covering a layer of resin sheet on the tissue surface of a model of the maxillary and mandibular gypsum oral cavity of a patient, and forming a maxillary and mandibular temporary base by a photo-curing or self-solidifying mode;
finding out the middle points of the upper jaw and lower jaw spacing lines in the front tooth areas of the upper jaw and lower jaw temporary base, finding out the centers of two tooth grinding rear pads in the rear tooth areas of the lower jaw temporary base, and determining a plane by using the three points;
selecting the palate part of the tissue surface of the upper jaw temporary base as a positioning point; coating a separating agent on the top of an I-shaped vertical sliding block (2) of the transfer device, placing the I-shaped vertical sliding block (2) on an outer surface positioning point of a temporary maxillary base, enabling the I-shaped vertical sliding block (2) to be vertical to a plane, enabling the vertical center line of a shield-shaped supporting plate (4) and the vertical center line of the I-shaped vertical sliding block (2) to be intersected with the anatomical center line of the temporary maxillary base, and bonding the I-shaped vertical sliding block (2) on the positioning point of the outer convex surface of the temporary maxillary base by using a resin material;
subsequently, forcibly removing the transfer device;
the upper jaw and the lower jaw temporary base are taken down from the plaster oral upper jaw and lower jaw model;
then, preparing a final impression of a maxillary silicone rubber mold and a mandibular silicone rubber mold with uniform thickness of the oral cavity of a patient on the inner surfaces of the maxillary temporary base and the mandibular temporary base;
then, the transfer device is placed in the original position of the maxillary temporary base covered with the maxillary silicone rubber mould again, and the whole transfer device is placed back into the mouth of the patient, so that the silicone rubber is attached to the oral tissues of the patient; the adapter (1) is vertically slid on the I-shaped vertical sliding block (2), so that a U-shaped horizontal support frame (3) on the adapter (1) is positioned at the position 2mm below the upper lip; the position of the U-shaped horizontal support frame (3) is horizontally adjusted on the adapter (1) so that the V-shaped notch (4 c) of the shield-shaped support plate (4) is contacted with the labial ligament of the patient; the shield-shaped supporting plate (4) is rotated at the front end of the U-shaped horizontal supporting frame (3) so that the nose and lip angle of a patient with side view is 90-110 degrees;
the patient opens the oral cavity, and a perpendicular bisector, an upper laugh line, a lower laugh line, a mouth angle line and an upper lip length of the connecting line of the pupil are formed on the shield-shaped supporting plate (4); taking down the whole transfer device, and recording the readings of the H-shaped vertical sliding block (2), the U-shaped horizontal supporting frame (3) and the shield-shaped supporting plate (4); and (5) handing over the technician.

The method for transferring aesthetic information of anterior teeth for oral cavity restoration according to claim 7, wherein the reading modes of the H-shaped vertical sliding block (2), the U-shaped horizontal supporting frame (3) and the shield-shaped supporting plate (4) are as follows: the I-shaped vertical sliding block (2) corresponds to the scale number on the upper end surface of the adapter (1); scale numbers corresponding to the sector angle measuring plates are arranged on the U-shaped horizontal support frame (3); the rear side surface of the adapter (1) is provided with scale numbers corresponding to the slide rail legs (3 a).
