Abstract

一种拼接式微晶玻璃板材，包括板材整体，所述板材一侧设有突出条，另一侧设有凹槽，两者相契合，所述突出条外表面包裹有硅胶层，一端比板材端部短0.1—0.3mm，所述凹槽一端部封闭，封闭厚度为0.1—0.3mm，所述突出条为卧T型。本发明结构简单，使用时只需将板材的突出条较短一端从凹槽未封闭端卡入即可完成拼接，板材侧边的突出条与凹槽相契合，能够使得板材拼接后不会脱出，同时凹槽端部的封闭处使得板材拼接时对位精确，能够有效提高拼接速度和平整度。

本发明属于建筑装饰材料领域，具体涉及一种拼接式微晶玻璃板材。
背景技术
微晶玻璃板材是一种美观实用的高档装饰材料，并且有着高强度、硬度。光滑平整、厚度薄等诸多优点。现有微晶玻璃板材在铺设时，需要在地面或墙面铺设水泥再将板材一一对准固定，拼接精度不高，速度较慢，甚至在使用较长时间后会突起松动，影响美观性。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种拼接式微晶玻璃板材，拼接速度快，对位简单精确，表面平整度高，且不会松动脱出。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供的技术方案为：
一种拼接式微晶玻璃板材，包括板材本体，所述板材一侧设有突出条，另一侧设有凹槽，两者相契合，所述突出条外表面包裹有硅胶层，一端比板材短0.1—0.3mm，所述凹槽一端部封闭，封闭厚度为0.1—0.3mm。
进一步的，所述突出条为卧T型。
更进一步的，所述硅胶层厚度为0.05mm。
本发明在使用时，只需将板材的突出条较短一端从凹槽未封闭端卡入即可完成拼接，简单快捷。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、卧T型突出条与凹槽相契合，在拼接后能够紧密锁扣，使得板材不会脱出；
2、凹槽端部的封闭处使得板材拼接时对位精确，无需刻意调整板材端部对齐，提高拼接速度和平整度；
3、突出条外层的硅胶层表面柔软，具有良好的吸附性，能够使得拼接过程中突出条和凹槽不会相互摩擦损伤，影响拼接精度，同时使得拼接后的板材契合严密，不易松动。

进一步的，所述突出条2为卧T型。
更进一步的，所述硅胶层21厚度为0.05mm。
