贵州白山羊是贵州省优良的地方肉用山羊良种。白色短毛,体型中等,大部分有角,有须,腿较短,背宽平,体躯较长大丰满,后躯发育良好。公母羊均有角,颌下有须,公羊颈部有卷毛,少数母羊颈下有一对肉垂。体躯呈圆桶状,四肢较矮,成年公羊为32.8千克。毛色以白为主,其次为麻、黑、花色,毛粗而短。具有产肉性能好,繁殖力强,板皮质量好等特性。贵州白山羊肉质细嫩,肌肉间有脂肪分布。板皮拉力强而柔软,纤维致密。
目前很多养殖户养殖白山羊时大都采用圈养和放养,由于这种规模化的养羊场都是采用高密度、集约化、营养化的方式饲养,这就造成了白山羊在栏中的生存环境差、易得病、得病后不易控制的现象,养殖场不得不大量使用抗生素等药物进行预防和治疗,不仅需要耗费较高的后期治疗和改善成本,而且这些药物就影响了白山羊的产肉性能和肉质,使白山羊的肉质品质大大降低,养殖户的经济效益也受到了一定程度的影响。

本发明意在提供一种白山羊的养殖方法,以解决现有技术中饲养的白山羊肉质品质低下的问题。

本发明根据白山羊的生长特性,选择了背风向阳,并且冬暖夏凉的地方搭建羊舍,这样就使得白山羊的生长环境能够更好,同时将母羊与羔羊分在一起养殖,将其他山羊分开,这样就使得羔羊不会被其他山羊因抢食而伤害到,而且也能够得到更充足的营养保证,将锯木屑、稻草粉、秸秆粗粉、粘黄土、食用盐、微生物有益菌种混合并铺洒在羊圈内,起到了对羊舍杀菌消毒的作用,白山羊在生长的过程中就不会受到外界因素的影响;将白山母羊与3个月以上的羔羊在青草丰盛、饲料丰足的春季进行放牧,就能让白山羊得到锻炼,既能够得到充足的纯天然养分,同时放牧过程中也能得到有效的锻炼,增长肌肉,增强体质,再将玉米、豆饼、麸皮和食盐混合制成混合料,这样就及时的给白山羊补充了钙和蛋白质等营养物质,在保证肉质鲜美合格的基础上,也提高了白山羊的生长速度和缩短了养殖时间,为养殖户带来了更大的经济效益,而且牧场的中药材也能进行疫病防害,白山羊的食材均是纯天然的食材,安全性高,大大提高了羊肉的品质。

步骤四、草药种植:在羊舍的周围种植陈皮、黄芪、连翘、金银花和山楂,混合种植且种植面积为羊舍的2~3倍;
步骤五、饲养与管理:将白山母羊与3个月以上羔羊在青草丰盛、饲料丰足的春季每天放牧3~3.5h,其他季节每天放牧2~2.5h,并每天补喂牧草;将其他白山羊在青草丰盛、饲料丰足的春季每天放牧5~7h,其他季节每天放牧3~4h,并每天补充玉米40~45%、豆饼20~24%、麸皮8~10%、食盐3~4%的混合料5~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的白山羊的养殖方法,其特征在于:步骤1中的水槽内每天给白山羊喂食后都给白山羊添加营养液,营养液的成分包括蛋白粉3~4份、豆浆6~7份,将蛋白粉和豆浆混合后加入80~90份水混合调配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的白山羊的养殖方法,其特征在于:步骤五中对白山羊饲养管理时,定期用生石灰或草木灰对羊舍进行消毒。
