本发明所述一种用于制备运动鞋底用复合发泡材料的组合物,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:混炼型聚氨酯40‑50%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯0.1‑1%、三元乙丙橡胶0.1‑3%、水性丙烯酸乳液0.1‑3%、疏水性石蜡0.1‑3%、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物40‑60%。采用本发明的技术方案,制得的复合发泡材料密度小、软质、抗缓冲性能优异、弹性好、耐压缩、压缩形变小、持久舒适。

技术领域
本发明属于材料科学技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于制备运动鞋底用复合发泡材料的组合物。
背景技术
运动鞋由于其特殊的用途性质和消费者体验需求,目前为了要达到回弹要求,材料硬度普遍较高.并且密度较大,同时由于配方中使用的材料单一及配方的不合理性,运动鞋耐候性比较差,压缩后形变较高,长时间穿着鞋底发泡材料容易变形,穿着体验感及外观均会到较大影响。而要降低运动鞋材料的密度,采用现有的配方,相应回弹、耐压缩等性能也会出现明显下降。为了解决目前所面临的问题,因此需开发出一款软质高回弹低压缩的发泡材料满足市场需求。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种用于制备运动鞋底用复合发泡材料的组合物,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
混炼型聚氨酯40-50%;
甲基丙烯酸乙酯0.1-1%;
三元乙丙橡胶0.1-3%;
水性丙烯酸乳液0.1-3%;
疏水性石蜡0.1-3%;
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 40-60%。
采用本发明的技术方案,制得的复合发泡材料密度小、软质、抗缓冲性能优异、弹性好、耐压缩、压缩形变小、持久舒适。

本发明所述一种用于制备运动鞋底用复合发泡材料的组合物,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:混炼型聚氨酯45%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯0.5%、三元乙丙橡胶0.5%、水性丙烯酸乳液1%、疏水性石蜡2%、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 51%。

水性丙烯酸乳液 0.1-3%;
疏水性石蜡 0.1-3%;
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 40-60%。
