Abstract
The invention discloses a packaging, transporting and mounting structure and a packaging, transporting and mounting method of a household appliance, wherein the packaging, transporting and mounting structure comprises a foot rest (1), a fastening piece (2) and a gasket (3), wherein a bottom mounting hole (41) is formed in the bottom of the household appliance, a counterpoint through hole (11) is formed in the foot rest (1), and the fastening piece (2) penetrates through the counterpoint through hole (11) and the bottom mounting hole (41) to fasten the household appliance on the foot rest (1); wherein, the aperture (D) of the alignment through hole (11) is not smaller than the bottom end outer diameter (D) of the fastener (2), and the gasket (3) is arranged between the bottom end of the fastener (2) and the bottom surface of the foot frame (1) in a cushioning manner to block the bottom end of the fastener (2) from sinking into the alignment through hole (11). The household appliance packaging, transporting and mounting structure is a novel mounting structure, does not need to use foam materials polluting the environment, simplifies the material types, is more beneficial to environmental protection, and reduces the use cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging and transportation of household appliances, in particular to a packaging and transportation installation structure and a packaging and transportation method of household appliances.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people have higher requirements on living hot water, especially on comfort, energy conservation and other aspects, so that the heat pump industry is favored by users. The integral heat pump water heater is accepted in the market, and compared with a common water heater, after the system part and the water tank part of the whole heat pump water heater are integrated, the installation position space and the installation labor cost of the integral heat pump water heater are increased to a certain extent, and the integral weight of the machine is heavier. In particular, the mature application of enamel technology with better corrosion resistance replaces the original stainless steel water tank, while the cost is effectively reduced, the relative weight becomes heavier (for example, about 200L of product, and the empty weight is nearly 130 KG), and the enamel water tank has fragility, so that when the transportation package of a machine is designed, the product is effectively protected in the transportation process, the cost is considered, and meanwhile, the convenience and the safety of the disassembly and the installation of a user at a terminal are considered.
In the prior art, a common large household appliance, especially a household appliance with heavy weight of the whole machine (comprising fragile components), is packaged and transported in a manner of a foam-shaped bottom frame with a wood frame. Specifically, the bottom foam is pre-fixed to the footing wood frame by wood screws, and the machine is placed on the bottom foam. To ensure stability of the machine during transit, the bottom foam is also designed with contoured raised sections, i.e., the fuselage may be partially embedded in the bottom foam. The scheme is verified under long-term market verification, and for household appliances with heavier weight and higher height like an integral heat pump water heater, when a user installs a terminal, the machine is difficult to detach from bottom foam and move down, accidents of dumping and dragging can often occur, and great negative influence is caused on the products. Moreover, excessive use of foam can also cause environmental pollution, and therefore, it is necessary to provide a more environmentally friendly, efficient packaging and transportation structure suitable for heavy household appliances.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a packaging, transporting and installing structure of a household appliance, which is more beneficial to packaging, transporting and disassembling heavier household appliances, and simultaneously is beneficial to reducing the cost and protecting the materials.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a packaging, transporting and mounting structure of a household appliance, the mounting structure including a foot rest, a fastener and a gasket, the bottom of the household appliance being provided with a bottom mounting hole, the foot rest being provided with a counterpoint through hole, the fastener penetrating the counterpoint through hole and the bottom mounting hole to fasten the household appliance on the foot rest;
the diameter of the alignment through hole is not smaller than the outer diameter of the bottom end of the fastening piece, and the gasket pad is arranged between the bottom end of the fastening piece and the bottom surface of the footing frame so as to block the bottom end of the fastening piece from sinking into the alignment through hole.
Preferably, the washer is provided with a clamping groove with a radial opening, and the top end of the fastener penetrates through the clamping groove and stretches into the alignment through hole.
Preferably, the width of the clamping groove is smaller than the outer diameter of the bottom end of the fastener.
Preferably, the mounting structure includes a tamper-proof resilient pad disposed between the bottom end of the fastener and the washer.

Detailed Description
The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the invention, are not intended to limit the invention.
In the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" are used generally with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or with respect to the positional relationship of the various components with respect to one another in the vertical, vertical or gravitational directions.
In order to solve a series of problems that a packaging, transporting and mounting structure of a household appliance in the prior art is inconvenient to assemble and disassemble, the invention provides a novel packaging, transporting and mounting structure of a household appliance, which comprises a foot rest 1, a fastener 2 and a gasket 3, wherein the bottom of the household appliance is provided with a bottom mounting hole 41, the foot rest 1 is provided with a counterpoint through hole 11, and the fastener 2 penetrates through the counterpoint through hole 11 and the bottom mounting hole 41 to fasten the household appliance on the foot rest 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 3. Thus, the household appliance is fixed on the foot rest 1 to form an integrated structure, and when in transportation, the household appliance can be well protected due to the vibration resistance and buffering effects of the foot rest 1, and the household appliance is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
As shown in fig. 3, the hole diameter D of the alignment through hole 11 is not smaller than the outer diameter D of the bottom end of the fastener 2, and the washer 3 is arranged between the bottom end of the fastener 2 and the bottom surface of the foot stool 1 to block the bottom end of the fastener 2 from sinking into the alignment through hole 11. In this way, the complete machine can be removed directly from the foundation frame 1 when the gasket 3 is removed.
The packaging, transporting and mounting structure of the household appliance is a mounting and fixing mode for directly fixing the whole machine of the household appliance on the foot rest 1 through the fastener 2, so that a layer of material with bottom foam is needed to be arranged on the foot rest 1 in a cushioning mode in the prior art, the scheme is a novel mounting structure, meanwhile, the foam with environmental pollution in the prior art is not used in the scheme, the material types are simplified, and the mounting structure is more beneficial to environmental protection, and meanwhile, the use cost is reduced.
Secondly, the packaging, transporting and mounting structure of the household appliance is convenient to detach and mount, and is particularly suitable for household appliances with heavy overall weight. In particular, the package shipping and mounting structure is also particularly padded with washers 3, the washers 3 being provided with radially open detents 31 through which the tips of the fasteners 2 extend into the aligned through holes 11. Because the gasket is arranged between the bottom end of the fastener 2 and the bottom surface of the foot rest 1, and the aperture of the alignment through hole 11 is not smaller than the outer diameter of the bottom end of the fastener 2, when a user dismounts the product on the foot rest 1, the fastener 2 is removed along the opposite direction of the opening of the clamping groove 31 by only slightly loosening the fastener 2 by a tool, and the fastener 2 is arranged on the bottom mounting hole 41 of the whole machine, so that the fastener 2 can be pulled out of the alignment through hole 11 of the foot rest 1 by slightly moving the whole machine, the machine is not lifted as much as possible in the prior art, the whole machine can be separated from the mounting structure by lifting the machine higher than the bottom foam, and the whole machine is difficult to separate from the bottom foam due to the large friction force formed between the foam and the machine. Therefore, the packaging, transporting and mounting structure of the household appliance greatly improves the convenience of mounting, dismounting and carrying, reduces the possibility of toppling in the lifting process, and ensures the safety of operation.
Wherein, in order to ensure that the washer 3 can be effectively clamped between the base frame 1 and the fastener 2, the width L of the clamping groove 31 is smaller than the bottom end outer diameter d of the fastener 2.
Further, to ensure the reliability of the installation fixing structure, the installation structure preferably comprises an anti-loosening elastic pad 5, and the anti-loosening elastic pad is arranged between the bottom end of the fastening piece 2 and the gasket 3, so that the fastening piece 2 fixed on the foot rest 1 can be effectively prevented from loosening and failing due to shaking in the transportation process.
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of transportation and to facilitate the material taking, the foot rest 1 is preferably a wooden foot rest.
The bottom of the usual household appliance is provided with the supporting foot 4, and the supporting foot 4 is provided with the bottom mounting hole 41, if not, the bottom of the household appliance can be additionally provided with the supporting foot 4, and the structural form of the supporting foot 4 can be various, so long as the weight of the supporting household appliance can be satisfied and the fastening piece 2 can be fixedly connected with the foot rest 1 through the supporting foot 4.
The household appliance as in fig. 1 and 2 is a one-piece heat pump water heater having a weight of not less than 100kg and/or comprising a frangible structure, i.e. a frangible enamel tank liner assembly 9. Therefore, the installation structure of the scheme is more suitable for the integral heat pump water heater.
As shown in fig. 3, the fastener 2 is a fastening bolt with a screw extending upward so as to have the effect of fastening and timely releasing. And the four corners of the bottom of the general home appliance are provided with bottom mounting holes 41 and fastened to the base frame 1 by fasteners 2.
In addition, the invention also provides a packaging and transporting method of the household appliance, which comprises a packaging and transporting step and a disassembling and assembling step:
first, in the packaging and transporting step, the household electrical appliance is packaged and transported according to the above-described packaging and transporting installation structure of the household electrical appliance.
Then, when the terminal installation is reached, the disassembly and assembly steps are as follows:
after the fastener 2 is unscrewed by the dismounting tool, the washer 3 is removed in the opposite direction of the clamping groove 31; the household appliance is then lifted up so that the fastening member 2 connected to the household appliance is integrally penetrated through the alignment through hole 11, whereby the household appliance is detached from the foot rest 1. This optimize dismouting structure and mode more be convenient for installation, transportation, dismantlement, reduce cost.
When the household appliance is detached from the base frame 1, the fastener 2 is then only unscrewed and still connected to the support base 4 of the household appliance, and then the mounting feet 6 as shown in fig. 5 to 7 are sleeved on the fastener 2, and the fastener 2 is mounted in the fixing grooves 62 of the mounting feet 6 in an interference fit. The material of the mounting feet 6 is preferably PP with certain strength and hardness or rubber with higher hardness, which can perform the functions of supporting and insulating heat, preventing the supporting feet 4 and the fastening piece 2 from directly contacting and facing the ground scratch, and the like, and can also perform the functions of insulating heat to a certain extent and reducing energy loss. Meanwhile, a plurality of anti-skid convex points 61 which are distributed at intervals are preferably arranged at the bottom of the mounting feet 6, so as to play a role in skid resistance.
