本发明公开了一种多功能铝合金窗户,包括窗框本体和左右两扇可移动扇窗两扇扇窗的内侧和外侧对称设置有移动刮片和固定刮片,移动刮片采用沟槽式连接方式固定在扇窗上,固定刮片两端分别设有伸入端,固定刮片通过伸入端插入扇窗的上、下轨道内部,并通过螺栓螺纹固定,移动刮片和固定刮片靠近玻璃的一面设有毛刷,移动刮片和固定刮片的顶部均设有注水口,扇窗内安装双层玻璃,扇窗的四周设置有玻璃卡槽,双层玻璃卡合在玻璃卡槽内,双层玻璃之间设置有间隙,双层玻璃之间的间隙通过密封胶条密封,双层玻璃之间的间隙在密封胶条的内侧设有隔热条,双层玻璃之间的间隙还填充有惰性气体。本发明具有自动清洁、隔热、隔音、节能的优点。

本发明涉及门窗领域,具体是一种多功能铝合金窗户。
背景技术
随着社会的日益进步发展,人们的生活质量不断提高,人们的居住条件也随着社会的日益进步不断提高,铝合金窗普遍出现在人们的日常生活中。目前,铝合金门窗由于具有外形美观、密封性好、重量轻和便于安装等优点,已经广泛应用于各种建筑物中,成为建筑用门窗的主流。但是目前铝合金窗户还存在一些缺陷:现有的各种高楼大厦离不开铝合金窗户,有些楼层特别高,窗户室外的玻璃难以清洗,如果要请人清洗,费时费力,成本太高;而且在隔音、节能等方面仍然存在一定的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能铝合金窗户,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多功能铝合金窗户,包括窗框本体和左右两扇可移动扇窗,所述窗框本体采用铝合金制成,所述两扇扇窗的内侧和外侧对称设置有移动刮片和固定刮片,所述移动刮片采用沟槽式连接方式固定在扇窗上,所述移动刮片和固定刮片呈长方形薄板,所述固定刮片两端分别设有伸入端,所述固定刮片通过伸入端插入扇窗的上、下轨道内部,并通过螺栓螺纹固定,所述移动刮片和固定刮片靠近玻璃的一面设有毛刷,所述移动刮片和固定刮片的顶部均设有注水口,所述扇窗内安装双层玻璃,所述扇窗的四周设置有玻璃卡槽,所述双层玻璃卡合在玻璃卡槽内,所述双层玻璃之间设置有间隙,所述双层玻璃之间的间隙通过密封胶条密封,所述双层玻璃之间的间隙在密封胶条的内侧设有隔热条,所述双层玻璃之间的间隙还填充有惰性气体。
优选地,所述双层玻璃与玻璃卡槽的槽底之间还设置有玻璃垫块。
优选地,所述双层玻璃为光色玻璃。
优选地,所述双层玻璃与玻璃卡槽之间还设置有橡胶垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用移动刮片和固定刮片可实现窗户的自动清洁,当扇窗在日常开关时,移动刮片采用沟槽式连接方式固定在扇窗上,可拆卸清洗,保证窗户的清洁效果,窗户的玻璃采用光色玻璃,当太阳光比较强烈时玻璃会自动根据太阳光的强度变色使得照射到室内的光线变得柔和,且有阴凉之感,同时也可以更好的保护用户的隐私;本发明采用双层玻璃,且双层玻璃之间的间隙设有隔热条,还填充有惰性气体,使本发明具有自动清洁、隔热、隔音、节能的优点。

请参阅图1和2,本发明实施例中,一种多功能铝合金窗户,包括窗框本体1和左右两扇可移动扇窗2,所述窗框本体1采用铝合金制成。
所述两扇扇窗2的内侧和外侧对称设置有移动刮片3和固定刮片4,所述移动刮片3采用沟槽式连接方式固定在扇窗2上,所述移动刮片3和固定刮片4呈长方形薄板,所述固定刮片4两端分别设有伸入端41,所述固定刮片4通过伸入端41插入扇窗2的上、下轨道内部,并通过螺栓螺纹固定。
所述移动刮片3和固定刮片4靠近玻璃的一面设有毛刷,所述移动刮片3和固定刮片4的顶部均设有注水口。
所述扇窗2内安装双层玻璃21,所述扇窗2的四周设置有玻璃卡槽22,所述双层玻璃21卡合在玻璃卡槽22内,所述双层玻璃21与玻璃卡槽之间还设置有橡胶垫23,所述双层玻璃21之间设置有间隙,所述双层玻璃21之间的间隙通过密封胶条24密封,所述双层玻璃21之间的间隙在密封胶条的内侧设有隔热条26,所述双层玻璃21之间的间隙还填充有惰性气体。
所述双层玻璃21与玻璃卡槽22的槽底之间还设置有用于调整玻璃位置的玻璃垫块25。
所述双层玻璃21为光色玻璃。
本发明采用移动刮片3和固定刮片4可实现窗户的自动清洁,当扇窗在日常开关时,移动刮片3采用沟槽式连接方式固定在扇窗上,可拆卸清洗,保证窗户的清洁效果,当扇窗移动时移动刮片3会随着扇窗的移动而移动,固定刮片4固定在窗户的上、下轨道上,当扇窗左右移动时固定刮片4不随着扇窗的移动而移动。
窗户的玻璃采用光色玻璃,其优点是当太阳光比较强烈时玻璃会自动根据太阳光的强度变色使得照射到室内的光线变得柔和,且有阴凉之感,同时也可以更好的保护用户的隐私。
本发明采用双层玻璃,且双层玻璃之间的间隙设有隔热条,还填充有惰性气体,使本发明具有隔热、隔音、节能的优点。
