Example one
A first embodiment of the present invention provides a gift pushing method based on a social application, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
s11, tracking the communication records of the user and the social contact object, and analyzing keywords related to the gift;
specifically, the social objects are contacts of the user in the social application. E.g., friends in QQ, contacts in Wechat; the social object has a social account number as a unique identifier. The user adds the social account of the specified object in the social application to enable the specified object to become the social object of the user in the social application, and the user can be instantly contacted with the social object in a network environment. All instant contact information of the user and the social contact object forms a communication record of the user and the social contact object, and the communication record comprises information such as characters, pictures, voice and the like.
The social application presets a gift keyword library. The keyword library contains a plurality of gift types: for example: types of clothing, luggage, flowers, food, jewelry, books, etc., each type containing a plurality of keywords, for example; the clothes comprise coats, skirts, trousers, underwear, shoes and the like; the case includes various hot money packs, branded packs, and the like.
S12, judging whether keywords related to the gift exist in the communication record, and if yes, setting a gift label and a gift preference record for the social object;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a communication record of a user and a social contact object regularly or in real time, analyzing information obtained after text, picture and voice in the communication record are converted into text, comparing the information with keywords in a keyword library, and confirming that the social contact object has a potential requirement of delivering gifts if the communication record contains gift keywords in the gift keyword library, so that a label is set for the social contact user to distinguish the social contact object from other social contact objects which do not have the requirement of delivering gifts in social contact application. Meanwhile, gift preference records are set for the social contact objects with the tags, the gift preference records are gift keywords confirmed from the communication records, and if a plurality of gift keywords exist, sorting is carried out according to the frequency of the keywords or the sequence of the keywords.
S13, pushing a gift sending scheme related to the gift preference record to the user before the user is set with the gift tag on the set date;
the set dates comprise fixed holidays such as valentine's day, seven sunset, mid-autumn day, children's day, teacher's day, Christmas day, replay day and the like which are automatically set in the calendar; also included are dates set by the user on purpose: such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and other specially set anniversaries. The set dates can be related to social objects in the social application in a mode of manual addition by a user; dates corresponding to the social object names may also be imported from the address book. Because there are users who have a certain misfill or not fill in the birthday, the users can also be reminded to make corrections to the set dates during the social process.
The method supports the user to label the social contact object, the system labeled as the star-level object focuses on the hobbies of the object, meanwhile, the reminding frequency is increased, and the related content of the hobbies of the object can be recommended to the user.
For pushing gifts for a set date, preferably, the gifts are recommended before the set date, for example, a gifts scheme is pushed to a user ten days before a birthday, a fixed festival and a memorial day so as to be convenient for a user to select the recommended gifts, the pushed gifts scheme can be prompted by a mobile phone status bar or any mobile phone screen semitransparent floating window, and whether the gifts are prepared or not is inquired. The user may, after receiving the relevant gift push, make some responsive action, such as selecting one of the gift schemes to be presented as the determined gift, or not currently making the selection, but selecting a later reminder or a reminder of the day, such as the presented gift belonging to the electronic gift, or not requiring the gift but requiring the day to send a blessing or celebration. If the user selects the "gifting gift" option, the gift push function is entered. Select the "reminder of the day" option, ask if a restaurant or ticket, etc. needs to be reserved, and then enter the reservation program.
According to the gift pushing method based on the social application, in the daily communication process with the social objects, gift giving requirements of the user for the relevant social objects are automatically analyzed and obtained, and corresponding gift sending schemes are pushed according to needs, so that the user can easily select and remind gift of the social objects according to dates, embarrassment that the gift is missed in dates or the gift is not satisfactory in date sending is avoided, and a good assistant function is played for the user to establish an unprecedented social relationship.
Example two
A second embodiment of the present invention provides a gift pushing method based on a social application, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
s21, tracking the communication records of the user and the social contact object, and analyzing keywords related to the gift;
s22, judging whether keywords related to the gift exist in the communication record, and if yes, setting a gift label and a gift preference record for the social object;
the method comprises the steps of obtaining a communication record of a user and a social contact object regularly or in real time, analyzing information obtained after text, picture and voice in the communication record are converted into text, comparing the information with keywords in a keyword library, and confirming that the social contact object has a potential requirement of delivering gifts if the communication record contains gift keywords in the gift keyword library, so that a label is set for the social contact user to distinguish the social contact object from other social contact objects which do not have the requirement of delivering gifts in social contact application. Meanwhile, gift preference records are set for the social contact objects with the tags, the gift preference records are gift keywords confirmed from the communication records, and if a plurality of gift keywords exist, sorting is carried out according to the frequency of the keywords or the sequence of the keywords.
Of course, the user may also set a tag for the social object in advance to determine that the social object belongs to the object needing gift offering, and obtain the gift offering reminding information sent by the system before the set date. For the social contact object used for presetting the label, the communication records of the user and the social contact object are analyzed, the gift requirement and the gift preference of the social contact object are analyzed, and further a gift preference record is formed for the social contact object.
For the tags configured by the social application, the user can modify the tags according to the impression of the user on the other side on the basis of the configured tags so as to ensure the reliability and the standard of the tags.
And S23, pushing a gift sending scheme related to the gift preference record to the user before the setting date for the user provided with the gift tag.
And pushing a gift sending scheme related to the gift preference record to the user ten days before the set date for the user provided with the gift tag.
And S24, generating a gift order according to the information confirmed by the user and finishing the gift distribution to the corresponding social object.

According to different objects, the gift alternative is provided for the user, and the user is required to input selection parameters such as acceptable price range, participation degree of the user and the like. The participation degree is divided into three grades of 0%, 50% and 100%, for example, the participation degree of 0% means not participating at all, and the platform full authority is responsible for the manufacturing or accuracy of the gift, namely belonging to the finished gift, such as clothes, bags, shoes, jewelry and the like; 50% means semi-participated and requires user participation to form a final gift, for example, a gift that may be semi-handmade, for example, some semi-finished products that make a finished product, such as some semi-finished artwork, requiring a user to perform an inscription, a signature, etc.; some semi-finished ornaments, such as beads, etc., require the user to finish the finished product according to the design of the user; 100% means deep participation, and is suitable for important gifts, such as gifts made by full hands, and the like.
For friends who have been marked as star, the system will not only push the gift merchant; but also pushes the current market famous brands and respective characteristics of the gifts, and simultaneously, the selection details of the gifts and the pushing of evaluation criteria and related knowledge. The user can conveniently and deeply know the information.
If the user selects the participation degree of 0%, local reservation or keyword search of the shopping website is performed according to the scheme selected by the user. The system automatically matches excellent merchants, generates a pre-order and shows the pre-order to the user, and the user is unsatisfied and can choose to change one order until the order is satisfied. After the user confirms, the order is automatically placed, and the subsequent distribution and other procedures are completed. For example, when the user selects to send flowers or cakes, the user is helped to preferentially select a flower shop or a cake shop for reservation in the opposite city, a pre-order is automatically generated, an order page is displayed for the user, the user automatically places an order after confirming the order, and the user can send the order to a specified place on the same day. The merchants can be pushed to the users according to the store credit, the goodness and the like, or form long-term cooperation with shops, florists and the like, and the cooperative shops are preferentially pushed. Selecting the object to be reminded on the day, inquiring whether the day celebration is needed, if so, inquiring in what way to celebrate, recommending restaurants, scenic spots or movie theaters and the like according to the services available by the cooperative merchants, and ordering after the user selects. Meanwhile, the date is still reminded by floating window or status bar messages. Meanwhile, the same city merchant can push the friends according to the time and activities in the day; for star-class friends, large activities (such as concerts, various games and the like), tourism and the like in nearby cities can be pushed.
According to the gift pushing method based on the social application, in the process of daily communication with the social object, gift giving requirements of the user for the related social object are automatically analyzed and obtained, corresponding gift schemes are sent according to needs, the user can easily realize gift selection and date reminding for the social object, order delivery is realized for the user according to selection confirmed by the user, embarrassment that date missing or date sending is not satisfactory does not occur in gift delivery, and a very rudimentary social relationship is established for the user to play a good assistant role.
