Abstract

The invention provides a novel method for processing fructus aurantii, and the obtained fructus aurantii contains active ingredients such as naringin and neohesperidin which are not easy to degrade, are more storage-resistant and have better antibacterial effect. Before conventional bran frying, the bitter orange is pretreated by processing liquid medicine prepared from mannitol, Shaosao and calyx kaki. Shaosao is sweet in flavor and warm in nature, and persimmon calyx is mild in nature, so that dryness of Zhi Qiao can be alleviated. Compared with the conventional bran frying method, the fructus aurantii treated by the liquid medicine processing method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the content of naringin and neohesperidin is improved, the antibacterial effect is greatly enhanced, and the growth of strains such as salmonella and staphylococcus aureus can be remarkably inhibited. Meanwhile, the degradation rate of naringin and neohesperidin is low in the process of storing the fructus aurantii, and the stability is better compared with a bran stir-frying method. The inventor finds that the fructus aurantii is soaked in the mannitol solution before being treated by the processing liquid medicine, so that the treatment can further enhance the bacteriostatic property of the fructus aurantii and enlarge the diameter of a bacteriostatic circle.

Description

Novel method for processing fructus aurantii
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for processing traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a novel method for processing bitter orange.
Background
Traditional Chinese medicine fructus aurantii is recorded in traditional Chinese herbal medicines, has the effects of removing food retention, activating stagnancy, soothing middle energizer and regulating qi, is used for treating the symptoms of indigestion, qi stagnation, chest and hypochondrium, phlegm and fluid retention, fullness and pain and the like, and is a common clinical traditional Chinese medicine. The action of raw bitter orange is very violent, so the bitter orange is easy to damage primordial qi, and the bitter orange is not suitable for patients with weak body. Moreover, the product has large stimulation to the gastrointestinal tract of a human body, and can cause uncomfortable adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting and the like. Therefore, the processed products of fructus aurantii are emphasized to be used as the medicine, so far, the processing methods of fructus aurantii are as many as 23, and ancient people accumulate abundant processing experience, but the bran stir-frying method is the mainstream processing method, and the method is also adopted in the records of Chinese pharmacopoeia, and other methods are gradually eliminated. However, the pharmacological effects of fructus aurantii before and after being stir-fried with bran and the report on the content of part of components before and after being processed are not uniform in the prior art, so that the drug effect is unstable, and the loss of effective components is large along with the prolonging of the storage time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel method for processing fructus aurantii, and the obtained fructus aurantii has the advantages of difficult degradation of active ingredients such as naringin and neohesperidin, better storage resistance and better antibacterial effect.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a novel method for processing fructus aurantii comprises the following steps:
(1) removing impurities and inner flesh from fructus Aurantii raw medicinal materials to obtain fructus Aurantii pure medicinal material, adding mannitol solution 2-3 times of the weight of fructus Aurantii pure medicinal material, soaking for 2-3h, adding concocting medicinal liquid 1-3 times of the weight of fructus Aurantii pure medicinal material, soaking at 20-30 deg.C for 12-18h, filtering, removing filtrate, cutting fructus Aurantii into pieces with thickness of 1-3mm, and oven drying;
(2) heating a stir-frying container, adding bran when the bran is spread and smoked immediately, pouring the fructus Aurantii decoction pieces into a pot, rapidly turning over until the surface of the fructus Aurantii decoction pieces is yellow or deep yellow, taking out, sieving to remove the bran, and cooling to obtain the final product.
The mass fraction of the mannitol solution is 0.5-1.8%.
The preparation method of the concocting liquid medicine comprises the following steps: boiling Shaosao and calyx kaki with 5-8 times of water for 5-10min, cooling to 80-85 deg.C, extracting for 2-3 hr, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
the mass ratio of the Shaoshi and the kaki is that Shaoshi: persimmon calyx is 1: (6-8);
in the bran-frying process of the step (2), 10-15g of bran is used for every 100kg of fructus aurantii;
shaoshi is the dry fruit of Shaoshi genus of Sapindaceae family, and has the effects of dispelling cold, stopping dysentery, and removing toxic substance. It can be used for treating dysentery, heart and abdomen psychroalgia, and pyocutaneous disease.
Calyx kaki is dried persistent calyx of Diospyros kaki Thunb of Ebenaceae. Picking in winter when the fruits are ripe, collecting when eating, cleaning and drying in the sun. Has effects of lowering blood pressure and stopping hiccup.
The invention has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the fructus aurantii prepared by the invention has better stability, and the contents of naringin and neohesperidin are not obviously reduced after the fructus aurantii is stored for two years. And the bacteriostatic effect is improved, and the bacteriostatic effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria is better.
