1. The taper of the sealing sleeve 1 is consistent with that of the corrugated pipe end piece 2, so that the corrugated pipe end piece 2 is sleeved on the inner side of the sealing sleeve 1 and locked through the locking bolt, and the two conical surfaces are tightly attached.
When the sealing sleeve 1 and the corrugated pipe 5 are in a low-temperature environment, the sealing sleeve 1 and the corrugated pipe 5 may shrink, and the shrinkage rates of the sealing sleeve 1 and the corrugated pipe 5 are different, so that a gap is formed between the sealing sleeve 1 and the corrugated pipe 5, and the sealing effect is weakened. In an alternative embodiment, a first locking spring 6 is further arranged between the locking nut 7 and the compression retainer ring 3, the first locking spring 6 is sleeved on the locking bolt 4, and when the contraction is inconsistent, the first locking spring 6 releases the elastic force to tightly clamp the sealing sleeve 1 on the outer surface of the corrugated pipe 5, so that the sealing effect is ensured. In addition, the first locking spring 6 can be used for releasing and releasing the elastic force according to different temperature environments, so that the sealing between the sealing sleeve 1 and the corrugated pipe 5 is ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, the sealing sleeve is a soft material, such as rubber.
In an alternative embodiment, a sealing ring is also provided on the mating conical surfaces of the gland and bellows end piece 2.
In an alternative embodiment, bellows end piece 2 is made of a stainless steel material.
Second embodiment
The end piece device of the superconducting cable corrugated pipe mainly comprises a sealing sleeve 1, a corrugated pipe end piece 2 and a locking sleeve 8. The bellows end piece 2 is sleeved on the outer circumference of the bellows 5, and one end of the bellows end piece 2, which is contacted with the sealing sleeve 1, is connected. On the outer circumference of the bellows end piece 2, a thread is provided, and the locking sleeve 8 has an internal thread cooperating therewith. The locking sleeve 8 also has an inner shoulder 81 that engages with the end face of the sealing sleeve 1. The inner shoulder 81 of the locking sleeve 8 rests against the end face of the sealing sleeve 1 on the side remote from the end of the bellows and is screwed to the bellows end piece 2. Since sealing sleeve 1 can be fastened to the outer wall of bellows 5, bellows end piece 2 can be pulled in the direction of the sealing sleeve by means of locking sleeve 8, which also makes the joint between sealing sleeve 1 and bellows end piece 2 tighter.
In an alternative embodiment, a second locking spring (not shown) is also provided between the inner shoulder 81 of the locking sleeve 8 and the end face of the sealing sleeve 1 on the side remote from the end of the bellows. The second locking spring may be a spring which is fitted over the bellows 5 and is compressed between the inner shoulder 81 and the end face of the sealing sleeve 1 on the side remote from the end of the bellows. It is also possible to provide an annular groove (not shown) in the end face of the sealing sleeve 1 on the side remote from the end of the bellows, in which groove the second locking spring is placed.
The method of using the end piece device of the superconducting cable corrugated tube of the first embodiment is as follows:
the compression check ring, the sealing sleeve and the corrugated pipe end piece are sequentially sleeved on the outer side of the corrugated pipe of the superconducting cable, so that the plurality of locking bolts penetrate through the compression check ring and are fastened by the locking nuts, the corrugated pipe end piece and the sealing sleeve are tightly connected through the sealing structure, and the sealing sleeve and the corrugated pipe end piece are tightly connected.
In an alternative embodiment, between the step of sleeving the compression collar and the sealing sleeve on the outer side of the corrugated pipe of the superconducting cable and the step of sleeving the corrugated pipe end piece on the outer side of the corrugated pipe of the superconducting cable, a sealing paste is coated on the surface where the sealing sleeve and the corrugated pipe are jointed with each other.
In an alternative embodiment, the end face of the bellows is no less than 10cm from the end face of the gland.
The end piece device of the superconducting cable corrugated pipe replaces the connecting effect of the corrugated pipe end piece and the terminal container which can be finished in the prior welding mode, and a series of complicated processes caused by the welding process are avoided. When the locking bolt is fastened, the corrugated pipe end piece is driven to move, and the moving force is transmitted to the sealing sleeve through the inner conical surface of the corrugated pipe end piece. The sealing sleeve is made of soft material and is tightly hooped on the surface of the corrugated pipe after being stressed and contracted to realize the sealing connection of the corrugated pipe and the end piece, so that the sealing connection mode of welding the corrugated pipe end piece and the corrugated pipe in the prior art can be avoided, and the heat insulating materials among the corrugated pipes need to be cut off and then connected due to the welding process. When the corrugated pipe is in a low-temperature environment, the sealing between the sealing sleeve and the corrugated pipe can be damaged due to inconsistent contraction, but the problem is solved skillfully by adding the locking spring, if the sealing sleeve contracts, the locking spring can automatically release elasticity to continuously compress the sealing sleeve through the retainer ring, and finally, the sealing connection between the sealing sleeve and the corrugated pipe is realized.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
