Abstract

本发明公开了一种心脏支架用合金材料,各组分质量百分数为0.5‑1%Nd、0.1‑0.5%Ce、2‑6%W、0.5‑1%Mo、1‑2%Al2O3和0.55‑1%Ti,其余为Mg。本发明所述的心脏支架材料具有抗过敏性能,耐有机物和碱的腐蚀性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及心脏支架,特别涉及一种心脏支架。
背景技术
心脏支架又称冠状动脉支架,是心脏介入手术中常用的医疗器械,具有疏通动脉血管的作用。主要材料为不锈钢、镍钛合金或钴铬合金。最早出现在20世纪80年代,经历了金属支架、镀膜支架、可溶性支架的研制历程。目前,心脏支架材料如钴合金、钛合金,不锈钢材料长期植入血管后可导致血管内膜增生,从而增加晚期血栓时间,而生物可降解聚乳酸等高分子材料,由于其血管支撑性能达不到要求,限制了这类材料的使用范围。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决上述材料存在的问题,本发明提供了一种心脏支架用合金材料。
技术方案:本发明所述的心脏支架用合金材料,各组分质量百分数为0.5-1%Nd、0.1-0.5%Ce、2-6%W、0.5-1%Mo、1-2%Al2O3和0.55-1%Ti,其余为Mg。镁合金是以镁为基加入其他元素组成的合金。其特点是密度小(1.8g/cm3镁合金左右),比强度高,比弹性模量大,散热好,消震性好,承受冲击载荷能力比铝合金大,耐有机物和碱的腐蚀性能好。钛是20世纪50年代发展起来的一种重要的结构金属,钛合金因具有强度高、耐蚀性好、耐热性高等特点而被广泛用于各个领域。
所述Nd与Al2O3质量比为1:2。
所述合金材料各组分质量百分数为0.6%Nd、0.1-0.4%Ce、4-6%W、0.5-0.8%Mo、1.2%Al2O3和和0.8-1%Ti,其余为Mg。
所述合金材料包括质量百分数为0.6%Nd、0.2-0.3%Ce、4-6%W、0.6%Mo、1.2%Al2O3和和0.8-1%Ti,其余为Mg。

有益效果:本发明所述的心脏支架材料具有使用寿命长,材料性能优异。

实施例1:0.5%Nd、0.1%Ce、2%W、0.5%Mo、1%Al2O3和0.55%Ti,其余为Mg。
实施例2:1%Nd、0.5%Ce、6%W、1%Mo、2%Al2O3和1%Ti,其余为Mg。
实施例3:0.6%Nd、0.1%Ce、4%W、0.5%Mo、1.2%Al2O3和0.8%Ti,其余为Mg。
实施例4:0.6%Nd、0.4%Ce、6%W、0.8%Mo、1.2%Al2O3和1%Ti,其余为Mg。
实施例5:0.6%Nd、0.2%Ce、4%W、0.6%Mo、1.2%Al2O3和0.8%Ti,其余为Mg。
实施例6:0.6%Nd、0.3%Ce、6%W、0.6%Mo、1.2%Al2O3和1%Ti,其余为Mg。

1.一种心脏支架用合金材料,其特征在于,各组分质量百分数为0.5-1%Nd、0.1-0.5%Ce、2-6%W、0.5-1%Mo、1-2%Al2O3和0.55-1%Ti,其余为Mg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的心脏支架用合金材料,其特征在于,所述Nd与Al2O3质量比为1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的心脏支架用合金材料,其特征在于,所述合金材料各组分质量百分数为0.6%Nd、0.1-0.4%Ce、4-6%W、0.5-0.8%Mo、1.2%Al2O3和和0.8-1%Ti,其余为Mg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的心脏支架用合金材料,其特征在于,所述合金材料各组分质量百分数为0.6%Nd、0.2-0.3%Ce、4-6%W、0.6%Mo、1.2%Al2O3和和0.8-1%Ti,其余为Mg。
