Abstract

转子安装在驱动机轴头上的发电机,发电机有机壳,转子与输出线圈、永磁体或励磁体,转子固定在轴上,输出线圈固定在机壳一起,本发明特征在于:转子安装在驱动机轴头上,永磁体或励磁体的磁场磁极与转子近临,两者间距大于0.01mm而又尽力靠近,可以做成无励磁碳刷的发电机,输出线圈两边各有驱动机,这样,输出线圈近临转轴与磁极都临转轴的轴,就成了驱动机转轴了,减少去了转轴与轴承所带来的阻力了。

背景技术
现有发电机的转子重大,阻力大,并且,总有磁极远离转轴而去切割远离轴的输出线圈,造成转子直径大,又加上转轴与轴承带来阻力,前述4项阻力导致巨大驱动消耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是大量减少驱动机的消费,而使电价本钱降到低于一分每度电。
为了达到发明目的,利用无励磁碳刷电机技术原理,做成小转子磁极的时候发现可以把转子安装在驱动机轴头上,在输出线圈两边转动磁极,磁力线穿越输出线圈,可以省去部分转轴与轴承的阻力,发直流电的时候很简单,发交流电的时候,要确保两边磁极同步转动而又符合交流发电原理,这样,做的发电机输出线圈环面与轴线近垂直而传统的发电机输出线圈环面与轴线近平行,交流发电的时候,两异性磁极同时切割同样的输出线圈而传统的交流发电机两异性磁极则异时切割同样的输出线圈,轴上用隔磁套管,转子固定在隔磁套管外,磁体也与轴隔磁而又传磁给转子片。

实施方案
这个设计实施简单,忽略细节的基本知识的情况下,就失败全局,图1、图2都画有隔磁小圆,最小圆是轴孔,大圆是代表转子片,大圆半圆代表发交流电,其两个半圆代表两个异性磁极,大圆全圆代表发直流电的转子片;图2代表磁体或励磁体接成一体,在圆或方体内都是同极性,远离圆形体的几个极也是其同极性,这里画的图,代表发直流电,发交流电时,一部分与另一部分的极性相反,可以两个同极性,另两个与此异极性,理如常;图3代表输出线圈在交流电的情况下,如果有六个线圈组成,则三个线圈的绕向与另三个线圈的绕向相反,在直流电的情况下,各个线圈的绕向相同;图4示意,中间是输出线圈,两端有两个转子与两个磁体供磁,也有一端供磁的,这一端供磁的,发交流电方便,这是一般情况,其余仿此,其余是常用技术。

1.转子安装在驱动机轴头上的发电机,发电机有机壳,转子与输出线圈、永磁体或励磁体,转子固定在轴上,输出线圈固定在机壳一起,本发明特征在于:转子安装在驱动机轴头上,永磁体或励磁体的磁场磁极与转子近临,两者间距大于0.01mm而又尽力靠近,可以做成无励磁碳刷的发电机,输出线圈两边各有驱动机,这样,输出线圈近邻转轴与磁极都邻转轴的轴,就成了驱动机转轴了,减少去了转轴与轴承所带来的阻力了。
2.权利要求1所述,一台发电机有多个驱动机驱动转子,也可以用一个驱动机。
3.权利要求1所述,发电机转子安装在驱动机轴上。
