本发明公开了聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的制造方法,包括以下步骤:1)配制结合剂;2)制得成型料;3)模具内投入成型料;4)加入加热;5)装窑;6)烧成:7)出窑;8)粗加工,用树脂胶把砂轮与基体结合;9)精加工。本发明公开了聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的制造方法对原有配方、工艺进行改进,在保证砂轮组织松散的状态下提高砂轮的形状保持性,进而提高金刚石刀具的加工效率和产品质量。

聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮的制造方法,尤其涉及聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的制造方法。
背景技术
随着机械加工行业的发展,材料的硬度、强度也在不断的提高,对加工刀具的要求也越来越高,聚晶金刚石刀具具有极高的硬度和极好的耐磨性,是加工硬质材料的一把利刃,但同时,金刚石刀具本身也是极难加工的。众所周知,只有金刚石才能加工金刚石,为此,我们公司开发出聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮,解决如下问题(1)金刚石刀具对砂轮的加工精度要求较高,原来的砂轮形状保持性不够好;(2)磨料与结合剂的膨胀系数不配合,结合剂对金刚石把持力不够;(3)烧成过程中废品率较高;(4)平衡问题,聚晶金刚石刀具加工时动平衡要求高,砂轮不平衡会造成加工质量下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于是提供聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的制造方法,对原有配方、工艺进行改进,在保证砂轮组织松散的状态下提高砂轮的形状保持性,进而提高金刚石刀具的加工效率和产品质量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、配制结合剂,将结合剂各组分放入结合剂混料罐里,混合均匀,过筛;所用的结合剂为预制粉,其主要化学成分为Na2O 10-15%,K2O 4-8%,B2O3 20-23%,Al2O3 22-26%,MgO 3-5%, CaO 0.5-2%, SiO2 23-28%,HBT为820℃;
步骤二、混料,将金刚石微粉与预先配制好的结合剂混合,再加入热固化树脂混合均匀,过筛,再加入空心玻璃球混合,制得成型料;
步骤三、准备模具,模具喷涂上脱模剂,称重后分次投入成型料,搅匀后刮平;
步骤四、盖上模盖,开动压机,把摊好的砂轮及模具送到压头下进行热压,并保温15分钟,完成后冷却、出模;
步骤五、装窑,对砂轮进行检查,确认无瑕疵的进行装窑,把砂轮用碳化硅隔开,放入耐火瓦罐中,装入窑内;
步骤六、烧成,直接升温至100℃,然后以28℃/h的升温速度从100℃升温至600℃,之后以25℃/h的升温速度从600℃升温至760℃,保温3小时,完成后,进行自然降温;
步骤七、当砂轮冷却至室温,出窑;
步骤八、进行粗加工,用树脂胶把砂轮与基体结合;
步骤九、胶水固化后对产品进行精加工。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明与现有的聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的技术相比,其显著特点是在保证砂轮组织松散的状态下提高砂轮的形状保持性,进而提高金刚石刀具的加工效率和产品质量。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、配制结合剂,将结合剂各组分放入结合剂混料罐里,混合均匀,过筛;所用的结合剂为预制粉,其主要化学成分为Na2O 10-15%,K2O 4-8%,B2O3 20-23%,Al2O3 22-26%,MgO 3-5%, CaO 0.5-2%, SiO2 23-28%,HBT为820℃;
步骤二、混料,将金刚石微粉与预先配制好的结合剂混合,再加入热固化树脂混合均匀,过筛,再加入空心玻璃球混合,制得成型料;
步骤三、准备模具,模具喷涂上脱模剂,称重后分次投入成型料,搅匀后刮平;
步骤四、盖上模盖,开动压机,把摊好的砂轮及模具送到压头下进行热压,并保温15分钟,完成后冷却、出模;

步骤六、烧成,直接升温至100℃,然后以28℃/h的升温速度从100℃升温至600℃,之后以25℃/h的升温速度从600℃升温至760℃,保温3小时,完成后,进行自然降温;
步骤七、当砂轮冷却至室温,出窑;
步骤八、进行粗加工,用树脂胶把砂轮与基体结合;
步骤九、胶水固化后对产品进行精加工。

1.聚晶金刚石刀具专用砂轮的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一、配制结合剂,将结合剂各组分放入结合剂混料罐里,混合均匀,过筛;所用的结合剂为预制粉,其主要化学成分为Na2O 10-15%,K2O 4-8%,B2O3 20-23%,Al2O3 22-26%,MgO 3-5%, CaO 0.5-2%, SiO2 23-28%,HBT为820℃;
步骤二、混料,将金刚石微粉与预先配制好的结合剂混合,再加入热固化树脂混合均匀,过筛,再加入空心玻璃球混合,制得成型料;
步骤三、准备模具,模具喷涂上脱模剂,称重后分次投入成型料,搅匀后刮平;
