Abstract
The invention discloses a double-wall type perforated aerator pipe, which is characterized in that the aerator pipe is a double-layer aerator pipe with an inner wall and an outer wall, wherein an air hole is formed in the bottom of the inner wall, an aeration hole is formed in the outer wall, and an air passage is formed in a space between the inner wall and the outer wall. The double-walled perforated aeration pipe can thoroughly drain accumulated water in the perforated aeration pipe, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the slurry outside the pipe flows back into the pipe when aeration is stopped is avoided, and the influence of the setting height of the aeration air hole is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a double-wall type perforated aerator pipe. The device is mainly applied in the water treatment aeration process, through setting up the double-deck perforation aeration pipe that has inner wall and outer wall, can thoroughly discharge the interior bottom ponding of aeration pipe when the aeration, can effectively avoid muddy water to flow backward the aeration pipe when stopping the aeration, guarantees that perforation aeration pipe is inside unblocked.
Background
Perforated aeration pipes are common aeration devices in aeration processes. The perforated aeration pipe which is common at the present stage is provided with holes obliquely downwards in the horizontal direction, and the obliquely downwards sprayed gas not only has a good diffusion effect, but also has the effect of flushing the bottom of the pool to avoid mud accumulation. Some perforated aeration pipes adopt horizontal holes or inclined upward holes, and the hole forming mode has better gas diffusion effect, but the scouring effect of the bottom of the tank is poor. Some perforated aeration pipes use bottom openings which amplify to better pool bottom scouring effect but gas diffusion effect is poor. In summary, the perforated aerator pipe with the holes obliquely downwards has better overall effect, and is a common perforated aerator pipe at the present stage.
However, other types of perforated aeration pipes, except the perforated aeration pipe with the bottom open hole, all have the problem of gas-water two-phase layering during aeration. The higher the vent opening position, the smaller the available cross-sectional area of gas in the perforated aerator pipe, and the more limited the perforated aerator pipe opening position. Meanwhile, when the perforated aeration pipe stops aeration, the gas below the air holes in the perforated pipe overflows, and mud water outside the perforated pipe enters the pipe. Because the muddy water contains a large amount of sediment with various particle sizes, the sediment flowing back into the perforated pipe is easy to block the air holes, thereby blocking the perforated aeration pipe and affecting the aeration effect.
In order to solve the problem of gas-water two-phase layering in the perforated aeration pipe and the problem of mud water backflow after stopping aeration, it is necessary to develop a novel perforated aeration pipe, which can discharge accumulated water at the bottom of the perforated aeration pipe, avoid mud water backflow and ensure aeration effect.

The invention relates to a double-wall type perforated aeration pipe, wherein a special air passage is arranged at the bottom of the perforated aeration pipe, so that gas enters the air passage from the bottom of the perforated aeration pipe and is led to an air hole through the air passage to be discharged. The aeration device can completely remove water in the perforated aeration pipe, simultaneously avoid mud water backflow, and is not influenced by the setting height of the aeration air holes.

and (5) normal aeration.
The double-layer aeration pipe with the inner wall and the outer wall is arranged, so that accumulated water in the perforated aeration pipe is completely discharged in the aeration process, and the mud water outside the pipe can be effectively prevented from flowing back after the aeration is finished. The perforated aeration pipe can ensure that no matter where the aeration holes are arranged, the accumulated water in the pipe can be completely removed in the aeration process, and the phenomenon that the gas flow is influenced by more water in the pipe is avoided. The perforated aeration pipe is provided with a bottom air passage, and the main function of the perforated aeration pipe is to ensure that aeration gas completely passes through the bottom air holes on the inner wall of the perforated aeration pipe before passing through the aeration holes, so that accumulated water in the perforated aeration pipe is thoroughly discharged. The invention can eliminate the limitation that the too high opening of the aeration holes can prevent the gas from normally flowing in the perforated aeration pipe.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in the figure, the embodiment of the invention is a double-wall type perforated aerator pipe, which mainly comprises a double-layer aerator pipe with an inner wall and an outer wall, wherein the bottom of the inner wall is provided with an air hole 2, the outer wall is provided with an aeration hole 3, and a space between the inner wall and the outer wall forms an air passage.
Wherein, one end of the perforated aeration pipe is provided with air inlet, the inner wall and the outer wall of the air inlet are communicated, and the other end is provided with a sealing plate for sealing.
The diameter of the outer layer 1 of the perforated aeration pipe is 20-40 mm, the length of the aeration pipe is 50-150 cm, the diameter of the inner layer is slightly smaller than that of the outer layer, and the distance between the inner layer and the outer layer is the same as the diameters of the air holes and the aeration holes. After aeration is finished, the existence of the air holes 2 in the perforated aeration pipe can prevent mud water outside the pipe from flowing back into the pipe, so that the air holes are effectively prevented from being blocked by mud and sand in the mud water.
It differs from the prior art in that:
