本发明涉及一种碳纤维材质电线电缆,包括由碳纤维复合芯形成的导体芯层,所述的导体芯层由内到外依次包括有硬铝圆线绞合层、碳纤维包覆层、绝缘导热层、限位护套和外护套,所述硬铝圆线绞合层、碳纤维包覆层和绝缘导热层设置在限位护套内,所述外护套包括由内向外的PET塑料绕包带,绕包带外包裹有金属丝编织网,金属编织网外包裹有橡胶保护套。本发明利用碳纤维复合芯绞合形成的导体芯层,提高了架空输电电缆的抗拉强度,可实现大跨距架空并且提高了载流量,架空输电电缆所需的杆塔数量减少,大大降低了人力物力等成本;限位护套的设置加强了电缆之间的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力输送技术领域,尤其涉及一种碳纤维材质电线电缆。
背景技术
现有的电缆,一般采用镀锌钢丝作为线芯,外层绞合圆形的铝合金线。这种电缆主要存在以下几方面的问题:一、由于外层绞合的是圆形的铝合金线,导致线与线之间的间隙大,有效截面积小,且外径大,储存和运输过程中占用空间大。二、由圆形的铝合金线绞合形成的外层表面凹凸不平、不光滑,容易堆积冰雪或其他负重物质,增加电缆的负重,抗冰雪能力差,容易压弯破坏电缆。三、所用镀锌钢丝的抗拉强度低,重量大,架设时跨距较小,架设电缆所需的杆塔数量多,不但成本大,浪费人力物力,而且占用土地资源多。
基于以上问题,现有的电缆已无法满足电力建设快速发展的新需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种碳纤维材质电线电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种碳纤维材质电线电缆,包括由碳纤维复合芯形成的导体芯层,所述的导体芯层由内到外依次包括有硬铝圆线绞合层、碳纤维包覆层、绝缘导热层、限位护套和外护套;
所述硬铝圆线绞合层、碳纤维包覆层和绝缘导热层设置在限位护套内;
所述外护套包括由内向外的PET塑料绕包带,绕包带外包裹有金属丝编织网,金属编织网外包裹有橡胶保护套;
所述限位护套和外护套之间的空隙内设有氧化镁填充物。
进一步的,所述碳纤维包覆层的一端设置有交直流变换器。
进一步的,所述限位护套为软质塑料。
进一步的,所述的硬铝圆线绞合层为3股硬铝圆线绞合而成。
进一步的,所述导体芯层包括一根碳纤维复合芯。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:利用碳纤维复合芯绞合形成的导体芯层,提高了架空输电电缆的抗拉强度,且重量轻,可实现大跨距架空并且提高了载流量,架空输电电缆所需的杆塔数量减少,大大降低了人力物力等成本,并且土地资源少;限位护套的设置加强了电缆之间的稳定性,避免电缆的位移;并且外护套上的金属丝编织网大大加强了电缆的抗老化能力,从而延长了使用寿命。

请参阅图1所示的一种碳纤维材质电线电缆,包括由碳纤维复合芯形成的导体芯层,所述的导体芯层由内到外依次包括有硬铝圆线绞合层1、碳纤维包覆层2、绝缘导热层3、限位护套4和外护套5;
所述硬铝圆线绞合层1、碳纤维包覆层2和绝缘导热层3设置在限位护套4内;加强了电缆之间的稳定性,避免电缆的位移。
所述外护套5包括由内向外的PET塑料绕包带,绕包带外包裹有金属丝编织网,金属编织网外包裹有橡胶保护套;金属丝编织网大大加强了电缆的抗老化能力,延长使用寿命。
所述限位护套4和外护套5之间的空隙内设有氧化镁填充物。
其中,所述碳纤维包覆层2的一端设置有交直流变换器;交直流变换器上还可以连接漏电保护器和温控器。
其中,所述限位护套4为软质塑料,所述的硬铝圆线绞合层1为3股硬铝圆线绞合而成,所述导体芯层包括一根碳纤维复合芯。
与传统的同类产品相比,本发明的碳纤维复合电缆可满足大截面高压、特高压线路的建设,减少了电力在传输中的损耗,提高了电力传输效率。
本发明的碳纤维复合电缆利用碳纤维复合芯绞合形成的导体芯层,从而提高了架空输电电缆的抗拉强度,且重量轻,可实现大跨距架空并且提高了载流量,架空输电电缆所需的杆塔数量减少,大大降低了人力物力等成本,并且土地资源少;限位护套的设置加强了电缆之间的稳定性,避免电缆的位移;并且外护套上的金属丝编织网大大加强了电缆的抗老化能力,从而延长了使用寿命。

1.一种碳纤维材质电线电缆,其特征在于:包括由碳纤维复合芯形成的导体芯层,所述的导体芯层由内到外依次包括有硬铝圆线绞合层(1)、碳纤维包覆层(2)、绝缘导热层(3)、限位护套(4)和外护套(5);
所述硬铝圆线绞合层(1)、碳纤维包覆层(2)和绝缘导热层(3)设置在限位护套(4)内;
所述外护套(5)包括由内向外的PET塑料绕包带,绕包带外包裹有金属丝编织网,金属编织网外包裹有橡胶保护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维材质电线电缆,其特征在于:所述碳纤维包覆层(2)的一端设置有交直流变换器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维材质电线电缆,其特征在于:所述限位护套(4)为软质塑料。
