At present, the spring connector is large in size on one hand, small in elasticity after compression on the other hand, and the spring arm is easy to generate plastic deformation after compression, so that contact of the spring is affected, and signal transmission is not facilitated.

The most critical concept of the invention is as follows: the spring plate is compressed and then three contact points are designed, so that the structure of two contact points of the traditional spring plate connector is replaced, and the spring plate connector is good in elasticity and strong in plastic deformation resistance.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a spring connector comprises a case 1 and a spring 2 disposed in the case 1,
the box body 1 is of a hollow structure, an opening is formed in the top of the box body 1, and a supporting surface 7 is arranged in the box body 1;
the elastic sheet 2 comprises a bottom plate 21, a first elastic arm 22, a first contact portion 23 and a second elastic arm 24 which are sequentially connected, the bottom plate 21 is arranged on the supporting surface 7, the first contact portion 23 extends out of the opening, and the second elastic arm 24 and the bottom plate 21 are obliquely arranged and extend towards the first elastic arm 22.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the elastic sheet is pressed down, the first contact part contacts the product and moves downwards under the acting force of the product until the second elastic arm presses the bottom plate, the bottom plate simultaneously presses the supporting surface and receives the reaction force of the supporting surface, and the three contact points enable the elastic sheet to still keep stable in shape in a compressed state. When the product is removed, the first elastic arm is restored to the original position, and the first contact part and the second elastic arm are driven to restore to the original position.
From the above description, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the whole structural design is compact and small, when the elastic sheet is pressed down by a product, the first contact part and the product, the second elastic arm, the bottom plate and the supporting surface form three-point contact, larger elasticity is generated, and the plastic deformation resistance is stronger.
Further, the supporting surface 7 is disposed between two opposite side surfaces of the box body 1, two side surfaces provided with the supporting surface 7 are respectively provided with a limiting hole 6, two sides of the supporting surface 7 are respectively connected with the limiting holes 6, two sides of the second elastic arm 24 are respectively provided with a limiting protrusion 26, and the limiting holes 6 and the limiting protrusions 26 are correspondingly arranged.
As can be seen from the above description, when the elastic sheet 2 is hooked and lifted by an external force, the limit protrusion 26 is caught with the limit hole 6 to prevent from being hooked.
Further, the spring 2 further includes a second contact portion 25, where the second contact portion 25 is disposed at the end of the second spring arm 24 and faces the first spring arm 22.
As is apparent from the above description, by providing the second contact portion 25, when the elastic piece is pressed down, the second U-contact portion 25 moves downward and presses the bottom plate 21, the contact portion of the structure is more elastic and resistant to plastic deformation.
Further, a welding surface is arranged at the bottom of the box body 1, and a groove 5 is arranged on the welding surface.
From the above description, the whole bottom of the case 1 is provided with a welding surface, so that the area of the SMT welding part can be greatly increased, the molten tin can enter through the groove 5, and the product pasting force after welding is obviously improved.
Further, a marking area 3 is arranged at the top of the box body 1.
As is apparent from the above description, the marking area 3 can be used for sucking the positioning mark by SMT when SMT is performed, thereby placing the product on the soldering position,
further, the other two sides of the box body 1 are opened, and one end of the bottom plate 21 is connected to the top of one side of the box body 1 where the opening is provided.

The elastic sheet 2 comprises a bottom plate 21, a first elastic arm 22, a first contact part 23, a second elastic arm 24 and a second contact part 25 which are sequentially connected, the bottom plate 21 is propped against the second protruding part 8, and one end of the bottom plate 21 is connected with the top of one side of the box body 1, which is opened. The first spring arm 22, the first contact portion 23 and the second contact portion 25 are respectively in a U-shaped structure. The second spring arm 24 is disposed obliquely to the base plate 21 and extends toward the first spring arm 22. The second contact portion 25 is disposed at the end of the second spring arm 24 and faces the first spring arm 22. Limiting protrusions 26 are respectively arranged on two sides of the second elastic arm 24, and the limiting holes 6 are correspondingly arranged with the limiting protrusions 26.
In summary, the invention provides the elastic sheet connector with small volume, good elasticity and strong plastic deformation resistance. The elastic sheet is compact and small in overall structural design, when the elastic sheet is pressed down by a product, the first contact part and the product, the second contact part and the bottom plate, the bottom plate and the supporting surface form three-point contact, larger elasticity is generated, the plastic deformation resistance is higher, and the elastic sheet is not easy to hook. the elastic piece comprises a bottom plate, a first elastic arm, a first contact part and a second elastic arm which are connected in sequence, the bottom plate is arranged on the supporting surface, the first contact part extends out of the opening, and the second elastic arm and the bottom plate are obliquely arranged and extend towards the first elastic arm;
the elastic piece further comprises a second contact part, the second contact part is arranged at the tail end of the second elastic arm and faces the first elastic arm, and the first elastic arm, the first contact part and the second contact part are respectively of U-shaped structures;
the top of first contact portion is equipped with first bellying, the upper surface of holding surface is equipped with the second bellying, the bottom plate supports and locates the second bellying.
