In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the cleaning module 4 includes: an air bag 41, wherein an air bag mouth of the air bag 41 is wrapped on the first air valve 16 of the air charging and discharging device 1; an air bag storage bin 42, wherein the air bag storage bin 42 is of a hollow structure, one end of the air bag storage bin is sleeved and fixed on the outer side of an air bag mouth of the air bag 41 and is used for storing the air bag 41 in an uninflated state; a brush chain 44 provided on the surface of the air bag 41; the brush chain 44 is made of an elastic material, and extends as the airbag 41 expands. In a specific embodiment, the air bag storage 42 may have a cylindrical structure, or of course, may have a prismatic structure, and the air bag storage 42 is sized to correspond to the air bag 41 in the non-inflated state, and the brush chain 44 is disposed on the surface of the air bag 41. In the present embodiment, the air bag 41 and the brush chain 44 provided on the surface of the air bag 41 may be replaced with an air bag having a brush attached to one surface, both of which have the same effect.
In an alternative embodiment, the balloon wall thickness of the balloon 41 is not uniform, and the cross section of the balloon 41 after inflation is adapted to be elliptical; the brush chain 44 is disposed at the major axis of the oval shape.

In an alternative embodiment, the first valve 16 is provided with a pneumatic sensor 45, and the pneumatic sensor 45 is connected with a relay and is used for controlling on-off of the power supply of the electromagnet 13. In this embodiment, the air pressure sensor 45 is provided with two preset values, namely a first preset value and a second preset value, wherein the first preset value is the maximum air pressure which can be achieved when the air charging and discharging device 1 charges the air bag 41 in the charging mode, and the maximum air pressure is the air pressure value when the air bag wall of the air bag 41 is attached to the wall of the vessel to be cleaned; the second preset value charging and discharging device 1 is capable of achieving the maximum air pressure when the air bag 41 is rapidly charged and discharged in the rapid charging and discharging mode, and the second preset value is smaller than the first preset value, specifically, the second preset value can be determined according to the requirement of the actual application scene. In a specific embodiment, when the air pressure in the air bag 41 reaches a first preset value during the inflation process, the relay is disconnected, that is, the power supply of the electromagnet 13 is disconnected, and the inflation process is ended; during the venting process, when the air pressure in the air bag 41 reaches the second preset value, the relay is turned off, that is, the electromagnet 13 is turned off, the venting process is ended, and the air charging and discharging device 1 is set to the rapid air charging and discharging mode, so that the cleaned vessel is dried.
In an alternative embodiment, vibration pieces may be provided on the wall of the air bag 41 to vibrate the washing liquid in the ware to be cleaned, thereby increasing the cleaning speed.

Claims (9)

1. The bottle washer with the air charging and discharging device comprises the air charging and discharging device (1), a power module (2), a motor (3) and a cleaning module (4), and is characterized in that the air charging and discharging device (1) is connected with the output end of the motor (3), and the motor (3) is used for driving the air charging and discharging device (1) to rotate;
the cleaning module (4) comprises:
an air bag (41), wherein an air bag nozzle of the air bag (41) is wrapped on a first air valve (16) of the air charging and discharging device (1);
an air bag storage bin (42), wherein the air bag storage bin (42) is of a hollow structure, one end of the air bag storage bin is sleeved and fixed on the outer sides of the air bag mouths of the first air valve (16) and the air bag (41), and is used for storing the air bag (41) in an uninflated state;
a collecting sprocket (43) comprising a first collecting sprocket (431) and a second collecting sprocket (432) respectively arranged at two sides of the air sac storage bin (42);
a brush chain (44) having a first state in which both ends are respectively contracted in the first receiving sprocket (431) and the second receiving sprocket (432) when the air bag (41) is in an uninflated state; and a second state in which the airbag (41) is pulled out from the first sprocket (431) and the second sprocket (432) and attached to the surface of the airbag (41) while inflated;
the collecting chain wheel (43) is connected with the output end of the motor (3), and the collecting chain wheel (43) and the air charging and discharging device (1) are driven by the motor (3) to coaxially rotate at the same speed.
2. Bottle washer according to claim 1, characterized in that the washing module (4) comprises:
an air bag (41), wherein an air bag mouth of the air bag (41) is wrapped on the first air valve (16) of the air charging and discharging device (1);
an air bag storage bin (42), wherein the air bag storage bin (42) is of a hollow structure, one end of the air bag storage bin is sleeved and fixed on the outer sides of the air bag mouths of the first air valve (16) and the air bag (41), and is used for storing the air bag (41) in an uninflated state;
a brush chain (44) provided on the surface of the airbag (41); the brush chain (44) is made of an elastic material and extends in response to the inflation of the air bag (41).
3. Bottle washer according to claim 2, characterized in that the balloon (41) has a non-uniform balloon wall thickness, adapted to make the inflated balloon (41) elliptical in cross section;
the brush chain (44) is disposed at the major axis of the ellipse.
4. Bottle washer according to claim 2, characterized in that the first valve (16) is provided with a gas pressure sensor (45), which gas pressure sensor (45) is connected with a relay for controlling the switching on and off of the power supply of the electromagnet (13).
5. The bottle washer of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the air charging and discharging device comprises:
the shell (11) is internally provided with a closed air cavity (12), and electromagnets (13) are arranged on the inner sides of the first side wall and the second side wall which are opposite in the shell (11);
the bottom end of the magnetic component (14) is fixed on the inner side of the third side wall of the shell (11) in a relatively movable manner, the top end of the magnetic component is fixed with a baffle (15) which is arranged corresponding to the fourth side wall of the shell (11), and the magnetic component (14) divides the closed air cavity (12) into a first air cavity (121) and a second air cavity (122);
a first air valve (16) connected with the first air cavity (121) and provided with a first reversing valve (161);
a second valve (17) connected with the second air cavity (122) and provided with a second reversing valve (171);
the third reversing valve (18) is arranged in the parallel channel between the fourth side wall and the baffle plate (15) and is communicated with the first air cavity (121) and the second air cavity (122).
6. The bottle washer according to claim 5, characterized in that said first reversing valve (161) is a multi-way valve consisting of two reversing valves and said third reversing valve (18) is a multi-way valve consisting of a shut-off valve and a reversing valve.
7. Bottle washer according to claim 5, characterized in that the bottom end of the magnetic part (14) is rotatably fixed inside the third side wall, the baffle (15) being arranged according to the movement trajectory of the top end of the magnetic part (14).
8. Bottle washer according to claim 5, characterized in that the third side wall is provided with a groove on the inner side, the magnetic part (14) is arranged in the groove and can move back and forth in the groove, and the baffle (15) is arranged according to the movement track of the top end of the magnetic part (14).
9. Bottle washer according to claim 5, characterized in that the length of the baffle (15) is greater than or equal to the length of the movement track of the top end of the magnetic part (14) so that the first air chamber (121) and the second air chamber (122) are still connected only by the third reversing valve (18) during the movement of the magnetic part (14).
