本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种基板托盘的支撑部的制造方法。步骤如下:支撑部,置于托盘本体中,其位于承载槽下方,支撑部上设置有气囊,气囊在支撑部上阵列式排布;支撑部上设置有贯通承载槽和支撑部底面的通孔;支撑部的材质为丁腈橡胶,通孔通过冲压钻孔成型;对支撑部的表面喷涂前处理液,喷涂完毕后直接烘干;前处理液的组分为:卡拉胶3.5份、甲基纤维素0.5份、1,4‑二氧六环4.5份、水性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂20份、木犀草素2.3份;在支撑部顶部冲压形成数个凹陷槽,然后将气囊放入即可。本发明的一种基板托盘的支撑部及其制造方法,通过对支撑部喷涂前处理液,从而使其耐磨性能更好,防腐蚀性能也变得更强。

一种基板托盘的支撑部的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种基板托盘的支撑部的制造方法。
背景技术
液晶显示器为平面超薄的显示设备,它由一定数量的彩色或黑白像素组成,放置于光源或者反射面前方。液晶显示器功耗很低,因此倍受工程师青睐,适用于使用电池的电子设备。它的主要原理是以电流刺激液晶分子产生点、线、面配合背部灯管构成画面。现有的基板托盘通常只是简单的槽体,槽体底部为平面,基板放置在槽体内易产生真空吸附现象,取放基板时易导致基板破碎。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基板托盘,解决现有的基板托盘,基板放置在槽体内易产生真空吸附现象,取放基板时易导致基板破碎的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种基板托盘的支撑部及其制造方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种基板托盘,包括:托盘本体、承载槽、取放槽、支撑部气囊、垫块以及通孔;
所述托盘本体呈长方体状,所述承载槽设置于所述托盘本体上,所述承载槽为长方体槽;所述取放槽设置于所述承载槽的一侧,与所述取放槽连通;所述支撑部位于所述承载槽下方,所述气囊设置于所述支撑部上,所述气囊在所述支撑部上阵列式排布;所述支撑部上设置有贯通所述承载槽和所述支撑部底面的通孔;所述垫块设置于所述承载槽的两端。
优选地,所述气囊为半球状。
优选地,所述气囊的顶部与所述垫块的顶部在同一水平面内。
一种基板托盘的支撑部,置于托盘本体中,其位于承载槽下方,支撑部上设置有气囊,气囊在支撑部上阵列式排布;支撑部上设置有贯通承载槽和支撑部底面的通孔。
一种基板托盘的支撑部的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
支撑部,置于托盘本体中,其位于承载槽下方,支撑部上设置有气囊,气囊在支撑部上阵列式排布;支撑部上设置有贯通承载槽和支撑部底面的通孔;
支撑部的材质为丁腈橡胶,通孔通过冲压钻孔成型;
2)、前处理
对支撑部的表面喷涂前处理液,喷涂完毕后直接烘干;
前处理液的组分为:卡拉胶3.5份、甲基纤维素0.5份、1,4-二氧六环4.5份、水性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂20份、木犀草素2.3份;
3)、后续组装成型
在支撑部顶部冲压形成数个凹陷槽,然后将气囊放入即可。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种基板托盘,包括:托盘本体、承载槽、取放槽、支撑部气囊、垫块以及通孔;托盘本体呈长方体状,承载槽设置于托盘本体上,承载槽为长方体槽;取放槽设置于承载槽的一侧,与取放槽连通;支撑部位于承载槽下方,气囊设置于支撑部上,气囊在支撑部上阵列式排布;支撑部上设置有贯通承载槽和支撑部底面的通孔;垫块设置于承载槽的两端;使用时,可将基板放置在承载槽的垫块和气囊上,通孔可避免基板在承载槽内产生真空吸附现象,导致取放基板时候造成破裂。
2)、本发明的一种基板托盘的支撑部及其制造方法,通过对支撑部喷涂前处理液,从而使其耐磨性能更好,防腐蚀性能也变得更强。

具体实施方式
实施例1
请参阅图1至图2,本发明提供一种基板托盘,包括:托盘本体1、承载槽2、取放槽3、支撑部4、气囊5、垫块6以及通孔7;所述托盘本体1呈长方体状,所述承载槽2设置于所述托盘本体1上,所述承载槽2为长方体槽;所述取放槽3设置于所述承载槽2的一侧,与所述取放槽3连通;所述支撑部4位于所述承载槽2下方,所述气囊5设置于所述支撑部4上,所述气囊5在所述支撑部4上阵列式排布;所述支撑部4上设置有贯通所述承载槽2和所述支撑部4底面的通孔7;所述垫块6设置于所述承载槽2的两端。所述气囊5为半球状。所述气囊5的顶部与所述垫块6的顶部在同一水平面内。
本发明的一种基板托盘,使用时,可将基板放置在承载槽的垫块和气囊上,通孔可避免基板在承载槽内产生真空吸附现象,导致取放基板时候造成破裂。
实施例2
一种基板托盘的支撑部的制造方法,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
支撑部,置于托盘本体中,其位于承载槽下方,支撑部上设置有气囊,气囊在支撑部上阵列式排布;支撑部上设置有贯通承载槽和支撑部底面的通孔;
支撑部的材质为丁腈橡胶,通孔通过冲压钻孔成型;
2)、前处理
对支撑部的表面喷涂前处理液,喷涂完毕后直接烘干;
前处理液的组分为:卡拉胶3.5份、甲基纤维素0.5份、1,4-二氧六环4.5份、水性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂20份、木犀草素2.3份;
3)、后续组装成型
在支撑部顶部冲压形成数个凹陷槽,然后将气囊放入即可。

1)、结构及分别加工
支撑部,置于托盘本体中,其位于承载槽下方,支撑部上设置有气囊,气囊在支撑部上阵列式排布;支撑部上设置有贯通承载槽和支撑部底面的通孔;
支撑部的材质为丁腈橡胶,通孔通过冲压钻孔成型;
2)、前处理
对支撑部的表面喷涂前处理液,喷涂完毕后直接烘干;
前处理液的组分为:卡拉胶3.5份、甲基纤维素0.5份、1,4-二氧六环4.5份、水性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂20份、木犀草素2.3份;
3)、后续组装成型
在支撑部顶部冲压形成数个凹陷槽,然后将气囊放入即可。
