The network interface 142 provides the processor 141 with external data such as the Access capability of the storage medium 144 set in a different place, and for example, the network interface 142 may perform Near Field Communication (NFC) based on Near Field Communication (Near Field Communication), Bluetooth (Bluetooth) and ZigBee (ZigBee) technologies, and may also implement Communication based on a Communication scheme such as Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) and Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) and an evolution scheme thereof.

In this embodiment, the hardware layer may include an antenna and a demodulator of the UE, and may be configured to receive a system message broadcasted by the base station, demodulate the system message, and report the system message to a system layer where an operating system is located or an application layer where a specific application is located through the driver layer after the demodulation is completed.
In this embodiment, if the system layer presents the hint information, the hint information is system information of an operating system layer. And if the prompt information is presented by the application layer, the preset information is application information. The application presenting the prompt information may be a map application or the like.
Typically, the system layer presents the prompt message in a system interface of the operating system, for example, a system message bar. And the application layer presents the prompt information, which is generally presented on an application interface of a corresponding application. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating the system layer presenting the prompt using a system message bar.
In short, in this embodiment, the prompt information may be output as a system message of the UE, or may be output as application information, and the specific implementation is not limited to any of the above.
In some embodiments, the step S120 may include:
presenting the prompt information according to a preset presentation strategy so as to enable the preset information to maintain continuous presentation of one or more pieces of prompt information when the UE is located in the specific area.
In order to play a good role in prompting in this embodiment, it is necessary to maintain the presentation of the prompting information when the UE is located in a specific area. For example, the prompt message may be continuously displayed, or the prompt message may be audibly output at predetermined time intervals, or a prompt signal may be output at predetermined time intervals, such that the received user is always alert.
In some embodiments, the step S110 may include a step S111; the step S111 may include:
receiving at least two system messages sent by a base station located in the specific area at intervals;
the step S130 may include at least one of:
displaying the preset information once according to preset time length when receiving one system message;
and displaying the preset information carried in the current system message, and finishing the display of the preset information carried in the current system message when the next system message is received or the UE leaves the specific area.
In some cases, the base station may broadcast the predetermined information at equal or unequal intervals, for example, the base station may broadcast the predetermined information periodically according to a broadcast period of the system message. In this case, the UE may receive the broadcasted predetermined information multiple times as long as the UE is located within the specific area.
In this embodiment, in order to implement continuous presentation, the display of the prompt message with a preset duration is maintained every time a system message carrying the predetermined information is received.
Therefore, the continuous output function is realized by repeatedly receiving and displaying for many times, and the cognition that the user drives in a specific area at present is continuously kept in the mind of the user, so that impulsive driving such as overspeed driving is avoided, and the driving safety is improved.
In some cases, after receiving a system message carrying the notification information, the UE may maintain the display of the predetermined information until receiving a next system message as long as the UE is currently in the specific area.
In some embodiments, the step S110 may include: when the data length of the preset information is larger than a preset value, receiving a plurality of pieces of system information, wherein the plurality of pieces of system information carry different information sections of the preset information;
the step S120 may further include: and combining the information contents of the preset information extracted from the system messages sent at different times or different pieces of system messages, and generating prompt information based on the combined preset information.
The data length of the predetermined information may be the number of bits or bytes included in the predetermined information. If there are not enough idle bits in the original system message for carrying the predetermined information completely at one time, the predetermined information is divided into at least two segments in this embodiment. The predetermined information is carried by system message segments sent at different times. For example, the predetermined information is divided into 4 segments, and the 4 segments can be carried by system messages sent at 4 different time points respectively. And after the UE finishes receiving the 4 segments, the UE combines the 4 segments into complete preset information and then presents the prompt information.
In some embodiments, the predetermined information of each segment carries a segment identifier, and when the UE performs the combination of the predetermined information, the UE may combine the segment information in order based on the segment identifier, thereby avoiding a problem of output scrambling caused by an incorrect order of information combination, and ensuring the security of information output.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure complete predetermined information received by the UE, the base station may repeatedly broadcast the predetermined information through the system messages in a polling manner, and preferably broadcasts the predetermined information by using multiple pieces of system messages sent adjacently and sequentially carrying the predetermined information. For example, if the currently received system message is the nth segment, the next received system message may be the nth segment.
In some embodiments, the predetermined information comprises: at least two different types of specifying information, for example, reminder information and travel attention information. Different types of specifying information have different output priorities, and in this embodiment, when broadcasting predetermined information, specifying information with a high output priority may be broadcast at a higher frequency and specifying information with a low output priority may be broadcast at a lower frequency according to the output priority.
For example, a first output priority of the prompt message is higher than a second output priority of the trip attention message, and in order to ensure that the UE outputs the prompt message at least timely, the step S110 may include:
receiving a system message which is sent by a base station at a first frequency and carries the prompt information;
and receiving a system message which is sent by a base station at a second frequency and carries the attention information, wherein the first frequency is higher than the second frequency, and the first output priority is higher than the second output priority. In short, the broadcast frequency of the specific information has a positive correlation with the output priority.
In this way, in the process of receiving, combining and outputting the preset information in segments; the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the specified information of a certain type in the preset information is completely received or not;
the step S130 may include:
and when the specified information of a certain type is completely received, presenting prompt information of the specified information of the corresponding type.
For example, if the UE determines that a certain predetermined information has been completely received currently, in step S120, the prompt information corresponding to the predetermined information is directly presented first without waiting for receiving other types of specific information in the predetermined information, so as to improve the timeliness of presenting information.
In determining whether a certain type of predetermined information is received intact, the method may include: whether the number of segments of the received corresponding type of the specifying information reaches the maximum number of segments or the total number of segments indicated by the base station, or whether the corresponding type of the predetermined information is received completely according to the context of the currently combined predetermined information.
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment further provides a method for prompting a specific area, which is applied in a base station, where a cell where the base station is located includes: a specific cell including a specific area, the method comprising:
step S210: acquiring configuration information, wherein the configuration information at least comprises: the information is used for triggering and generating system information carrying predetermined information corresponding to the specific area;
step S220: generating a system message carrying the predetermined information according to the configuration information;
step S230: and sending the system message carrying the predetermined information in the specific cell, wherein the predetermined information is at least used for User Equipment (UE) to acquire and present prompt information.
The obtaining the configuration information in step S210 may include: and receiving the configuration information from upper-layer equipment such as a Mobile Management Entity (MME) or a gateway, or receiving the configuration information from a human-computer interaction interface before the base station is on line. The configuration information may be related parameters for generating a corresponding system message, where the related parameters may include: and indicating one or more of fields carried by the system messages, information contents in the fields, transmission frequency and other various information. In this embodiment, at least indication information indicating that the system message carries predetermined information corresponding to the specific area is included.
In step S220, a system delivery message carrying predetermined information is generated based on the configuration information.
After the system message is generated, the system message is sent. Thus, the system message received by the UE located in the specific cell may carry the predetermined information, and the predetermined information may trigger the UE to present the prompt information corresponding to the predetermined information.
In some embodiments, the configuration information may directly include the information content of the predetermined information, but is not limited to the information content including the predetermined information. Therefore, the information content of the prompt message required to be presented by the UE is directly sent to the UE, so that the information content of the prompt message does not need to be stored in advance in the UE, the information quantity required to be stored in the UE is reduced, and the storage resource consumed by the information content of the prompt message required to be stored in each specific area in the UE is required to be stored when various specific areas exist.
The prompt message at least comprises: at least one of area prompt information and trip attention information, wherein the prompt information is information which is related to the specific area and has a prompt function; the trip attention information is information of special attention matters of driving in the specific area.
In this embodiment, a system message of a base station located in a specific area is used to send a message carrying information related to the specific area, so that a UE passing through the specific area can receive the predetermined information, and through the reception of the predetermined information and the output of corresponding prompt information, a driver is prompted to be currently located in the specific area and need to keep driving vigilance or follow specific driving attention of the specific area, and the like.
In a word, in the embodiment, the system message of the base station is skillfully utilized to send the predetermined information related to the specific area, so that the problem of driving accidents caused by the fact that the driver misses the roadside warning board is reduced, and the driving safety is improved.
Optionally, the step S230 may include:
and when the UE is switched to the specific cell, sending the system message carrying the predetermined information to the UE.
In this embodiment, when the UE is handed over from another cell to the specific cell, or the UE currently resides in the specific cell and still remains to reside in the specific cell after cell reselection, the system message of the predetermined information is sent to the UE. The cell switching or reselection of the UE involves information interaction with the base station, so the base station can know whether the UE just completes the cell switching or reselection according to the cell switching or reselection of the UE, and if the UE just completes the cell switching or reselection and finally resides in a specific cell, the base station sends a system message carrying predetermined information to the UE in a unicast or multicast mode. In short, in this embodiment, if the data length of the predetermined information is too large, the transmission of one predetermined information may be implemented by using the system message broadcasted many times in a segmented transmission manner.
In some embodiments, the predetermined information includes different types of specifying information whose output priority is different. The step S230 may further include: and transmitting different types of specified information in the preset information by adopting the transmission frequency corresponding to the output priority. In this case, the number of times and frequency of transmission of different types of specific information in one predetermined information are different.

The processor may include: a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a digital signal processor, an application processor, a programmable array, or an application specific integrated circuit. Alternatively, the parsing unit in this embodiment may correspond to a dedicated demodulator, and may be configured to obtain the information content of the predetermined information through parsing of SIB10 and SIB 11.
The presentation unit 130 may be connected to the parsing unit 120 and may correspond to various information output structures.
The presentation unit 130 may correspond to a display, and the display may be configured to present the prompt information in a display manner.
The presentation unit 130 may also correspond to a speaker, which may be used to present the prompt information in a voice manner.
The presenting unit 130 may further correspond to an information signal corresponding to predetermined information, and may be used for outputting a vibration signal and the like, so as to output the predetermined information.
In this embodiment, when the UE passes through the specific area, the UE may receive the predetermined information through receiving the system message, and then prompt the driver and the like to pass through the specific area through presenting the prompt information corresponding to the predetermined information, thereby reducing traffic accidents. ,
optionally, the receiving unit specifically receives the system message which is sent by the base station and carries the predetermined information when the UE is handed over to the specific cell, and/or receives the system message which is sent by the base station and carries the predetermined information after the UE enters the specific area.
In this way, the receiving unit of the UE receives the system information carrying the predetermined information only when the UE is handed over to the specific cell, or receives the system information carrying the predetermined information only after entering the specific area, or the UE presents the prompt information of a certain place only when entering the specific cell or entering the specific area, thereby reducing the problem of information interference caused by repeated presentation.
The receiving unit is specifically configured to receive, when the UE is located in the specific cell, a first system message that is sent by the base station and carries a predetermined field; and receiving a second system message which is sent by the base station and carries the predetermined information indicated by the predetermined field. The first system message and the second system message are different system messages and may be any one of various system messages. For example, the receiving unit 110 is specifically configured to receive, when the UE is located in the specific cell, an SIB10 carrying a predetermined field and sent by the base station; and receiving the SIB11 which is sent by the base station and carries the predetermined information indicated by the predetermined field.
In some embodiments, the UE further comprises:
a positioning unit for positioning a location of the UE to obtain location information;
a sending unit, configured to report the location information to the base station, where the location information is used for the base station to determine whether the base station is located in the specific area.
The positioning unit may correspond to various positioning chips, for example, a GPS positioning chip or a positioning chip for assisting positioning by a base station, and may be used for positioning the UE, so as to obtain the location information of the current location of the UE. The sending unit may correspond to a sending antenna in the UE, and may be used for reporting the location information, so as to facilitate the base station to directionally send the system message carrying the predetermined information.
Optionally, the communication device further comprises:
a transmission unit, configured to transmit, according to the information type indicated by the information field type and the field content of the information field, from a hardware layer to an application layer or a system layer of the UE;
the presenting unit 130 is specifically configured to display the predetermined information or present the prompt information in a voice manner by the application layer or the system layer.
The transmission unit may be transmitted from a physical layer of the reception unit 110 corresponding to the transceiver to a system layer or an application layer, corresponding to an internal transmission bus of the communication device.
Optionally, the presenting unit 130 is specifically configured to present the prompt information according to a preset presentation policy, so that the predetermined information maintains a continuous output state when the UE is located in the specific area.

the communication device further includes: a combining unit for combining information contents of the predetermined information extracted from different system messages; the presenting unit 130 is specifically configured to present prompt information corresponding to the predetermined information formed by combining.
The combining unit may correspond to a processor; the processor may include: a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a digital signal processor, an application processor, a programmable array or an application specific integrated circuit, etc. The processor may implement a combination of the above predetermined information through execution of a computer program.
The presenting unit 130 may be specifically configured to present prompt information corresponding to the predetermined information formed after the combination.
As shown in fig. 8, this embodiment provides another communication device, where the communication device is a base station, and a cell where the base station is located includes: a specific cell including a specific area, comprising:

Optionally, the prompt message at least includes: at least one of area prompt information and trip attention information, wherein the area prompt information is used for prompting that the current area is the specific area; the trip attention information is information of special attention matters of driving in the specific area.

In this embodiment, the system message carrying the predetermined information is sent only when the UE switches to or reselects to the specific cell, so as to reduce the problems of large data transmission amount, high power consumption of the UE, and frequent prompting caused by the UE frequently receiving the predetermined information.

The reading unit may correspond to a processor. The processor can be a central processing unit, a microprocessor, a digital signal processor, an application processor and a programmable array of the base station. The processor may read predetermined information within the base station through execution of a computer program.
As shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment provides a communication device, including:

The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores a computer program; the computer program, when executed by the processor, is capable of implementing one or more of the above-mentioned method for prompting specific area, for example, one or more of the method for prompting specific area shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6.
The computer storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes. The computer storage medium may be: non-volatile computer storage media.
Several specific examples are given below in connection with the above embodiments:
example 1:
in city traffic safety, various warning boards are usually used in school districts, especially near primary schools or schools, to remind drivers of careful driving nearby. However, with the urban construction activities such as road reconstruction and building decoration, the original warning board is not always in the best position and time to prompt drivers. With the popularization of the current vehicle-mounted communication equipment and the continuous optimization of the deployment of the 4G network base station, the system message carrier of the Long Term Evolution (LTE) cell is positioned according to the Location Based Service (LBS). The present example focuses on a cell system message system in an LTE network to construct a set of LTE broadcast alert mechanism based on the geographic location of a cell. The present example defines a flag of a specific region (e.g., school region) and specific information of an information element of the specific region using 2 spare bits of SIB10 and SIB 11. FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating files of information carried by SIB10 and SIB 11. Wherein, information carried by the SIB10 is stored in the file name Lte _ systemlnformationblocktype10. xml in fig. 10; information carried by the SIB11 is stored in a file name Lte _ SystemInformationBlockType11. xml.
As shown in fig. 11, a school zone is a representative example of the specific zone.
SIB 10-defines that alert type 0x580 represents that school zone (school zone) is activated, and when UE reads this IE on the network, it will read the specific values in SIB 11.
The SIB 11-contains specific Schoolzone information, and this Information Element (IE) has an extensibility and can be divided into multiple pieces to send longer hint information one after another.

along with the driving of the vehicle, the UE enters the coverage area of the cell where the SchoolZone is located, the UE registers to the cell through a TAU flow, the network sends a Paging message, and the UE starts to receive a cell system message;
UE receives the SchoolZone indication carried in the Paging message, and begins to analyze SIB10 and SIB 11;
after the UE resolves to the warning type of SIB10 (here the warning type is one of the aforementioned information types), it continues to resolve the information content of the specific warning message in SIB11 and upload this message from the underlying demodulator to the handset's Application (AP) and operating system.
The UE pops up prompt information to tell a user through a mobile phone operation interface: "you have entered the school zone of the SchoolZone, please drive carefully";
this prompt will always exist and be displayed for a configurable number of alerts during the entire time that the UE is in the coverage area of the SchoolZone cell.
After the UE leaves the coverage area of the cell where the SchoolZone is located, the SIB10 and the SIB11 do not carry the prompt information IE any more, and the operation UI interface does not display the prompt information to the user.

Claims (16)

1. A method for prompting a specific area is applied to User Equipment (UE), and comprises the following steps:
when the UE is located in a specific cell including a specific area, receiving a system message which is sent by a base station and carries predetermined information;
analyzing the system message carrying the predetermined information to acquire prompt information corresponding to the predetermined information;
presenting the prompt information;
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
when the UE is located in a specific cell including a specific area, the receiving a system message which is sent by a base station and carries predetermined information includes:
when the UE is switched to the specific cell, and/or when the UE reselects to the current specific cell, and/or when the UE enters the specific area, receiving the system message which is sent by the base station and carries the predetermined information;
wherein the prompt message at least comprises: a region type of the particular region;
the presenting the prompt information includes:
determining the priority level of the prompt message according to the region type;
and presenting the prompt information by adopting the presentation parameters corresponding to the priority level.
2. The method of claim 1,
the method further comprises the following steps:
positioning the location of the UE to obtain location information;
and reporting the position information to the base station, wherein the position information is used for the base station to determine whether the base station is located in the specific area.
3. The method of claim 1,
when the UE is located in a specific cell including a specific area, the receiving a system message which is sent by a base station and carries predetermined information includes:
when the UE is located in the specific cell, receiving a first system message which is sent by the base station and carries a preset field;
and receiving a second system message which is sent by the base station and carries the predetermined information indicated by the predetermined field.
4. The method of claim 3,
when the UE is located in the specific cell, receiving a first system message carrying a predetermined field sent by the base station, where the first system message includes:
when the UE is located in the specific cell, receiving a system message block SIB10 which is sent by the base station and carries a predetermined field;
and receiving the SIB11 which is sent by the base station and carries the predetermined information indicated by the predetermined field.
5. The method of claim 4,
the presenting the prompt information includes:
displaying the prompt information;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and outputting the prompt message by voice.
6. A prompting method of a specific area is applied to a base station, and is characterized in that a cell in which the base station is located comprises the following steps: a specific cell including a specific area, the method comprising:
acquiring configuration information, wherein the configuration information at least comprises: the information is used for triggering and generating system information carrying predetermined information corresponding to the specific area;
generating a system message carrying the predetermined information according to the configuration information;
sending the system message carrying the predetermined information in the specific cell, wherein the predetermined information is at least used for User Equipment (UE) to obtain and present prompt information;
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the sending the system message carrying the predetermined information in the specific cell includes:
when the UE is switched to the specific cell, and/or when the UE reselects to the current specific cell, and/or when the UE enters the specific area, the system message carrying the predetermined information is sent to the UE;
wherein the prompt message at least comprises: a region type of the particular region; and the area type is used for the UE to determine the priority level of the prompt message and present the prompt message according to the presentation parameters corresponding to the priority level.
7. The method of claim 6,
the sending the system message carrying the predetermined information in the specific cell includes:
and sending the system message carrying the predetermined information to the UE located in the specific area.
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7,
the sending the system message carrying the predetermined information in the specific cell includes:
sending a first system message carrying a predetermined field in the specific cell;
and sending a second system message carrying the predetermined information corresponding to the predetermined field in the specific cell.
9. The method of claim 8,
the sending of the first system message carrying the predetermined field in the specific cell includes:
sending a system message block SIB10 carrying the predetermined field in the specific cell;
the sending, in the specific cell, the second system message carrying the predetermined information corresponding to the predetermined field includes:
and sending the SIB11 carrying the predetermined information corresponding to the predetermined field in the specific cell.
10. A communication device, wherein the communication device is a user equipment, UE, and comprises:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a system message that is sent by a base station and carries predetermined information when the UE is located in a specific cell including a specific area;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the system message carrying the preset information so as to acquire prompt information corresponding to the preset information; wherein the prompt message at least comprises: a region type of the particular region;
the presentation unit is used for presenting the prompt information;
the receiving unit is specifically configured to receive the system message carrying the predetermined information sent by the base station when the UE is switched to the specific cell, and/or when the UE reselects to the current specific cell, and/or when the UE enters the specific area;
the presentation unit is specifically configured to determine a priority level of the prompt message according to the region type; and presenting the prompt information by adopting the presentation parameters corresponding to the priority level.
11. The communication device of claim 10,
the receiving unit is specifically configured to receive, when the UE is located in the specific cell, a first system message that is sent by the base station and carries a predetermined field; and receiving a second system message which is sent by the base station and carries the predetermined information indicated by the predetermined field.
12. A communication device is a base station, and a cell in which the base station is located includes: a specific cell including a specific area, comprising:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain configuration information, where the configuration information at least includes: the information is used for triggering and generating system information carrying predetermined information corresponding to the specific area;
a generating unit, configured to generate a system message carrying the predetermined information according to the configuration information
A sending unit, configured to send the system message carrying the predetermined information in the specific cell, where the predetermined information is at least used for a user equipment UE to obtain and present a prompt message; wherein the prompt message at least comprises: a region type of the particular region; the area type is used for the UE to determine the priority level of the prompt message and present the prompt message according to the presentation parameters corresponding to the priority level;
the sending unit is specifically configured to send the system message carrying the predetermined information to the UE when the UE is switched to the specific cell, and/or when the UE reselects to the current specific cell, and/or when the UE enters the specific area.
13. The communication device of claim 12,
the sending unit is specifically configured to send a first system message carrying a predetermined field in the specific cell; and sending a second system message carrying the predetermined information corresponding to the predetermined field in the specific cell.
14. A communication device, comprising:
a transceiver for transceiving information between communication devices;
a memory for storing at least a computer program;
and a processor, connected to the transceiver and the memory, respectively, for controlling the transceiver to transmit and receive information and store the information in the memory by executing a computer program, and implementing the method for prompting a specific area as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, or implementing the method for prompting a specific area as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9.
15. A communication device, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executed by the processor;
the processor is connected to the transceiver and the memory, respectively, and is configured to control the transceiver to transmit and receive information and store information in the memory through execution of the computer program, and implement the method for prompting a specific area provided in any one of claims 1 to 5, or implement the method for prompting a specific area provided in any one of claims 6 to 9.

A computer storage medium storing a computer program; the computer program, when executed by a processor, is capable of implementing the method for alerting a specific area as provided in any one of claims 1 to 5 or implementing the method for alerting a specific area as provided in any one of claims 6 to 9.
