本发明涉及塑料领域,具体是一种环保塑料袋。
背景技术
目前,中国塑料年产量为300万吨,消费量在600万吨以上。全世界塑料年产量为1亿吨,如果按每年15%的塑料废弃量计算,全世界年塑料废弃量就是1500万吨,中国的年塑料废弃量在100万吨以上,废弃塑料在垃圾中的比例占到40%,这样大量的废弃塑料作为垃圾被埋在地下,无疑给本来就缺乏的可耕种土地带来更大的压力。塑料在给人们的生活带来方便的同时,也给环境带来了难以收拾的后患,人们把塑料给环境带来的灾难称为“白色污染”。塑料袋的确给人们生活带来了方便,但是这一时的方便却带来长久的危害。目前尽管有关降解塑料的研究和报道较多,但许多具体问题不能解决,可降解塑料袋色泽暗淡发黄,透明度低,给人一种不够清洁和难看之感,用起来不放心。另外可降解塑料袋承重能力低,不能满足顾客多装东西和反复使用的要求;含淀粉的降解塑料耐水性都不好,湿强度差,一遇水则力学性能大降。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种环保塑料袋,以解决上述技术问题。
一种环保塑料袋,由以下重量份的成分组成:改性植物淀粉60-70份、聚乙烯醇30-40份、醋酸纤维素15-20份、聚乳酸10-15份、醋酸酯淀粉20-30份、纳米膨润土30-40份、石蜡1-2份、交联剂2-5份、稳定剂3-4。
优选的,所述的环保塑料袋,由以下重量份的成分组成:改性植物淀粉65份、聚乙烯醇35份、醋酸纤维素18份、聚乳酸13份、醋酸酯淀粉25份、纳米膨润土35份、石蜡1.5份、交联剂3份、稳定剂3.5。

本发明提供的环保塑料袋色泽光亮,透明度好,承重能力高,能满足顾客多装东西和反复使用的要求;耐水性好,湿强度好。

一种环保塑料袋,由以下重量份的成分组成:改性植物淀粉70份、聚乙烯醇40份、醋酸纤维素20份、聚乳酸15份、醋酸酯淀粉30份、纳米膨润土40份、石蜡2份、交联剂5份、稳定剂4。
