Abstract

本发明区域限制调整雾化液滴力度的喷头,它包括回收筒、挡圈、喷头、鼓风机和回收液体排放口,回收筒为一圆柱形的筒状结构,回收筒的顶部为挡圈,在挡圈的中部开设有圆孔,喷头安装在回收筒内部,且喷头的喷水口朝向挡圈的圆孔,且喷头距离挡圈一定距离,在回收筒底部安装有一鼓风机,所述鼓风机的风口朝向挡圈的圆孔,在回收筒底部开设有一回收液体排放口。本发明可以限制喷雾液滴的喷射范围,降低喷雾的喷射压力。

技术领域
本发明属于喷雾机械设备,具体涉及一种区域限制调整雾化液滴力度的喷头。
背景技术
在圆盘造粒机造粒时,由于喷雾装置不能调节,致形成的颗粒成球粒径不能控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种区域限制调整雾化液滴力度的喷头。本发明可以限制喷雾液滴的喷射范围,降低喷雾的喷射压力。
本发明采用的技术方案:区域限制调整雾化液滴力度的喷头,它包括回收筒、挡圈、喷头、鼓风机和回收液体排放口,回收筒为一圆柱形的筒状结构,回收筒的顶部为挡圈,在挡圈的中部开设有圆孔,喷头安装在回收筒内部,且喷头的喷水口朝向挡圈的圆孔,且喷头距离挡圈一定距离,在回收筒底部安装有一鼓风机,所述鼓风机的风口朝向挡圈的圆孔,在回收筒底部开设有一回收液体排放口。
进一步地,挡圈与喷头间的距离可调节。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:本发明可以限制喷雾液滴的喷射范围,降低喷雾的喷射压力。本发明通过鼓风机对中间压力低的喷射液滴进行运能补充,使其可以到达预定位置;本发明可通过调节挡圈与喷头之间距离,调节使用的喷雾压力与需要的液滴大小。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,区域限制调整雾化液滴力度的喷头,它包括回收筒1、挡圈2、喷头3、鼓风机4和回收液体排放口5,回收筒1为一圆柱形的筒状结构,回收筒1的顶部为挡圈2,在挡圈2的中部开设有圆孔6,喷头3安装在回收筒1内部,且喷头3的喷水口朝向挡圈2的圆孔6,且喷头3距离挡圈2一定距离,在回收筒1底部安装有一鼓风机4,所述鼓风机4的风口朝向挡圈2的圆孔6,在回收筒1底部开设有一回收液体排放口5。挡圈2与喷头3间的距离可调节。
本发明中从喷头3喷射出的锥形状液滴的中心部液滴从挡圈2的圆孔6喷出,从喷头3喷射出的锥形状液滴的边缘部液滴通过挡圈2挡住,回流到回收筒1内。

1.区域限制调整雾化液滴力度的喷头,它包括回收筒、挡圈、喷头、鼓风机和回收液体排放口,其特征在于,回收筒为一圆柱形的筒状结构,回收筒的顶部为挡圈,在挡圈的中部开设有圆孔,喷头安装在回收筒内部,且喷头的喷水口朝向挡圈的圆孔,且喷头距离挡圈一定距离,在回收筒底部安装有一鼓风机,所述鼓风机的风口朝向挡圈的圆孔,在回收筒底部开设有一回收液体排放口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的区域限制调整雾化液滴力度的喷头,其特征在于,挡圈与喷头间的距离可调节。
