本发明公开了一种矿用消音风机,包括外壳、内壳、集流器和电机,所述外壳与内壳之间填充有降噪物,所述电机通过电机固定轴固定在内壳内,所述电机前端和后端分别安装有前叶轮和后叶轮,所述内壳前端安装有集流器,所述集流器前端安装有过滤网,所述过滤网前安装有进风口。其优点在于:本发明通过在风机底部安装滑板,便于使用过程中在巷道内的搬运,节约了人力;通过在风机内部安装双叶轮,加大了风机的压力,提高了风机的风量;通过在风机内壳和外壳以及整流帽内部均填充有降噪物,有效的减小了噪音,防止了噪音对人体的伤害。

技术领域
本发明属于矿用风机领域,具体涉及一种矿用消音风机。
背景技术
风机广泛用于工厂、矿井、隧道、冷却塔、车辆、船舶和建筑物的通风、排尘和冷却;锅炉和工业炉窑的通风和引风;空气调节设备和家用电器设备中的冷却和通风;谷物的烘干和选送;风洞风源和气垫船的充气和推进等。风机的工作原理与透平压缩机基本相同,只是由于气体流速较低,压力变化不大,一般不需要考虑气体比容的变化,即把气体作为不可压缩流体处理。
国内矿用通风机基本上是在煤矿井下相对密闭的空间使用,其正常运行时产生的噪音易使长期在井下工作的矿工出现耳鸣、头晕、四肢无力以及注意力不集中等症状,对矿工身体的损伤严重;同时由于目前金属矿山开采中,巷道断面都比较小,送风的管道都不能使用较大直径的风管,给安全供风有了很大困难,现有的矿用局部通风机只有一组叶轮和导叶,风压小,无法实现金属矿山采掘中的不规范巷道的安全供风。因此,需要研发一种噪音小、阻力小、风量较大的矿用风机。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种噪音小、阻力小、风量较大的矿用消音风机。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种矿用消音风机,包括外壳、内壳、集流器和电机,其创新点在于:所述外壳与内壳之间填充有降噪物,所述电机通过电机固定轴固定在内壳内,所述电机前端和后端分别安装有前叶轮和后叶轮,所述内壳前端安装有集流器,所述集流器前端安装有过滤网,所述过滤网前安装有进风口。
进一步的,所述外壳底部安装有滑板。
进一步的,所述集流器外端为向外弧形敞口的喇叭状,所述集流器内部固定有整流帽,所述整流帽为弧面朝向集流器的半球状结构,所述整流帽内部填充有降噪物。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过在风机底部安装滑板,便于使用过程中在巷道内的搬运,节约了人力;
(2)本发明通过在风机内部安装双叶轮,加大了风机的压力,提高了风机的风量;
(3)本发明通过在风机内壳和外壳以及整流帽内部均填充有降噪物,有效的减小了噪音,防止了噪音对人体的伤害。

如图1所示,一种矿用消音风机,包括外壳1、内壳2、集流器4和电机3,外壳1与内壳2之间填充有降噪物12,电机3通过电机固定轴10固定在内壳2上,电机3前端和后端分别安装有前叶轮5和后叶轮6,加大了风机的压力,提高了风机的风量,内壳2前端安装有集流器4,集流器4前端安装有过滤网7,过滤网7前安装有进风口8。
外壳1底部安装有滑板11,便于风机使用过程中在巷道内的搬运,节约了人力。
集流器4外端为向外弧形敞口的喇叭状,集流器4内部固定有整流帽9,整流帽9为弧面朝向集流器的半球状结构,整流帽9内部填充有降噪物10。
本发明通过在风机内壳2和外壳1以及整流帽9内部均填充有降噪物10,有效的减小了噪音,防止了噪音对人体的伤害。
