When two or more raw material lines pass through the same line opening 53 together, in order to avoid the damage of thin raw material single lines, arc-shaped arc protection angles 531 are arranged at four corners of the line opening 53. On the other hand, if necessary, the user may place the raw material single line in the gap between adjacent fixed line prisms 532, corresponding to the effect of wire clamping, and the fixed line prisms 532 with different heights form the gap with different heights, so as to adjust the wiring height of the raw material single line. While passing through the wire through-hole 53, the preheating seat 54 releases heat through the heat-out hole 541 to provide preheating temperature rise for the passing raw material single wire.
As shown in fig. 6, the doubling device 6 includes a doubling table 61 and two sliders 62 slidably connected above the doubling table 61, a heating block 63 is disposed on opposite sides of the two sliders 62, an abutting guide wheel 64 is disposed above the heating block 63, and an axial direction of the abutting guide wheel 64 is parallel to a advancing direction of the raw wire. After the wire enters the final doubling winder 6, the doubling slide 62 can be moved in the horizontal left-right direction, i.e., in the side direction, of the doubling table 61, so that the passing pitch of the wire is adjusted. The wire can contact the heating block 63 when passing through, and absorb the heat emitted by the heating block 63. Meanwhile, according to the requirement of the actual product and the actual environmental parameters, the two doubling sliders 62 can be set to be combined and pressed regularly, so that a timed hot pressing effect is generated on the doubling. The upper abutting guide wheel 64 plays a role of abutting guide, and when the wire is excessively separated from the range of the wire combining slider 62, the rotated abutting guide wheel 64 rolls to the lower position again.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the guide plate 22 includes an anti-seismic plate 7, the anti-seismic plate 7 sequentially includes a first filter plate 71, a second filter plate 72, an upper connecting plate 73 and a lower connecting plate 74 from top to bottom, filter grooves 711 and filter holes 721 are respectively formed in the first filter plate 71 and the second filter plate 72, the size of the filter grooves 711 is larger than that of the filter holes 721, filter screens are respectively arranged in the filter grooves 711 and the filter holes 721, an anti-seismic body 77 is arranged between the upper connecting plate 73 and the lower connecting plate 74, and the anti-seismic body 77 includes a bearing table 771 at two ends and an arc-shaped deformation column 772 which is connected with the middle part of the two bearing tables 771 and has an arc shape. The upper connecting plate 73 and the lower connecting plate 74 are respectively provided with a connecting structure for connecting with each other, and the connecting structure comprises an inclined inserting sheet 75 which is obliquely arranged and a connecting groove 76 for inserting the inclined inserting sheet 75.
In order to improve the stability of the operation of the whole device, the guide plate 22 is treated with an anti-seismic structure, in particular the arrangement of the anti-seismic plate 7. First, the anti-vibration plate 7 has the function of dust-proof filtration, the first filter plate 71 is provided for rough filtration, the second filter plate 72 is provided for fine filtration, and the mesh sizes of the filter screens can be different, on the other hand, the size of the filter holes 721 in the second filter plate 72 is smaller than that of the filter grooves 711 formed in the first filter plate 71.
