Abstract
The invention discloses a base structure of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which comprises a base (1), wherein one side of the base is an installation side, and a through pipe area (3) is formed at the lower part of the base; an operation port (411) provided on the base (1) and used for leading from the outside of the base (1) to the pipe passing region (3); and an air outlet opening part (2) connected to the base (1), the air outlet opening part (2) being rotated to open and close the operation opening (411). The invention has the advantage of convenient taking over operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an air conditioner indoor unit, in particular to a base structure of the air conditioner indoor unit and the indoor unit thereof.
Background
At present, an air outlet disassembling piece of an air conditioner is detachably mounted on a middle frame or a base through a buckle, and when the air conditioner is mounted, fixing screws of the air outlet disassembling piece are loosened, and then the air outlet disassembling piece is taken down, so that connection pipe operation of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit can be implemented. The whole process is complex in operation and affects after-sales installation efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a base structure of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which is convenient to take over.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a base structure of indoor unit of air conditioner comprises a base, one side of which is an installation side and a pipe passing area is formed at the lower part; an operation port arranged on the base and used for leading the outside of the base to the pipe passing area; and the air outlet disassembling piece is connected to the base, and the air outlet disassembling piece is rotated to open and close the operation opening.
Preferably, the rotation axis of the air outlet dismounting piece is parallel to the rotation axis of the through-flow wind wheel arranged on the base.
Preferably, the air outlet opening part rotates away from the mounting side of the base to open the operation opening, and the air outlet opening part rotates toward the mounting side of the base to close the operation opening.
Preferably, two inner sides of the air outlet of the base are provided with coaxial fixing shafts, the left end and the right end of the air outlet dismounting piece are provided with coaxial clamping pieces, the clamping pieces are clamped in the corresponding fixing shafts, and the clamping pieces rotate to enable the air outlet dismounting piece to rotate along the axis of the fixing shafts.
Preferably, the air outlet disassembling piece comprises a first component, the first component is provided with a lower surface covered on the lower edge of the air outlet of the base, and the upper surface of the first component is used as a flow guiding surface of the air outlet of the joint base so as to enable the first component and the second component to be in smooth transition.

Fig. 1 shows an indoor unit having a base structure according to the present invention, and in fig. 1, an air outlet opening part 2 is turned to open an operation opening 411 of the indoor unit, so that a connection operation between the indoor unit and an outdoor unit is facilitated, specifically, an operator extends from a base 1 to the outside to connect a pipe of the outdoor unit and a pipe of the indoor unit via the operation opening 411 in an open state.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the base structure of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of the present invention comprises a base 1, one side of which is a mounting side and a through pipe area 3 is formed at a lower portion, an operation opening 411 is provided on the base 1 to be opened from outside the base 1 to the through pipe area 3; and an outlet opening removing part 2 connected to the base 1, the outlet opening removing part 2 being rotated to open and close the operation opening 411.
In a specific implementation, the rotation axis of the air outlet disassembling piece 2 is parallel to the rotation axis of the through-flow wind wheel arranged on the base 1.
In a specific implementation, the air outlet opening part 2 rotates away from the installation side of the base 1 to open the operation opening 411, and the air outlet opening part 2 rotates toward the installation side of the base 1 to close the operation opening 411.
In specific implementation, two inner sides of the air outlet of the base 1 are provided with coaxial fixing shafts 5, the left end and the right end of the air outlet disassembling piece 2 are provided with coaxial clamping pieces 7, the clamping pieces 7 are clamped in the corresponding fixing shafts 5, and the clamping pieces 7 rotate to enable the air outlet disassembling piece 2 to rotate along the axis of the fixing shafts 5.
