As shown in fig. 1, the tool 10 for removing a VCM motor process frame of the present invention is a fishbone-shaped tool, and includes a trunk 1 and a plurality of branches 2 disposed in parallel along the length direction of the trunk 1 at two sides of the trunk 1. The branch 2 is vertically connected with the trunk 1, the two ends of the trunk 1 are respectively provided with a hook-type positioning foolproof structure 3, and a plurality of strip-shaped bulges 4 are uniformly arranged on the branch 2.
The joint of the branch 2 and the trunk 1 adopts a fillet structure. The corners of the strip-shaped bulges 4 are treated by adopting a round corner structure.

When the tool 10 is placed on a product, the positioning surface of the hook-shaped positioning fool-proof structure 3 can be contacted with the precise positioning surface of the alignment jig 40 before the strip-shaped protrusions 4 are contacted with the product, and the precise matching can limit the moving direction of the tool 10 so as to achieve the fool-proof positioning purpose. Through the scheme, the VCM process side can be effectively removed.

The strip-shaped protrusions 4 of the tool 10 effectively avoid the VCM rotor, play a role in positioning, and the corners of the strip-shaped protrusions 4 are treated by adopting fillets, so that the products can be prevented from being crushed.
