Background
In the heating system of the coking oven, the exchange shutter is commonly called an exhaust gas disk, which can supply blast furnace gas and air, discharge exhaust gas and regulate gas flow. When the blast furnace gas is used for heating the ascending air flow, the two waste gas discs fall down through the waste gas sector wheels, the gas mound is lifted up through the gas sector wheels, the air cover plate is lifted up, and the gas and the air are supplied to the regenerator.
