本发明一种防火建材,制备方法如下:(1)制备防火填料,称取水滑石10—40份、蒙脱土10—20份、聚乙烯醇15—25份、膨胀蛭石颗粒10—20份、聚苯乙烯10—20份、丙烯酸树脂8—10份、环氧树脂6—8份、改性碳酸钙6—8份进行搅拌混合,得到防火填料;(2)在建材内部切割填充槽,并填充防火填料,填充完毕后使用防火泥封堵,封堵后自然晾干即可。本发明所得的防火建材的防火性能极佳。

背景技术
近年来随着建筑行业的飞速发展,火灾的防控也面临巨大的挑战,防火的重要性不言而喻,防火填料作为有效的防火材料,可以对火势进行有效的阻燃,防止进一步蔓延,可以有效的减少火灾对人民生命和财产造成的威胁。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种防火建材。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种防火建材,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
(1)制备防火填料,称取水滑石10—40份、蒙脱土10—20份、聚乙烯醇15—25份、膨胀蛭石颗粒10—20份、聚苯乙烯10—20份、丙烯酸树脂8—10份、环氧树脂6—8份、改性碳酸钙6—8份进行搅拌混合,得到防火填料;
(2)在建材内部切割填充槽,并填充防火填料,填充完毕后使用防火泥封堵,封堵后自然晾干即可。
上述一种防火建材,其特征在于,所述膨胀蛭石颗粒为纳米级膨胀蛭石颗粒。
上述一种防火建材,其特征在于,所述膨胀蛭石颗粒粒径为30-90nm。
本发明所得的防火建材的防火性能极佳。

(1)制备防火填料,称取水滑石40份、蒙脱土20份、聚乙烯醇25份、膨胀蛭石颗粒20份、聚苯乙烯20份、丙烯酸树脂10份、环氧树脂8份、改性碳酸钙8份进行搅拌混合,得到防火填料;
(2)在建材内部切割填充槽,并填充防火填料,填充完毕后使用防火泥封堵,封堵后自然晾干即可。
所述膨胀蛭石颗粒粒径为90nm。

一种防火建材,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
(1)制备防火填料,称取水滑石10份、蒙脱土10份、聚乙烯醇15份、膨胀蛭石颗粒10份、聚苯乙烯10份、丙烯酸树脂8份、环氧树脂6份、改性碳酸钙6份进行搅拌混合,得到防火填料;
(2)在建材内部切割填充槽,并填充防火填料,填充完毕后使用防火泥封堵,封堵后自然晾干即可。
所述膨胀蛭石颗粒粒径为30nm。

(2)在建材内部切割填充槽,并填充防火填料,填充完毕后使用防火泥封堵,封堵后自然晾干即可。
