本发明涉及一种智能厨房切菜器,本智能厨房切菜器包括有板体、与板体一体成型的固定把手,还包括有切割器,所述切割器包括有切割片和转动把手,转动把手与固定把手紧密贴合并通过转轴轴接在一起;在所述转轴的一端刻设有旋进螺纹,在所述旋进螺纹上套设有推进板;在所述板体上开设有滑槽,所述推进板的一端滑动设置在所述滑槽内;在所述转轴的另一端刻设有驱动竖条纹;在所述转轴上同轴套设有单向轴承,单向轴承的内环与所述驱动竖条纹啮合连接,单向轴承的外环与所述转动把手固定连接;该切菜器能够方便、高效的切碎食材,食材大小匀称、厚薄得当;有效防止散落,解放厨师的双手,提升厨房生活的乐趣。

本发明涉及一种厨房智能用品,特别的,是一种切菜器。
背景技术
随着科技水平的提高,越来越多的工具、机器实现了智能化、自动化,智能机器逐渐遍布生活的每个角落;厨房是家居生活中必不可少的场所,也是人们家居活动的重要场所之一,因此智能机器应该充分进入其中,已改善、提升人们的生活水平;厨房生活中,免不了要切菜、备菜,对于新进厨房的年轻人来讲,如何快速、匀称的将食材切碎是个有挑战性的任务,年轻人常常会切菜切得手忙脚乱,食材到处散落,不仅让厨房脏乱不堪,难以清理,甚至有时候会切伤手指,实在是存在着诸多不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种智能厨房切菜器,该切菜器结构新颖、独特,能够方便、高效的切碎食材,食材大小匀称、厚薄得当;有效防止散落,解放厨师的双手,提升厨房生活的乐趣。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本智能厨房切菜器包括有板体、与板体一体成型的固定把手,
还包括有切割器,所述切割器包括有切割片和转动把手,转动把手与固定把手紧密贴合并通过转轴轴接在一起;转动把手和固定把手仅可相对转轴自由旋转,不可轴向平移;
在所述转轴的一端刻设有旋进螺纹,在所述旋进螺纹上套设有推进板,推进板与转轴螺纹啮合;在所述板体上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽与转轴平行;所述推进板的一端滑动设置在所述滑槽内,所述推进板仅可在滑槽及转轴上往复平移;
在所述转轴的另一端刻设有驱动竖条纹,所述驱动竖条纹与转轴的轴线平行;在所述转轴上同轴套设有单向轴承,单向轴承的内环与所述驱动竖条纹啮合连接,单向轴承的外环与所述转动把手固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是:在使用本智能厨房切菜器时,用户将食材放置在板体上,食材的前端贴近切割器,食材的末端抵住推进板;用户只需控制转动把手往复的切割食材,转动把手绕转轴往复切割食材,切割片每次向下切割食材时,转动把手带动单向轴承的外环空转,单向轴承的内环不会转动;切割片向上抬起时,转动把手带动单向轴承的外环和内环同时转动,内环带动转轴转动,进而使得旋进螺纹与推进板相对转动,旋进螺纹促使推进板沿转轴的轴线发生平移,进而将食材小幅度的推向切割片,便于下次切割。
因此,在使用本发明时,只需将食材放置在板体上,反复控制切割器切割食材,推进板会智能的将食材不断的送进,每次的推进距离固定,食材的切割更均匀、规整;整个操作简洁方便,用户无需手指贴近刀片按压食材,操作更安全;切割后的食材规整的排列在板体上,不会出现散落,用户也不会手忙脚乱;综上,使用本发明能够有效改善食材的切割,简化切菜流程,又能够提高厨房生活的趣味性。
作为优选,所述推进板通过端部的推进夹夹持在转轴上,推进夹的内壁刻设有与所述旋进螺纹匹配的纹路;在食材切割结束后,取下推进夹能够控制推进板快速的回到初始位置;便于其他食材的切割。
作为进一步优选,在推进板上平行的等距设置有防护杆,防护杆的一端贯穿推进板,另一端固定安装在承载条上;所述承载条由柔性材料做成,承载条贴近切割片;推进板可相对各防护杆平移;通过防护杆将食材固定,在切割过程中,食材在防护杆的限位下,逐渐向切割片推进;该结构能够有效防止食材在切割过程中滑脱,保证切割的稳定性。
作为优选,在固定把手和转动把手之间设置有复位压簧;以便于将两个把手,进一步的节省力气,便于用户轻松的切割食材。

具体实施方式
实施例:
在图1、图2所示的实施例中,本智能厨房切菜器包括有板体1、与板体1一体成型的固定把手11,还包括有切割器,所述切割器包括有切割片2和转动把手21,转动把手21与固定把手11紧密贴合并通过转轴3轴接在一起;转动把手21和固定把手11仅可相对转轴3自由旋转,不可轴向平移;在固定把手11和转动把手21之间设置有复位压簧12;
在所述转轴3的一端刻设有旋进螺纹31,在所述旋进螺纹31上套设有推进板4,所述推进板4通过端部的推进夹41夹持在转轴3上,推进夹41的内壁刻设有与所述旋进螺纹31匹配的纹路;在推进板4上平行的等距设置有防护杆5,防护杆5的一端贯穿推进板4,另一端固定安装在承载条51上;所述承载条51由柔性材料做成,承载条51贴近切割片2;推进板4可相对各防护杆5平移;
在所述板体1上开设有滑槽13,所述滑槽13与转轴3平行;所述推进板4的一端滑动设置在所述滑槽13内,所述推进板4仅可在滑槽13及转轴3上轴向平移;
在所述转轴3的另一端刻设有驱动竖条纹32,所述驱动竖条纹32与转轴3的轴线平行;在所述转轴3上同轴套设有单向轴承6,单向轴承6的内环与所述驱动竖条纹32啮合连接,单向轴承6的外环61与所述转动把手21固定连接。
在使用本智能厨房切菜器时,用户将食材放置在板体1上,食材的前端贴近切割器,食材的末端抵住推进板4;将防护杆5组成的防护网罩至在食材上,将推进板4端部的推进夹41夹持在转轴3上,此时承载条51贴近切割片2,防护杆5将食材限位;
用户只需控制转动把手21往复的切割食材,转动把手21绕转轴3往复切割食材,切割片2每次向下切割食材时,转动把手21带动单向轴承6的外环61空转,单向轴承6的内环不会转动;切割片2向上抬起时,转动把手21带动单向轴承6的外环61和内环同时转动,内环带动转轴3转动,进而使得旋进螺纹31与推进夹41相对转动,旋进螺纹31进而促使推进板4沿转轴3的轴线发生平移,进而将食材小幅度的推向切割片2,便于下次切割;在本实施例中,推进板4沿着转轴3和滑槽13相对于防护杆5移动,并将食材缓慢的推向切割片2;在切割完一种食材后,将推进夹41取下,拖动推进板4回到初始位置,即可进行另一种食材的切割;整个过程流畅、便捷,更换食材、复位切割方便快捷。
因此,在使用本发明时,只需将食材放置在板体1上,反复控制切割器切割食材,推进板4会智能的将食材不断的送进,每次的推进距离固定,食材的切割更均匀、规整;整个操作简洁方便,用户无需手指贴近刀片按压食材,操作更安全;切割后的食材规整的排列在板体1上,不会出现散落,用户也不会手忙脚乱;综上,使用本发明能够有效改善食材的切割,简化切菜流程,又能够提高厨房生活的趣味性。
在本实施例中,安装在固定把手11和转动把手21之间的复位压簧12能够进一步减轻用户的操作负担,复位压簧12能够使得转动把手21自动抬起,省去了半程的操作力气,使得用户能够更方便的切割食材。

1.一种智能厨房切菜器,本智能厨房切菜器包括有板体(1)、与板体(1)一体成型的固定把手(11),其特征在于:还包括有切割器,所述切割器包括有切割片(2)和转动把手(21),转动把手(21)与固定把手(11)紧密贴合并通过转轴(3)轴接在一起;转动把手(21)和固定把手(11)仅可相对转轴(3)自由旋转,不可轴向平移;在所述转轴(3)的一端刻设有旋进螺纹(31),在所述旋进螺纹(31)上套设有推进板(4),推进板(4)与转轴(3)螺纹啮合;在所述板体(1)上开设有滑槽(13),所述滑槽(13)与转轴(3)平行;所述推进板(4)的一端滑动设置在所述滑槽(13)内,所述推进板(4)仅可在滑槽(13)及转轴(3)上往复平移;在所述转轴(3)的另一端刻设有驱动竖条纹(32),所述驱动竖条纹(32)与转轴(3)的轴线平行;在所述转轴(3)上同轴套设有单向轴承(6),单向轴承(6)的内环与所述驱动竖条纹(32)啮合连接,单向轴承(6)的外环(61)与所述转动把手(21)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能厨房切菜器,其特征在于:所述推进板(4)通过端部的推进夹(41)夹持在转轴(3)上,推进夹(41)的内壁刻设有与所述旋进螺纹(31)匹配的纹路。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能厨房切菜器,其特征在于:在推进板(4)上平行的等距设置有防护杆(5),防护杆(5)的一端贯穿推进板(4),另一端固定安装在承载条(51)上;所述承载条(51)由柔性材料做成,承载条(51)贴近切割片(2);推进板(4)可相对各防护杆(5)平移。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的智能厨房切菜器,其特征在于:在固定把手(11)和转动把手(21)之间设置有复位压簧(12)。
