and the controller 50 and the control panel 501 are arranged on one side of the cover plate 102 of the gear box body, and the servo motor and the clamping cylinder are connected with the controller.
In this embodiment, a fixing groove 174 for the lower portion of the connecting rod 163 to be inserted is formed at the center of the outer side surface of the pressing cover 17. Preferably, a pressing plate 168 is further provided outside the pressing cover 17, and the connecting rod 163 is covered in a fixing groove 174 of the pressing cover 17 and is connected and fixed by a screw 169.

2) Moving the equipment to the position of the glued adhesive tape for alignment, pressing a clamping button, pressing a surface difference positioning wheel downwards, and pressing the surface difference positioning wheel on the upper surface of the metal plate for surface difference positioning; the clamping cylinder retracts, the roller is clamped on the metal plate, and the adhesive tape and the metal plate which are stuck are pressed tightly;
3) putting the non-adhered adhesive tape into a feeding system, and manually closing the gland;
4) after the device is ready, pressing a motor operation button, automatically pressing the device for one circle around the skylight metal plate, and automatically stopping the motor after returning to the starting position; and pressing an opening button to separate the equipment from the metal plate, placing the equipment to an idle position and waiting for the next cycle.

Claims (3)

1. Automatic press fitting equipment for skylight sealing strips is characterized by comprising a power driving mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a clamping assembly, a surface difference control assembly and a controller;

the servo motor and the speed reducer are vertically arranged on the cover plate of the gear box body, and an output shaft of the speed reducer is vertically downward and is connected with the driving wheel through a coupler;
the fixing plate is arranged below the bottom plate of the gear box assembly in parallel through a connecting rod;
the feeding driving wheel is arranged on the fixed plate and connected to a first driving shaft penetrating through the bottom plate; a fixed groove is formed in the center of the side face of the bottom plate, corresponding to the feeding driving wheel;
the two clamping walking driving wheels are arranged on the fixed plate and are respectively connected to a second driving shaft and a third driving shaft which penetrate through the bottom plate;
the connecting partition plate is vertically arranged in the center between the bottom plate and the fixing plate of the gear box body, the upper end surface of the connecting partition plate is connected with the bottom plate, the bottom of one side end, positioned at the front end of the gear box body, of the connecting partition plate extends downwards in an inclined mode to form a first fixing part, the bottom of the other side end of the connecting partition plate extends downwards in an inclined mode to form a second fixing part, and the first fixing part and the second fixing part are both provided with connecting through; the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding device, a discharging device,
the feeding guide block is arranged on a fixing plate which is arranged on one side close to the feeding driving wheel and between the bottom plate of the gear box component body and the fixing plate, the outer side surface of the feeding guide block is provided with a guide groove along the length direction, and the inner side surface of the feeding guide block is connected to one side surface of the connecting partition plate through a screw; the rear part of the guide block, which is close to one side of the feeding driving wheel, is radially provided with a through hole for the feeding driving wheel to penetrate through and to be communicated with the guide groove, and one side of the feeding driving wheel is exposed in the guide groove; the end surface of the guide block opposite to the clamping walking driving wheel is a cambered surface;
