Abstract

本发明公开了一种透汽隔病毒面料接缝处的液体不能渗透的缝合方法,该层合物包括:至少一层热塑性树脂纤维层;至少一层透汽隔病毒的热塑性弹性体薄膜层;以及位于上述二者之间的、由能与其熔接的胶水所形成的粘合层;该缝合方法中,进行搭接或者叠放形成接缝,并对接缝处的层合物进行热封;其中,热封的温度高于或者等于层合物中最高熔点材料层的融点、但低于层合物中所有材料层产生穿孔或者分解的温度。本发明的热缝合处具有优良的防风、透汽、阻隔病毒液体、外观平整无褶皱、手感柔软等特点。本发明还提供了一种医用纺织制品。

Description

一种透汽隔病毒面料接缝处的液体不能渗透的缝合方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种透汽隔病毒隔液体面料接缝处的液体不能渗透的缝合方法;更具体地讲,本发明涉及一种热封方法用搭接或者叠放的方式将一次性透汽隔病毒隔液体面料接缝处进行热缝合的方法。
背景技术
目前,2层或多层复合无纺布透汽隔病毒隔液体面料在制作成使用制品时常规使用缝线或者超声缝合,但破坏了面料的阻隔性,容易受外力作用而裂开,因此采用其它的缝合技术以保证剥离强度和阻隔性。若采用低于其中任意一材料的熔点缝合,尤其是在材料的克重和厚度有所变化时容易出现不稳定,甚至是假象缝合,但无法保持阻隔性;若采用高于任意材料的成孔或分解温度时,也同样无法保证阻隔性。行业内,存在采用热缝合温度低于隔液层温度,高于布层温度的热缝合条件,但薄膜厚度或者薄膜材料生产厂家变化时,产品的缝合处常面临着渗液、热封强度下降、无法通过ASTM F1671的病毒阻隔测试,给技术、市场、成本等带来了巨大的压力,尤其是给制品使用者的人身安全造成了非常大的威胁。同样中间胶水层的连续性分布情况及薄膜的种类也直接影响热缝合处的阻隔测试结果及静水压,市面上有些直接采用全覆盖或者无透湿汽薄膜,则直接影响了材料的透湿性舒适度,给制品使用者带来不舒适无法长时间进行精密工作。对于胶水层材质的选择,市面上常采用快速老化材质,给缝合处的阻隔性以及保质期带来了问题,给市场带来效率低下并且因频繁更换带来了巨大的成本压力。
CN 200780003514.0公开了一种热粘接性层压无纺布,并无隔液层的层合物,虽获得良好的剥离强度及透汽性,但仍无法实现长期有效的阻隔效果。
CN 202354419U一种袖套的热封制作方法,但是所使用层合物仅是单层耐撕裂塑料制品而非层合物。
US7390376B2公开了一种隔液层合物的热缝合方法,但缝合温度限定低于或等于隔液薄膜层的熔点,在隔液薄膜层厚度变厚至30um或者材料生产厂家变化时或者表面面料非无纺布时出现了不通过阻隔血液或病毒测试的现象,无法适应市场的需求。
常见的隔液层合物的缝合处达到阻隔目的缝合仍出现无法阻隔的现象并困扰着行业。而只针对某些厚度层合物的热缝合方法则容易造成缝合口处发硬、不稳定现象、缝合条件过于狭窄,这给缝合成本及工艺稳定,尤其是设备精度控制、稳定性和后期稳定应用的安全性带来了巨大的经济和社会压力,阻碍了市场的发展和安全劳动保护的推广。因此,解决此类现象成为了各个行业的强烈要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种透汽、透湿、能阻隔病毒液体的、由热塑性弹性体薄膜层合物形成医用纺织品以及对该层合物接缝处进行热缝合的缝合方法。
为了实现上述的发明目的,一方面,本发明提供了一种使透汽隔病毒层合物接缝处的液体不能渗透的缝合方法,其中,该层合物包括若干材料层:
至少一层1-500g/m2热塑性树脂纤维层;
至少一层3-200μm透汽隔病毒的热塑性弹性体薄膜层;
以及位于热塑性树脂纤维层和热塑性弹性体薄膜层之间的、由能与热塑性树脂纤维层和热塑性弹性体薄膜层熔接的胶水所形成的克重在0.1g/m2以上的粘合层;
其中,在上述的层合物接缝处的缝合方法中,使得需要进行接缝的层合物搭接或者叠放形成接缝,并对接缝处的层合物进行热封;其中,热封的温度高于或者等于该层合物中最高熔点材料层的融点、但低于该层合物中所有材料层产生穿孔或者分解的温度。
优选地,在本发明的缝合方法中,热封使得所有材料层均产生一定程度的融化。
在本发明的缝合方法中,热封可以采用热缝合设备在层合物的搭接处或者叠放处进行热压而形成缝合物。通常,热封可在0.001-1MPa的压力下进行的,更为优选为0.1-0.8MPa,最为优选为0.1MPa-0.6MPa。优选地,施压时间为0.01-600s,更为优选为0.1-480s,最为优选为1-480s。
在本发明的层合物缝合方法中,可首先采用搭接或者叠放的方式使得接缝处的层合物形成交叠,热封面可为任意面,优选为相同材质热封面;热封温度高于或者等于最高熔点树脂材料的融点,低于所有材料的产生穿孔或者分解温度,热封时所有材料均产生一定程摄氏度的融化。
在本发明的层合物缝合方法中,热缝合所采用的热压设备可为超声波、高周波、脉冲热缝合、高温热封机、辊轮封机等。
按本发明的缝合方法所形成的热缝合处具有优良的剥离强度、防风、透汽、阻隔病毒液体、防水、外观平整无褶皱、手感柔软等特点。其中,手感测试ASTM D828标准测试弹性模量,也可为ISO 17235-2002标准测试而柔软摄氏度。其中,采用上述缝合方法所形成的医用纺织制品宜采用ISO 17235-2002标准,该数值越大,手感越柔软。其中液体阻隔测试,尤其是静水压、血液及病毒的阻隔测试、热封强度的性能均与层合物各层材质、克重及热缝合条件有很大关系。
另一方面,为实现本发明的目的,本发明还提供了一种采用透汽隔病毒层合物的医用纺织制品,该医用纺织制品利用上述的缝合方法在层合物的接缝处形成液体不能渗透的接缝,其中,该层合物包括:
至少一层1-500g/m2热塑性树脂纤维层,优选为5-200g/m2,更为优选为10-150g/m2
至少一层3-200μm透汽隔病毒的热塑性弹性体薄膜层;
以及位于所述热塑性树脂纤维层和所述热塑性弹性体薄膜层之间的、由能与所述热塑性树脂纤维层和所述热塑性弹性体薄膜层熔接的胶水所形成的克重在0.1g/m2以上的粘合层。
本发明中,透汽隔病毒热塑性弹性体薄膜层的厚度优选为4~100μm,更优选为5~90μm。
在本发明的医用纺织制品,其中,热塑性树脂纤维层可为任意纤维材料,优选为天然纤维织物和化纤织物或非织造物,如:聚酯及其衍生物纤维、聚酰胺及其衍生物纤维、聚酰亚胺及其衍生物纤维、聚氨酯及其衍生物纤维、聚丙烯及其衍生物纤维、聚乙烯及其衍生物纤维、聚乙烯醇及其衍生物纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维及其衍生物、生物基纤维、可降解纤维及其衍生物等制成的织物。
本发明中,热塑性树脂纤维层的材料可以是单一组分也可以是多组分材料组层;热塑性树脂纤维层的材料可以是多层共挤出也可以是单层挤出。
在本发明的医用纺织制品中,透汽隔病毒热塑性弹性体薄膜层材质可以是多层共挤出也可以是单层挤出。
在本发明的医用纺织制品中,透汽隔病毒热塑性弹性体薄膜层为选自如下一种的热塑性弹性体塑料及其衍生物和混合物:聚醋酸乙烯酯及其衍生物和混合物、聚氯乙烯及其衍生物和混合物、聚醋酸乙烯醇及其衍生物和混合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯及其衍生物和混合物、以及聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯及其衍生物和混合物、聚酰胺及其衍生物、氨基树酯及其衍生物和混合物、不饱和聚酯树脂及其衍生物和混合物、环氧树脂及其衍生物和混合物、有机硅树脂及其衍生物和混合物;更优选材质为弹性体及其衍生物,聚对苯二甲醇丁二醇酯及其衍生物和混合物、聚氨酯及其衍生物和混合物、TPO(热塑性聚烯烃弹性体)及其衍生物和混合物、TPV(热塑性硫化橡胶)及其衍生物和混合物等。
在本发明的医用纺织制品中,所使用的胶水可为任意胶水,优选为不易老化的溶剂胶、水性胶、热融胶、无溶剂胶。其中,溶剂胶有反应型和非反应型胶水,优选为湿汽反应型聚氨酯胶水、双组分聚氨酯胶水、硅氧烷类压敏胶、橡胶类压敏胶、聚酯类压敏胶、聚酯类溶剂胶、橡胶类溶剂胶等;水性胶优选为水性丙烯酸类胶水、聚氨酯类胶水、烯烃类热熔胶、聚氨酯热熔胶、热塑性弹性体胶水、橡胶类、聚酯类、压敏胶类等;热熔胶优选为聚氨酯反应型胶水、聚酯类、酰胺类、丙烯酸类等。
优选地,在本发明的医用纺织制品中,所涂布的胶水是非连续的。涂布所采用的装置可为任意涂胶装置,优选为辊涂装置、喷涂装置、狭缝涂布装置、撒粉装置等,再优选为辊涂、喷涂等涂布装置。
优选地,在本发明的医用纺织制品中,粘合层为不连续的层状物,以提高层合物的透汽、透湿性能;更优选地,粘合层为不连续的点状层状物、或者带间隔的条状层状物、或者网格状的层状物。
本发明的医用纺织制品可以为包括透汽隔病毒热塑性弹性体薄膜层的贴合织物,也可以为薄膜处于两层织物之间、多层之间采用粘合剂复合;还可以使更多层的层合物。对于多层的层合物来说,贴合所用的纤维制品可为多种材质,也可为多种材质混合使用。
在本发明的医用纺织制品中,粘合层的克重优选为0.8-50g/m2。本发明的医用纺织制品优选为手术服装或手术单(surgical drape)等。
本发明中,所用的透汽隔病毒热塑性弹性体薄膜层为透汽膜,采用GB 12704.2测试,微孔薄膜的透湿度3000g/m2*24h以上,优选在4000g/m2*24h,9000g/m2*24h以上更优。熔点采用熔点在80摄氏度以上,优选为98摄氏度以上。该透汽隔病毒热塑性弹性体薄膜层材质成分按质量百分比计,包括:
0.1%-99%的热塑性弹性体树脂材料、
0.01-90%的粒径在100μm以内的无机粉体材料、以及0-5%分散剂,其中,分散剂为具有与树脂亲和之基团的有机材料。
上述薄膜原料可经机械混合后,进行预混熔融造粒、涂层或直接挤出成膜,根据不同配方进行优选。如为有机低分子类配方,优选直接挤出成膜,如含有无机粉体配方则优选预混熔融造粒后再成膜。成膜可采用单层或者多层制备,更为优选为1-3层挤出。再经过中间特殊工序如表面处理、溶剂清洗、印刷、在线熟化、涂布涂料或涂胶等对薄膜进行处理,优选为表面处理、印刷、上浆、在线熟化。最终实现力学机械性能、弹性、韧性、尺寸稳定性、温度使用范围、光学性能以及汽体透过性等各方面性能的完善和可控的树脂薄膜。
下面,结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明,但这些具体实施方式只是针对本发明某些特定的具体实施方式的说明而已,并非是对本发明的限定。

具体实施方案
在下面的各具体实施方式中,克重、剥离力、封口抗裂纹、柔软摄氏度、透湿率、静水压、隔血液、隔病毒等等测试方法如下:
(1)克重检测标准:
A)检测仪器:分析天平,精摄氏度0.001g;
B)采样标准:在幅宽方向距边15mm起,每相距约60mm取样,在长摄氏度方向上每隔300mm取样。称样尺寸为100x100mm,取样块数为幅宽和长摄氏度方向上共100块;
(2)剥离强摄氏度检测标准:
A)检测标准:GB8808;
B)采样标准:在幅宽方向距边15mm起,每相距约150mm取样,在长摄氏度方向上每隔500mm取样。测试样尺寸为15x180mm,取样块数为幅宽和长摄氏度方向上共50块;
(3)封口抗裂纹检测标准:
A)检测标准:钢管测试封口强摄氏度,来回拉三次,观察接缝的断裂情况;
B)采样标准:在幅宽方向距边15mm起,每相距约150mm取样,在长摄氏度方向上每隔500mm取样。测试样尺寸为15x180mm,取样块数为幅宽和长摄氏度方向上共50块;
(4)柔软摄氏度
A)检测标准:ISO 17235;
B)采样标准:在幅宽方向距边15mm起,每相距约150mm取样,在长摄氏度方向上每隔100mm取样。测试样尺寸为180x180mm,取样块数为幅宽和长摄氏度方向上共10块;
(5)静水压检测标准
A)检测标准:AATCC127;
B)采样标准:按斜对角取至少3块200mm*200mm的样,避免测试区域的折叠和污染;测试前样品在(21±2)℃,(65±2)%调湿至少4小时,测试需要区分面料正反面。
C)检测方法:在(21±2)℃条件下,擦干夹持装置表面的水,夹持调湿后的样品使样品正面与水面接触。选择测试程序,升压速摄氏度(60mbar/min),记录第三滴水珠出现时的水压值,三处水珠应是不同处且不是夹具边缘3mm内的水珠。
(6)隔血液检测标准
A)检测标准:ASTM F 1670;
B)采样标准:
1、每个防护服材料,组成,部位(非均一性材料设计时)或其他条件下随机选取3个样。
2、如果防护服材料为在两个纤维层中夹有一层密封层,则材料边缘的毛细作用可导致实验结果出现假阳性,而导致结果不合格。此时应将实验样品的边缘封好,以避免毛细作用影响。在实验进行前应以粘合剂、封口胶、固体石蜡或付有粘和剂的泡沫对样品进行封固。
3、密封只对边缘的试样,留下中心57mm的开放区域进行测试。
4、若试样制作成品时要经过杀菌处理,则需对试样进行杀毒处理。杀毒过程不能影响试样的性能,必须符合制造厂家的要求。
5、试样在实验前,应在温度为(21±5)℃、相对湿摄氏度30~80%的条件下处理至少24小时。6、如果允许,可以使用其他预处理条件(如灭菌),评价防护服性能。
C)检测方法:试样在指定的时间和压力下(首先0kPa保持5分钟,之后以13.8kPa保持1分钟,然后再以0kPa保持54分钟)承受模拟体液(合成血)的穿透试验。以肉眼观察判断渗透的发生。合成血液有任何穿透证据则构成失败。结果报告体现为合格/不合格。
(7)隔病毒检测标准
A)检测标准:ASTM F 1671;
B)采样标准:
1、每个防护服材料,组成,部位(非均一性材料设计时)或其他条件下随机选取3个样。
2、如果防护服材料为在两个纤维层中夹有一层密封层,则材料边缘的毛细作用可导致实验结果出现假阳性,而导致结果不合格。此时应将实验样品的边缘封好,以避免毛细作用影响。在实验进行前应以粘合剂、封口胶、固体石蜡或付有粘和剂的泡沫对样品进行封固。
3、密封只对边缘的试样,留下中心57mm的开放区域进行测试。
4、若试样制作成品时要经过杀菌处理,则需对试样进行杀毒处理。杀毒过程不能影响试样的性能,必须符合制造厂家的要求。
5、试样在实验前,应在温度为(21±5)℃、相对湿摄氏度30~80%的条件下处理至少24小时。6、如果允许,可以使用其他预处理条件(如灭菌),评价防护服性能。
C)检测方法:试样在指定的支撑网、时间和压力下(首先0kPa保持5分钟,之后以13.8kPa保持1分钟,然后再以0kPa保持54分钟)承受噬菌体液体Phi-X174的穿透试验。当没有发生液体渗透现象时,通过一种分析程序来确定病毒是否通过试样到另一面。有液体或病毒穿透证据则失败。结果报告体现为合格/不合格
(8)透湿率:
GB/T 12704.2吸湿法测试,湿摄氏度为90%,温度为38℃。
实施例一
将8μm熔点为185摄氏度的聚酯衍生物薄膜与23g/m2PP无纺布,采用反应型水性胶进行点状微凹板贴合后,胶水克重为3g/m2,生产线速摄氏度150m/min,冷却收卷。再进行胶水熟化。得到表面平整,未有发粘触感的两层面料,将膜面对膜面叠放,在热封机上用215摄氏度、0.4MPa压力、热封时间3s,封口处抗裂纹测试表现光洁、剥离力达到薄膜破材、柔软摄氏度ISO 17235测试结果为3.0、透湿率GB/T 12704.2测试结果为14000g/m2*24h、静水压测试结果为140mbar、隔血液ASTM F1670测试通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试通过,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,该实施例证实了该温度的热封使得膜发生了融合,达到了阻隔液体和病毒渗透的同时保持防风透汽防水的效果。
实施例二
将实施例一的结构在膜的另一面粘结一层PP无纺布,胶水克重为3g/m2,生产线速摄氏度100m/min,冷却收卷。再进行胶水熟化。得到表面平整,未有发粘触感的三层面料,将任意无纺布进行叠放,在热封机上用215摄氏度热封,其余条件同实施例一,封口处抗裂纹测试表现光洁、剥离力达32N/15mm、柔软摄氏度ISO 17235测试结果为3.0、透湿率GB/T12704.2测试结果为9500g/m2*24h、静水压测试结果为130mbar、隔血液ASTM F1670测试通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试通过,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,该实施例证实了该温度将三层材料及中间物质都进行了融合,达到了阻隔液体和病毒渗透的同时保持防风透汽防水的效果,多一层无纺布未有影响。
实施例三
将25μm熔点为212摄氏度的聚酯衍生物薄膜与30g/m2涤纶织物,采用反应型聚氨酯热熔胶进行点状微凹板贴合后,胶水克重为15g/m2每面,生产线速摄氏度20m/min,冷却收卷。再进行胶水熟化。得到表面平整,未有发粘触感的两层面料,将膜面对膜面叠放,在热封机上用215摄氏度、0.4MPa压力、热封时间3s,剥离力达到薄膜破材、柔软摄氏度ISO17235测试结果为3.0、透湿率GB/T 12704.2测试结果为5000g/m2*24h、静水压测试结果为1400mbar、隔血液ASTM F1670测试通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试通过,该实施例证实了该温度的热封使得膜发生了融合,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,达到了阻隔液体和病毒渗透的同时保持防风透汽防水的效果,并达到多次洗涤缝合处不发生改变。
实施例三
将实施例二的一层无纺布增加克重至25gsm,冷却收卷。再进行胶水熟化。得到表面平整,未有发粘触感的三层面料,将高克重无纺布面与高克重无纺布面进行叠放,在热封机上用215摄氏度热封,封口处抗裂纹测试表现光洁、剥离力达33N/15mm、柔软摄氏度ISO17235测试结果为2.8、透湿率GB/T 12704.2测试结果为9200g/m2*24h、静水压测试结果为160mbar、隔血液ASTM F1670测试通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试通过,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,该实施例证实了该温度将三层材料及中间物质都进行了融合,无纺布的克重提高提高了缝合处的静水压。
实施例四、五、六、七
将实施例二的一层无纺布更改30gsm纯涤纶无纺布,另一层无纺布仍为23gsmPP无纺布,其余同实施例二,分别将涤纶无纺布对涤纶无纺布进行叠放、将PP无纺布面对PP无纺布面叠放、将PP无纺布面对涤纶无纺布面叠放,将纯涤纶无纺布更换为含融合PP成分的涤纶无纺布并将该无纺布与PP无纺布面进行叠放,在热封机上用260、215、260、260摄氏度热封,封口处抗裂纹测试均表现光洁、剥离力达35、30、15、30N/15mm柔软摄氏度ISO 17235测试结果为2.7、透湿率GB/T 12704.2测试结果均为8900g/m2*24h左右、静水压测试结果为190、140、100mbar、139mbar,除PP无纺布面对涤纶无纺布面叠放外其余均通过隔血液ASTMF1670测试通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试通过,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,该实施例证实了不同材质熔点的无纺布材料进行热缝合需要保证缝合面的材料之间的互相融合,否则会影响热封面的剥离强度及阻隔性的通过性测试。
实施例九、十、十一、十二
将实施例二的薄膜分别更换为同样熔点的10um、12um、20um、30um,其中胶水克重依次调整为3gsm、3gsm、5gsm、6gsm得到表面平整的三层面料,将无纺布面叠放,在热封机上均用215摄氏度热封,封口处抗裂纹测试表现光洁、剥离力分别达到32N/15mm、32.5N/15mm、35N/15mm、38N/15mm,柔软摄氏度ISO 17235测试结果为3.0、3.1、3.1、2.95、2.7、透湿率GB/T 12704.2测试结果为9200、9000、8500、7200g/m2*24h、静水压测试结果为140、145、165、190mbar、隔血液ASTM F1670测试均通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试均通过,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,该实施例证实了薄膜厚摄氏度的增加对面料热封处的阻隔性无影响,对剥离牢摄氏度和静水压有很大贡献,透湿性随厚摄氏度的增加下降。
实施例十二、十三、十四、十五
将实施例二的薄膜更换为厚摄氏度10um,熔点212摄氏度的聚酯薄膜、厚摄氏度10um,熔点220摄氏度的聚酯薄膜、厚摄氏度10um,熔点160摄氏度的尼龙薄膜、厚摄氏度10um,熔点135摄氏度的尼龙薄膜,得到平整的三层面料,将无纺布面叠放,在热封机上分别用220、225、175、170摄氏度热封,封口处抗裂纹测试表现光洁、剥离力分别达到30N/15mm、34N/15mm、29N/15mm、28N/15mm、,柔软摄氏度ISO 17235测试结果为3.0、3.1、3.7、3.9;透湿率GB/T 12704.2测试结果为9500、9300、9350、8000g/m2*24h、静水压测试结果为140、145、125mbar、120mbar;隔血液ASTM F1670测试均通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试均通过,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,该实施例证实了在薄膜的熔点高于无纺布时热封温度需高于薄膜熔点,当薄膜熔点低于无纺布时热封温度需高于或者等于无纺布温度,才可以保障相应的热封强度和封口处的阻隔性。
实施例十六、十七、十九、二十
将实施例二的薄膜更换为强摄氏度更高,熔点195摄氏度的聚酯薄膜、或者将无纺布更换为强摄氏度更高的23gsm PP无纺布、或者将胶水量更改为0.5gsm、5gsm,其余同实施例二,得到平整的三层面料,将无纺布面叠放,在热封机处215摄氏度热封,封口处抗裂纹测试表现光洁、剥离力达33、35、23、35N/15mm、柔软摄氏度ISO 17235测试结果为2.9、2.7、3.3、2.9、透湿率GB/T 12704.2测试结果为5000、9200、12000、8000g/m2*24h、静水压测试结果为139、156、105、215mbar、除1gsm胶水的样品今通过了三分之二的样品,其余均通过隔血液ASTM F1670测试通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试通过,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,该实施例证实了增加各基材的强度对热缝合处的阻隔性能、剥离强度均有帮助,过低则带来不稳定。
实施例二十一、二十二、二十三
将实施例二的三层面料,在热封机上分别用205、210、220、225摄氏度热封,封口处抗裂纹测试表现光洁、剥离力分别达到29N/15mm、33.5N/15mm、34N/15mm、34.9N/15mm,透湿率GB/T 12704.2测试结果为9200g/m2*24h、静水压测试结果为120、140、190、230mbar、隔血液ASTM F1670测试均通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试均通过,老化跟踪两年后数据仍保持90%以上,隔血液及病毒测试通过,该实施例证实了热封温度在一定范围内的增加对面料热封处的阻隔性和剥离牢度、静水压有明显的增加。
实施例二十四、二十五、二十六
将实施例二的三层面料,在热封机上分别用0.05、0.6、1.2MPa,215摄氏度热封,封口处抗裂纹测试表现光洁、剥离力分别达到10N/15mm、34N/15mm、40N/15mm、38N/15mm,静水压测试结果为60、160、50mbar、隔血液ASTM F1670测试仅0.6MPa通过、隔病毒ASTM F 1671测试仅0.6MPa通过,该实施例证实了热封压力的增加在一定范围内对面料热封处的阻隔性和热封强度有帮助,但如果过大将造成阻隔透气层穿孔,起到反作用;过小则将造成材料无纺布真正融合,同样也对阻隔性和热封强度造成反作用。

Claims (10)

1.一种使透汽隔病毒层合物接缝处的液体不能渗透的缝合方法,其中,所述的层合物包括若干材料层:
至少一层1-500g/m2热塑性树脂纤维层;
至少一层3-200μm透汽隔病毒的热塑性弹性体薄膜层;
以及位于所述热塑性树脂纤维层和所述热塑性弹性体薄膜层之间的、由能与所述热塑性树脂纤维层和所述热塑性弹性体薄膜层熔接的胶水所形成的克重在0.1g/m2以上的粘合层;
其中,在所述层合物接缝处的缝合方法中,使得需要进行接缝的层合物搭接或者叠放形成接缝,并对接缝处的层合物进行热封;其中,热封的温度高于或者等于所述层合物中最高熔点材料层的融点、但低于所述层合物中所有材料层产生穿孔或者分解的温度。
2.如权利要求1所述的缝合方法,其中,所述的热封使得所有材料层均产生一定程度的融化。
3.如权利要求1所述的缝合方法,其中,所述的热封是采用热缝合设备在所述层合物的搭接或者叠放处进行热压而形成缝合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的缝合方法,其中,所述的热封是在0.001-1MPa的压力下进行的,施压时间为0.01-600s。
5.如权利要求3所述的缝合方法,其中,所采用的热压设备为高周波、脉冲式热封机、高温连续式热封机、或辊轮封机。
6.一种采用透汽隔病毒层合物并利用如权利要求1-5之一所述的缝合方法在该层合物的接缝处形成液体不能渗透的接缝的医用纺织制品,其中,所述的层合物包括:
至少一层1-500g/m2热塑性树脂纤维层,优选为5-200g/m2,更为优选为10-150g/m2
至少一层3-200μm透汽隔病毒的热塑性弹性体薄膜层;
以及位于所述热塑性树脂纤维层和所述热塑性弹性体薄膜层之间的、由能与所述热塑性树脂纤维层和所述热塑性弹性体薄膜层熔接的胶水所形成的克重在0.1g/m2以上的粘合层。
7.如权利要求6所述的医用纺织制品,其中,所述的热塑性树脂纤维层为聚酯及其衍生物纤维、聚酰胺及其衍生物纤维、聚酰亚胺及其衍生物纤维、聚氨酯及其衍生物纤维、聚丙烯及其衍生物纤维、聚乙烯及其衍生物纤维、聚乙烯醇及其衍生物纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维及其衍生物、生物基纤维、或可降解纤维及其衍生物制成的织物。
8.如权利要求6所述的医用纺织制品,其中,所述的热塑性弹性体薄膜层的材质为选自如下一种的热塑性弹性体塑料及其衍生物和混合物:聚醋酸乙烯酯及其衍生物和混合物、聚氯乙烯及其衍生物和混合物、聚醋酸乙烯醇及其衍生物和混合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯及其衍生物和混合物、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯及其衍生物和混合物、聚酰胺及其衍生物、氨基树酯及其衍生物和混合物、不饱和聚酯树脂及其衍生物和混合物、环氧树脂及其衍生物和混合物、有机硅树脂及其衍生物和混合物。
9.如权利要求6所述的医用纺织制品,其中,所述的粘合层的克重为0.8-50g/m2,而且所述的粘合层为不连续的层状物,优选为不连续的点状层状物、带间隔的条状层状物或者网格状的层状物。
10.如权利要求6所述的医用纺织制品,其中,所述的医用纺织制品为手术服装或手术单。
