Abstract
本发明公开了一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,包括皮肤粘贴层、气囊挡板、伤口吸水层、气囊袋、阀门通气孔、注射器接口、控制阀门;所述皮肤粘贴层在敷贴最内层;所述气囊袋位于敷贴中部;所述气囊挡板在敷贴最外层。该一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,采用本发明可轻松的对可疑出血伤口进行压迫止血,尤其适用于无电刀止血设备的基层医院和有出血伤口需急诊抢救的病人,对外伤出血以及小手术术后伤口进行压迫,防止出血。首先将无充气气囊袋敷贴皮肤粘贴层,粘贴于伤口周围皮肤处,然后根据伤口可疑出血程度,进行气囊袋充气,调节气囊袋充气多少,进行伤口压迫,通过伤口吸水层可吸除伤口少量渗出积血,通过气囊袋的膨胀对伤口进行压迫止血,通过气囊挡板,可阻止气囊袋向外侧膨胀,经过临床试验,此方法更方便、更精确压迫可疑出血的伤口,操作方便灵活,术后并发症明显减少。尤其适合基层无止血设备的医院和急诊抢救伤口出血病人。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及手术后伤口以及外伤伤口急救止血、包扎应用技术领域,具体为一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴。
背景技术
现代医学的发展,已经将快速康复、快速治疗、快速处理做为快速康复医学理念。传统手术,术后伤口为敷贴粘贴伤口,如遇到可疑出血伤口,需应用绷带加压包扎伤口,包扎过紧,影响血液供应,不利于伤口愈合;压迫过松,起不到压迫止血作用,尤其是基层医院,无手术电刀设备,无法对伤口进行电凝止血,术后伤口内出血,积血、积液、伤口感染情况时有发生。同时我们发现在病人急救时,遇到病人一般情况不佳、酗酒、无法配合医生的患者,出现伤口出血,且不宜加压包扎的部位,如腹部、背部、颈部等,需要急救医生或者家属,用手人工压迫止血,由于患者的移动,以及长时间压迫,急救者手部酸痛,压迫部位出现变化,不准确、不能持久,出现止血效果不佳,给医疗工作者以及患肢带来一定的困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,它能有效的解决背景技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,包括皮肤粘贴层、气囊挡板、伤口吸水层、气囊袋、阀门通气孔、注射器接口、控制阀门;所述皮肤粘贴层在敷贴最内层;所述气囊袋位于敷贴中部;所述气囊挡板在敷贴最外层。
进一步,所述皮肤粘贴层在敷贴最内层且在伤口吸水层周围。
进一步,所述伤口吸水层位于敷贴最内层中央区。
进一步,所述气囊袋为敷贴中部囊袋状结构,且与控制阀门相连。
进一步,所述所述气囊挡板位于敷贴最外层,为层厚1mm的钢板结构。
进一步,所述控制阀门为带有阀门通气孔且可以左右移动,来给气囊袋充气和排气的阀门。
进一步,所述注射器接口为可与医院现有注射器口径通用的接口。
进一步,所述气囊挡板的两端固定在皮肤粘贴层上。
进一步,所述注射器接口为内小外大的且内部具有防滑层的接口。
与现有技术相比,该一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,采用本发明可轻松的对可疑出血伤口进行压迫止血,尤其适用于无电刀止血设备的基层医院和有出血伤口需急诊抢救的病人,对外伤出血以及小手术术后伤口进行压迫,防止出血。首先将无充气气囊袋敷贴皮肤粘贴层,粘贴于伤口周围皮肤处,然后根据伤口可疑出血程度,进行气囊袋充气,调节气囊袋充气多少,进行伤口压迫,通过伤口吸水层可吸除伤口少量渗出积血,通过气囊袋的膨胀对伤口进行压迫止血,通过气囊挡板,可阻止气囊袋向外侧膨胀,经过临床试验,此方法更方便、更精确压迫可疑出血的伤口,操作方便灵活,术后并发症明显减少。尤其适合基层无止血设备的医院和急诊抢救伤口出血病人。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,包括皮肤粘贴层1、气囊挡板2、伤口吸水层3、气囊袋4、阀门通气孔5、注射器接口6、控制阀门7;所述皮肤粘贴层1在敷贴最内层;所述气囊袋4位于敷贴中部;所述气囊挡板2在敷贴最外层。
进一步,所述皮肤粘贴层1在敷贴最内层且在伤口吸水层周围。
进一步,所述伤口吸水层3位于敷贴最内层中央区。
进一步,所述气囊袋4为敷贴中部囊袋状结构,且与控制阀门7相连。
进一步,所述所述气囊挡板2位于敷贴最外层,为层厚1mm的钢板结构。
进一步,所述控制阀门7为带有阀门通气孔5且可以左右移动,来给气囊袋4充气和排气的阀门。
进一步,所述注射器接口6为可与医院现有注射器口径通用的接口。
进一步,所述气囊挡板的两端固定在皮肤粘贴层上。
进一步,所述注射器接口6为内小外大的且内部具有防滑层的接口。
本发明在设计时:通过一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴进行伤口压迫止血时,所有充气式敷贴均未进行气囊充气,可先根据伤口大小选择型号大小相匹配的敷贴粘贴于伤口处,由于注射器接口为内小,外大的且具有防滑内涂层结构,很方便的和注射器相连,通过针筒和注射器接口相通后,调整控制阀门,使阀门通气孔调整为相通状态,进行气囊袋充气,待气囊袋充气到饱满、满意效果后,调整控制阀门,使阀门通气孔处于关闭状态,防止排气,保持气囊袋为充盈状态,由于敷贴最外侧有1mm厚的气囊挡板结构,气囊均压向伤口面,防止出血。且本一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴最内侧有吸水层,可吸收掉部分积血,积液。经临床使用,本敷贴使用方便,压迫出血伤口准确、快速、同时可以很方便调整压迫力度大小,值得临床推广。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (9)
1.一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,包括皮肤粘贴层、气囊挡板、伤口吸水层、气囊袋、阀门通气孔、注射器接口、控制阀门;所述皮肤粘贴层在敷贴最内层;所述气囊袋位于敷贴中部;所述气囊挡板在敷贴最外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,其特征在于:所述皮肤粘贴层在敷贴最内层且在伤口吸水层周围。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,其特征在于:所述伤口吸水层位于敷贴最内层中央区。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,其特征在于:所述气囊袋为敷贴中部囊袋状结构,且与控制阀门相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,其特征在于:所述所述气囊挡板位于敷贴最外层,为层厚1mm的钢板结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,其特征在于:所述控制阀门为带有阀门通气孔且可以左右移动,来给气囊袋充气、排气和关闭的阀门。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,其特征在于:所述注射器接口为可与医院现有注射器口径通用的接口。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,其特征在于:所述气囊挡板的两端固定在皮肤粘贴层上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种充气式伤口压迫敷贴,其特征在于:所述注射器接口为内小外大的且内部具有防滑层的接口。
