本发明公开了一种运动鞋底发泡材料,按重量份计包括:乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA 25‑40,低密度聚乙烯LDPE 60‑80,偶氮二甲酰胺AC 2‑10,过氧化二异丙苯DCP 2‑5,丁腈橡胶NBR 5‑25,三元乙丙橡胶EDPM 5‑25,超细碳酸钙20‑50,发泡促进剂0.1‑5,石墨烯纤维2‑10。本发明采用特定的配方,实现了材料配合最优化,其发泡材料密度低于0.071g/cm3,拉伸强度大于5MPa,撕裂强度大于18kN/m。

一种运动鞋底发泡材料
技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种运动鞋底发泡材料。
背景技术
世界上各种品牌的运动鞋,其中底材料要求很轻而且性能优异。EVA及其共混物比PU更易制得较轻的运动鞋中底发泡材料。目前,全球各种品牌的运动鞋之中底材料绝大部分是用EVA及其与树脂、橡胶的共混物的发泡材料。为了提高运动员的成绩,运动鞋必须尽量轻,所以运动鞋的超轻化及其优异的性能保持性就成为运动鞋中底材料研发的主要方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种运动鞋底发泡材料,能够使得材料超轻且有弹性。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种运动鞋底发泡材料,按重量份计包括
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA25-40
低密度聚乙烯LDPE 60-80
偶氮二甲酰胺AC 2-10
过氧化二异丙苯DCP 2-5
丁腈橡胶NBR 5-25
三元乙丙橡胶EDPM 5-25
超细碳酸钙20-50
发泡促进剂0.1-5
石墨烯纤维2-10。
优选的,偶氮二甲酰胺AC用量为6份。
优选的,三元乙丙橡胶EDPM用量为15份。
本发明所述的超细碳酸钙,是指粒径在纳米级的碳酸钙,其是市售商品,可以买自市场或自己合成。
本发明通过采用在鞋底材料中加入石墨烯纤维,由于石墨烯具有很好的弹性,同时又是超轻材料,因此其加入鞋底材料中,使得鞋底在实现超弹性、高耐磨等力学性能的同时,实现超轻化。
同时,本发明采用特定的配方,实现了材料配合最优化,其发泡材料密度低于0.071g/cm3,拉伸强度大于5MPa,撕裂强度大于18kN/m。

乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA 25

三元乙丙橡胶EDPM 5
超细碳酸钙20
发泡促进剂0.1
石墨烯纤维2。

低密度聚乙烯LDPE 80
偶氮二甲酰胺AC 10
过氧化二异丙苯DCP 5
丁腈橡胶NBR 25

超细碳酸钙50
发泡促进剂5

实施例3

低密度聚乙烯LDPE 70
偶氮二甲酰胺AC 6
过氧化二异丙苯DCP 3

三元乙丙橡胶EDPM 15
超细碳酸钙30
发泡促进剂0.5
石墨烯纤维8。
实施例1-3的发泡材料密度低于0.071g/cm3,拉伸强度大于5MPa,撕裂强度大于18kN/m。

2.如权利要求1所述的运动鞋底发泡材料,其特征在于,偶氮二甲酰胺AC用量为6份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的运动鞋底发泡材料,其特征在于,三元乙丙橡胶EDPM用量为15份。
