Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a device for pushing travel information, which can overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a method for pushing travel information, comprising the following steps: generating a travel information request message by a mobile user terminal; monitoring a function attribute indication of a tourism information processing center by a mobile user terminal, wherein the function attribute indication of the tourism information processing center is broadcasted by the tourism information processing center; the mobile user terminal judges whether the tourism information processing center supports power consumption optimization operation or not based on the function attribute indication of the tourism information processing center; continuously transmitting, by the mobile user terminal, a power consumption preference mode indicator to the travel information processing center if it is determined that the travel information processing center supports the power consumption preference operation, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator is continuously transmitted at predetermined time intervals; receiving, by the mobile user terminal, a power consumption preference configuration message, wherein the power consumption preference configuration message is transmitted by the travel information processing center in response to receiving the power consumption preference mode indicator, and wherein the received power consumption preference configuration message includes at least an indication of a listening period of the mobile user terminal; receiving, by the mobile user terminal, information transmitted by the travel information processing center during the indicated listening period based on the power consumption preference configuration message; the mobile user terminal sends a data transmission request message to the tourism information processing center; transmitting, by the mobile user terminal, a travel information request message to the travel information processing center if the data transmission permission message is received within the indicated listening period; and receiving, by the mobile user terminal, the pushed travel information within the listening period, wherein the pushed travel information is transmitted by the travel information processing center in response to receiving the travel information request message.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator includes an indication that the user terminal is operated in a default mode or an indication that the user terminal is operated in a power saving mode, and wherein the travel information processing center transmits the power consumption preference configuration message by: receiving a power consumption preferred mode indicator; determining whether an indication that the user terminal is operated in a default mode or a power saving mode is included in the power consumption preference mode indicator; if the power consumption preference mode indicator is judged to include an indication that the user terminal is operating in a default mode, transmitting a power consumption preference configuration message with a default indication to the mobile user terminal; if it is determined that the power consumption preference mode indicator includes an indication that the user terminal is operating in a power saving mode, a power consumption preference configuration message with a power saving indication is transmitted to the mobile user terminal.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein receiving, by the mobile user terminal, the information transmitted by the travel information processing center during the indicated listening period based on the power consumption preference configuration message, comprises the steps of: receiving information transmitted by the travel information processing center with a currently held listening period if a power consumption preference configuration message with a default indication is received; if the power consumption preference configuration message with the power saving indication is received, the currently-available listening period is extended by a predetermined length of time, and then the information transmitted by the travel information processing center is received with the extended listening period.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for pushing travel information further comprises the following steps: adjusting, by the mobile user terminal, a predetermined time interval for transmitting the power consumption preference mode indicator based on the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message if the mobile user terminal receives the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message is transmitted by the travel information processing center; the power consumption preference mode indicator is continuously transmitted to the travel information processing center by the mobile user terminal at the adjusted predetermined time interval.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for pushing travel information further comprises the following steps: if the mobile user terminal receives the power consumption preference mode indicator disable message, the mobile user terminal stops transmitting the power consumption preference mode indicator to the travel information processing center, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator disable message is transmitted by the travel information processing center.
The invention also provides a device for pushing the travel information, which comprises: means for generating a travel information request message by the mobile user terminal; means for monitoring, by the mobile user terminal, a travel information processing center functional attribute indication, wherein the travel information processing center functional attribute indication is broadcast by the travel information processing center; means for determining, by the mobile user terminal, whether the travel information processing center supports a power consumption preference operation based on the travel information processing center functional attribute indication; means for continuously transmitting, by the mobile user terminal, a power consumption preference mode indicator to the travel information processing center if it is determined that the travel information processing center supports the power consumption preference operation, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator is continuously transmitted at predetermined time intervals; means for receiving, by the mobile user terminal, a power consumption preference configuration message, wherein the power consumption preference configuration message is transmitted by the travel information processing center in response to receiving the power consumption preference mode indicator, and wherein the received power consumption preference configuration message includes at least an indication of a listening period of the mobile user terminal; a unit for receiving, by the mobile user terminal, information transmitted by the travel information processing center during the indicated listening period based on the power consumption preference configuration message; a unit for transmitting a data transmission request message from the mobile user terminal to the travel information processing center; means for transmitting, by the mobile user terminal, a travel information request message to the travel information processing center if the data transmission permission message is received within the indicated listening period; and means for receiving, by the mobile user terminal, the pushed travel information within the listening period, wherein the pushed travel information is transmitted by the travel information processing center in response to receiving the travel information request message.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator includes an indication that the user terminal is operated in a default mode or an indication that the user terminal is operated in a power saving mode, and wherein the travel information processing center transmits the power consumption preference configuration message by: receiving a power consumption preferred mode indicator; determining whether an indication that the user terminal is operated in a default mode or a power saving mode is included in the power consumption preference mode indicator; if the power consumption preference mode indicator is judged to include an indication that the user terminal is operating in a default mode, transmitting a power consumption preference configuration message with a default indication to the mobile user terminal; if it is determined that the power consumption preference mode indicator includes an indication that the user terminal is operating in a power saving mode, a power consumption preference configuration message with a power saving indication is transmitted to the mobile user terminal.
In a preferred embodiment, wherein receiving, by the mobile user terminal, the information transmitted by the travel information processing center during the indicated listening period based on the power consumption preference configuration message, comprises the steps of: receiving information transmitted by the travel information processing center with a currently held listening period if a power consumption preference configuration message with a default indication is received; if the power consumption preference configuration message with the power saving indication is received, the currently-available listening period is extended by a predetermined length of time, and then the information transmitted by the travel information processing center is received with the extended listening period.
In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus for pushing travel information further comprises: means for adjusting, by the mobile user terminal, a predetermined time interval for transmitting the power consumption preference mode indicator based on the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message if the mobile user terminal receives the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message is transmitted by the travel information processing center; for continuously transmitting a power consumption preference mode indicator to the travel information processing center by the mobile user terminal at adjusted predetermined time intervals.
In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus for pushing travel information further comprises: means for ceasing, by the mobile user terminal, transmission of a power consumption preference mode indicator to the travel information processing center if the mobile user terminal receives a power consumption preference mode indicator disable message, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator disable message is transmitted by the travel information processing center.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: with the development of mobile broadband, the information technology based on the mobile terminal is rapidly developed, so that people can more conveniently and rapidly obtain information based on the information technology based on the mobile terminal, and the quality of the information is more and more accurate. Meanwhile, people have more and more difficulty in living away from the mobile network. However, a big problem which puzzles the mobile information interaction is the power consumption problem of the mobile terminal, and especially in the process of traveling, considering the limitation of the current civil aviation on the 'charger baby', once the mobile terminal is short of power, how to charge the mobile terminal becomes a problem which puzzles the user. The method of the invention designs a tourism information pushing method which can be controlled by an information center and can lead the mobile terminal to save electricity, and the method of the invention can lead the information center to control the receiving time of the mobile terminal, thus leading the mobile terminal to receive in the receiving time and not receive outside the receiving time, leading the mobile terminal to save the electric energy used for receiving outside the receiving time and prolonging the service life of the mobile terminal.

Example 1
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for pushing travel information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the method for pushing the travel information comprises the following steps:
step 101: generating a travel information request message by a mobile user terminal;
step 102: monitoring a function attribute indication of a tourism information processing center by a mobile user terminal, wherein the function attribute indication of the tourism information processing center is broadcasted by the tourism information processing center;
step 103: the mobile user terminal judges whether the tourism information processing center supports power consumption optimization operation or not based on the function attribute indication of the tourism information processing center;
step 104: continuously transmitting, by the mobile user terminal, a power consumption preference mode indicator to the travel information processing center if it is determined that the travel information processing center supports the power consumption preference operation, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator is continuously transmitted at predetermined time intervals;
step 105: receiving, by the mobile user terminal, a power consumption preference configuration message, wherein the power consumption preference configuration message is transmitted by the travel information processing center in response to receiving the power consumption preference mode indicator, and wherein the received power consumption preference configuration message includes at least an indication of a listening period of the mobile user terminal;
step 106: receiving, by the mobile user terminal, information transmitted by the travel information processing center during the indicated listening period based on the power consumption preference configuration message;
step 107: the mobile user terminal sends a data transmission request message to the tourism information processing center;
step 108: transmitting, by the mobile user terminal, a travel information request message to the travel information processing center if the data transmission permission message is received within the indicated listening period; and
step 109: receiving, by the mobile user terminal, the pushed travel information during the listening period, wherein the pushed travel information is transmitted by the travel information processing center in response to receiving the travel information request message.

In a preferred embodiment, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator includes an indication that the user terminal is operated in a default mode or an indication that the user terminal is operated in a power saving mode, and wherein the travel information processing center transmits the power consumption preference configuration message by: receiving a power consumption preferred mode indicator; determining whether an indication that the user terminal is operated in a default mode or a power saving mode is included in the power consumption preference mode indicator; if the power consumption preference mode indicator is judged to include an indication that the user terminal is operating in a default mode, transmitting a power consumption preference configuration message with a default indication to the mobile user terminal; if it is determined that the power consumption preference mode indicator includes an indication that the user terminal is operating in a power saving mode, a power consumption preference configuration message with a power saving indication is transmitted to the mobile user terminal.

In a preferred embodiment, the method for pushing travel information further comprises the following steps: adjusting, by the mobile user terminal, a predetermined time interval for transmitting the power consumption preference mode indicator based on the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message if the mobile user terminal receives the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator transmission time interval indication message is transmitted by the travel information processing center; the power consumption preference mode indicator is continuously transmitted to the travel information processing center by the mobile user terminal at the adjusted predetermined time interval.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for pushing travel information further comprises the following steps: if the mobile user terminal receives the power consumption preference mode indicator disable message, the mobile user terminal stops transmitting the power consumption preference mode indicator to the travel information processing center, wherein the power consumption preference mode indicator disable message is transmitted by the travel information processing center.

In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways.
