三维打印线材的对接方法,二根线材的对接,对接压头上下对应的两个半圆孔,被电热管加热,在半圆口内放置要对接的线材,两个半圆孔对应合闭时形成一个圆孔,使被加热软化的线材融合在一起,再用冷却的对接钳,对接头处整形固定,张开上下对接头取出线材。三维打印线材的对接工具,对接钳的压头的开口处有半圆口,半圆口的旁边有电热管。上下压头各有一个 半圆口,上下半圆口是相对应的,合闭时是一个圆形孔。被用作对接头处整形固定冷却的对接钳的直径等于线材的直径。对接的工具简单,操作方便,在三维打印的过程中不用降低运行速度就能进行快速的对接操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及三维打印机的线材对接方法,尤其是“三维打印线材的对接方法及工具”,用在打印过程中线材的对接,也是一种单喷头多色打印的方法。
背景技术
熔融挤压成型三维打印机使用的大多是塑料线材,当线材在打印中断了,或在打印的过程中一卷线材用完时,需要及时快速的安装新的线材。常用方法是观察线材快用完时,降低打印速度,放松压紧螺钉,重新安装新的线材,前面的线材就去掉一部分,后面的线材要穿过送丝器,这个操作过程较麻烦。中国专利申请号:201510614344.6,“一种 3D 打印机料丝对接方法及对接装置”提出的,免粘的工艺管,料丝分别经料管两端插入工艺管,并相互接触,对工艺管实施加热,料丝相互接触部分热熔后,对工艺管降温使料丝固化对接。该对接装置包括 :对接工艺管安装在工艺管固定支架上安装槽内。加热部分包括 :加热模具、加热体和温度控制器,加热体设置在加热模具上加热体与温度控制器电连接,加热模具对称设置两个,加热模具滑动安装在对接装置机架上,构成两个加热模具移动后形成对接工艺管包裹结构。工艺管冷却部分与安装槽对应安装。这项专利申请也是一种较好解决线材对接的方式,并能提供一种多色的打印线材,但是所用的工艺管的方法及设置较复杂,且不适应用在打印过程中的快速对接线材。
发明内容
为了完善三维打印机线材的对接方式,本发明力图提供一种三维打印线材的对接方法及工具,工具结构简单,操作方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:三维打印线材的对接方法,二根线材的对接,对接压头上下对应的两个半圆孔,被电热管加热,在半圆口内放置要对接的线材,两个半圆孔对应合闭时形成一个圆孔,使被加热软化的线材融合在一起,再用冷却的对接钳,对接头处整形固定,张开上下对接头取出线材。在加热的过程中压紧对接压头。三维打印线材的对接工具,对接钳的压头的开口处有半圆口,半圆口的旁边有电热管。上下压头各有一个 半圆口,上下半圆口是相对应的,合闭时是一个圆形孔。被用作对接头处整形固定冷却的对接钳的直径等于线材的直径。用于冷却整形的对接钳,不需要安装电热管,压头的宽度可宽一点,但对合的两个半圆孔的直径要等于线材白直径。

具体实施方式
在图1及图2中,对接钳1的压头2的开口处有半圆口3,半圆口3的旁边有电热管4,半圆口3内含有线材5。对接的过程是:对接压头2上下对应的两个半圆孔5,被电热管4加热,在半圆口3内放置要对接的线材5,两个半圆孔5对应合闭时形成一个圆孔,使被加热软化的线材5融合在一起,再用冷却的没有加热的对接钳1,对接头处整形固定,张开上下对接头2取出线材5。在加热的过程中压紧对接压头2。进一步说明,当电热管4通电后加热压头2,在半圆口3内放置要对接的线材5,线材5的头部可以叠加放置。再压紧被加热的压头2,线材5在 半圆口3内加热被软化,并被合闭时形成的圆形孔压成圆型状,这时的线材5接头处非常柔软,不能支撑任何外力。图2中的对接钳1是没有安装电热管4的,用冷却的对接钳1的半圆口3再次压紧线材5的接头处,一是为了使接头处直径的尺寸在标准的范围内,二是快速冷却固定线材5的接头,使接头处的材料硬度快速恢复到正常值。被用作对接头处整形固定冷却的对接钳1的直径等于线材5的直径。

1.三维打印线材的对接方法,二根线材的对接,其特征是:对接压头上下对应的两个半圆孔,被电热管加热,在半圆口内放置要对接的线材,两个半圆孔对应合闭时形成一个圆孔,使被加热软化的线材融合在一起,再用冷却的对接钳,对接头处整形固定,张开上下对接头取出线材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三维打印线材的对接方法,其特征是:在加热的过程中压紧对接压头。
3.三维打印线材的对接工具,二根线材的对接,其特征是:对接钳的压头的开口处有半圆口,半圆口的旁边有电热管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的三维打印线材的对接工具,其特征是:上下压头各有一个 半圆口,上下半圆口是相对应的,合闭时是一个圆形孔。
5.根据权利要求3所述的三维打印线材的对接工具,其特征是:被用作对接头处整形固定冷却的对接钳的直径等于线材的直径。
