技术背景
纸尿裤是一种用即弃式的尿裤,其包括由上而下依次设置的透液性面层、吸收体及不透液性底层。纸尿裤的用户群体主要有婴儿与成年人两大类,随着国家“单独二胎”政策的放开、人口老龄化日益严重、新生代消费观念转变等,其中中国市场主要为婴儿纸尿裤,中国每年有近2000万的婴儿出生,使用尿裤的0岁至2岁的婴儿达到4000多万。而根据国家统计局的数据,2008年全国60岁以上人口达到1.599亿人,占总人口的12%;65岁以上的老年人口达到1.096亿人占总人口的8.3%。纸尿裤的使用量显著增大,婴儿和行动不便的老人,生活不能自理,通过纸尿裤可以来解决这些烦恼,方便卫生,纸尿裤越来越受到消费者的喜爱。纸尿裤不仅大大地方便了人们对一些事物的处理,同时也提供了更先进的卫生保障。但是纸尿裤也存在一些问题,例如透气性差,并且不具备抗菌功能,当患者大量出汗或者是被大小便浸湿后不仅患者会非常的不舒服,而且潮湿的环境还容易滋生病菌,而且潮湿的环境再加上菌株感染很容易引发皮肤瘙痒等症状,影响患者的治疗。为了解决上述问题,针对目前产品的这些弊端,开发出一种透气抑菌纸尿裤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种透气抑菌纸尿裤的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种透气抑菌纸尿裤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、按质量份计,称取野菊花17-23份、山茱萸28-32份、半边旗12-17份、马兰草12-17份、鱼腥草17-23份、石菖蒲15-24份、川芎10-13份,然后将上述原料分别研磨成粉末并混合均匀,得到药粉;
步骤2、按质量份计,称取大豆蛋白66-75份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯8-12份、丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物15-22份、丙烯酸5-15份、纳米蒙脱土7-9份、二醋酸纤维素8-20份、乙酸乙酯5-9份、壳聚糖4-8份、二硫基乙酸异辛酯二甲基锡5-10份、玉米淀粉3-5份和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺12-14份;将上述各原料混匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出、冷却后切粒拆分,得到粒料,其中,双螺杆挤压机的条件为螺杆转速为20-100转/min,长径比为30-50:1,挤压区间温度为:第一区间为160-180℃,第二区间为185-195℃,第三区间为210-225℃;
步骤3、往步骤2制得粒料中加入步骤1制得的药粉后搅拌均匀,然后将混合料静置2-4h后加入到双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出到成型模具中,注模成型得到吸水中层;
步骤4、用吸湿快干面料制备透水面层,用防水面料制备防水底层,然后将透水面层、吸水中层、防水底层组合后进行热压粘合连接,粘合后干燥、灭菌、消毒,裁剪得到成品。
