Abstract
本发明公开了一种变频电机轴承,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有钢珠,所述钢珠的左右两侧固定安装有保持架,所述轴承外圈的正反两侧开设有环形的密封槽,所述密封槽内设安装有防水橡胶圈,所述防水橡胶圈的上方还安装有防尘罩,所述防尘罩的内端部固定安装有密封挡条,所述轴承外圈的外表面还固定安装有一耐磨层,所述耐磨层的厚度为1‑3mm。本发明通过在防尘罩内部固定安装有一密封挡条,能够有效加强防尘罩的密封效果,并且通过在轴承外圈添加耐磨层,能够有效延长轴承的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于机械辅助设备领域,具体涉及一种变频电机轴承。
背景技术
轴承(Bearing)是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类。其中滚动轴承已经标准化、系列化,但与滑动轴承相比它的径向尺寸、振动和噪声较大,价格也较高。滚动轴承一般由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成,严格的说是由外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架、密封、润滑油 六大件组成。主要具备外圈、内圈、滚动体就可定意为滚动轴承。按滚动体的形状,滚动轴承分为球轴承和滚子轴承两大类。
而众所周知,市场上许多机械设备都采用变频电机,通过变频电机自动调节转速,节省电能。由于变频电机在变频控制方便较普通电机的优越性,广泛的被应用于工农业各类机械及办公、电器设备中。而一些变频电机上使用的轴承大多数为进口轴承,对轴承的质量即低、中、高频的振动值及波形的稳定性有很高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种变频电机轴承。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种变频电机轴承,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,其创新点在于:所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有钢珠,所述钢珠的左右两侧固定安装有保持架,所述轴承外圈的正反两侧开设有环形的密封槽,所述密封槽内设安装有防水橡胶圈,所述防水橡胶圈的上方还安装有防尘罩,所述防尘罩的内端部固定安装有密封挡条,所述轴承外圈的外表面还固定安装有一耐磨层,所述耐磨层的厚度为1-3mm。
进一步的,所述防水橡胶圈与所述密封槽为镶嵌式连接。
进一步的,所述防水橡胶圈与防尘罩都安装在所述密封槽内。
进一步的,所述轴承内圈粗糙度≤0.04um,所述轴承内圈与轴承外圈的径向游隙为0.002-0.005mm。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明具有结构简单、成本较低、使用安全、稳定性较强、噪声小、使用寿命较长的优点,通过严格控制轴承外圈、轴承内圈、钢珠之间的径向游隙范围,能增大滚动体的承载面积,使轴承能够承受较大的负荷,相对较小的径向游隙能使安装后增加支撑的刚性,减少振动和噪声,防止由于惯性力矩所引起的钢球相对于内外圈的滑动。
(2)本发明通过在防尘罩内部固定安装有一密封挡条,能够有效加强防尘罩的密封效果,并且通过在轴承外圈添加耐磨层,能够有效延长轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
如图1所示,一种变频电机轴承,包括轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2,轴承外圈1与轴承内圈2之间设有钢珠3,钢珠3的左右两侧固定安装有保持架4,轴承外圈1的正反两侧开设有环形的密封槽5,密封槽5内设安装有防水橡胶圈6,防水橡胶圈6的上方还安装有防尘罩7,防尘罩7的内端部固定安装有密封挡条71,轴承外圈1的外表面还固定安装有一耐磨层11,耐磨层11的厚度为1-3mm。本发明通过在防尘罩7内部固定安装有一密封挡条71,能够有效加强防尘罩7的密封效果,并且通过在轴承外圈1添加耐磨层11,能够有效延长轴承的使用寿命。
防水橡胶圈6与密封槽5为镶嵌式连接,防水橡胶圈6与防尘罩7都安装在密封槽5内,轴承内圈2粗糙度≤0.04um,轴承内圈2与轴承外圈1的径向游隙为0.002-0.005mm。

1.一种变频电机轴承,包括轴承外圈和轴承内圈,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈与轴承内圈之间设有钢珠,所述钢珠的左右两侧固定安装有保持架,所述轴承外圈的正反两侧开设有环形的密封槽,所述密封槽内设安装有防水橡胶圈,所述防水橡胶圈的上方还安装有防尘罩,所述防尘罩的内端部固定安装有密封挡条,所述轴承外圈的外表面还固定安装有一耐磨层,所述耐磨层的厚度为1-3mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变频电机轴承,其特征在于:所述防水橡胶圈与所述密封槽为镶嵌式连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种变频电机轴承,其特征在于:所述防水橡胶圈与防尘罩都安装在所述密封槽内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种变频电机轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈粗糙度≤0.04um,所述轴承内圈与轴承外圈的径向游隙为0.002-0.005mm。
