本发明涉及一种防霉聚丙烯薄膜,包括以下重量份的原料:聚丙烯80‑90份、三氧化二锑0.1‑0.5份、氢氧化铝0.2‑0.6份、2,6‑三级丁基‑4‑甲基苯酚0.1‑0.5份、亚磷酸酯0.05‑0.1份、电气石1‑4份、纳米二氧化钛3‑6份、载银沸石1‑4份、辣根精油0.05‑0.1份、环氧大豆油0.1‑0.5份、茶树精油0.05‑0.1份、凹凸棒土1‑4份、精氨酸接枝壳聚糖0.1‑0.5份、纳米膨润土0.1‑0.5份、竹纤维2‑5份、活性炭1‑4份、碳酸钙1‑4份。本发明的聚丙烯薄膜综合性能优越,具有优异的抗菌防霉性能,安全可靠,大大延长了使用寿命,非常适用于食品的包装;同时,原材料来源广泛,经济适用。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜领域,具体涉及一种防霉聚丙烯薄膜。
背景技术
随着工业的不断发展,高分子材料广泛应用,各个领域对材料性能的要求不断提升。为了满足应用的需要,单纯纯树脂制成的材料显得力不从心,所以,高分子材料领域必须推陈出新,塑料改性的研究也就越来越重要,例如期望聚合物材料耐高温、易于加工成型、具有很好的韧性、较高的强度、性能良好而且价格低廉等等。单一的均聚物材料往往难以满足上述要求,因此可以通过纳米复合技术对现有聚合物材料进行改性,可以制成综合性能优异的新型高分子材料,已成为新材料开发领域的重要研究方向,具有广阔的市场开发应用前景。
聚丙烯薄膜有良好的光泽和很好的透明度,耐热酸碱、耐溶剂、耐摩擦、耐撕裂、能透气等优点;广泛应用于食品、糖果、香烟、茶叶、果汁、牛奶、纺织品等的包装,有“包装皇后”的美称。但现有的聚丙烯薄膜存在防霉效果不好的问题。

本发明的目的在于:提供一种防霉聚丙烯薄膜。

一种防霉聚丙烯薄膜,包括以下重量份的原料:
聚丙烯80-90份、三氧化二锑0.1-0.5份、氢氧化铝0.2-0.6份、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.1-0.5份、亚磷酸酯0.05-0.1份、电气石1-4份、纳米二氧化钛3-6份、载银沸石1-4份、辣根精油0.05-0.1份、环氧大豆油0.1-0.5份、茶树精油0.05-0.1份、凹凸棒土1-4份、精氨酸接枝壳聚糖0.1-0.5份、纳米膨润土0.1-0.5份、竹纤维2-5份、活性炭1-4份、碳酸钙1-4份。
优选地,一种防霉聚丙烯薄膜,包括以下重量份的原料:
聚丙烯85份、三氧化二锑0.2份、氢氧化铝0.3份、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.2份、亚磷酸酯0.06份、电气石2份、纳米二氧化钛4份、载银沸石2份、辣根精油0.06份、环氧大豆油0.2份、茶树精油0.06份、凹凸棒土2份、精氨酸接枝壳聚糖0.2份、纳米膨润土0.2份、竹纤维3份、活性炭2份、碳酸钙2份。
