综观全国各地电器收购站,废旧电器堆积如山。金属涂层剥离困难。偷偷燃烧浓烟遮天,浓烟毒气弥漫。排除环境污染,维护生态平衡当务之急,办法是以废治废。
中国专利申请CN201310365497.2公开了一种垃圾分类回收处理方法,此方法通过严格按照日常各种生活垃圾的性质进行分类收集和处理,不仅能大幅度提高垃圾的资源化比例,而且能够最大限度地减少垃圾填埋量,节约土地空间。
中国专利申请2017105708405公开了一种餐厨垃圾处理机及其垃圾处理方法,通过餐厨垃圾分布式处理,解决了因集中处理带来的二次污染;可循环再利用,降低处理成本;自动化处理,节省人力成本;从源头实现无菌、无毒、无味处理,大幅度降低环境污染和病毒传播。
中国专利申请2017104144640公开了一种餐余垃圾回收处理的方法,主要包括以下步骤:垃圾初级分类;干湿分离;高温蒸煮;挤压脱水脱油;破碎干垃圾和固体物料;将得到的细小颗粒经干燥灭菌后配入多种营养性成分,混合后在50~90℃的环境下烘干,烘干后的含水量为0.5~5%,然后将烘干后的物料送入环模复饲料专用制粒机进行颗粒压制,压制成20~100目的颗粒细度,制得饲料;将分离出来的废水送入厌氧发酵池中,并加入发酵菌种发酵5~10天产生沼气,发酵温度为20~30℃;将分离出来的废油进行醇化处理。该方法消除了餐余垃圾对生态环境的破坏,处理时不会产生了二次污染,是一种合理化、工业化的餐余垃圾处理方法,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
但是现有技术中鲜有涉及针对垃圾及其废渣、废水、废气的全面综合治理的方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种垃圾和浓烟综合处理方法,该方法不仅可以消除浓烟毒气同时对垃圾综合处理,灰渣,废水全部利用。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现,一种垃圾和浓烟综合处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将垃圾堆存污水沥滤,水份降到50%以下,热值大于2500kj/kg;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的垃圾喷上吸雾剂备用,所述吸雾剂由动植物废油、工业用弱碱和油酸溶于水组成,其中以动植物废油、工业用弱碱和油酸的总量计,动植物废油占80-90%,工业用弱碱占5-10%,油酸6-12%;
(3)将垃圾在富氧状态下焚烧,炉温1250-1500℃,垃圾灼减量80-90%,二恶英被彻底分解;
(4)焚烧炉废气先经明矾水喷淋,微粒凝聚沉降,再通过洗涤池鼓泡式,使气体充分接触碱土矿石,进行复分解反应,使废气呈白雾状态逸出,冷却后进入沼气池;
(5)将步骤(1)中得到的渗沥水纳入沼气池,厌氧发酵制得沼气以提供热能;
(6)将得到的沼渣,沼水用作肥料灌溉竹木;
(7)灰渣从炉底排出回收加工成建筑材料。
在本发明的优选的实施方式中,所述的工业用弱碱选自三乙醇胺或氨水。
在本发明的优选的实施方式中,所述的碱土矿石选自石灰石、白云石中的一种或多种。
在本发明的优选的实施方式中,所述的垃圾灼减量80-85%。
废料燃烧产生毒气,种类繁多约计200多种,毒气总称二恶英(C6H5—Cl),其微细颗粒轻飘悬浮不溶於水,容易被湿的物质吸附,且高温变性,705℃开始分解,1150℃完全分解生成水、二氧化碳和氯化氢。因此浓烟和垃圾在焚烧炉内均被高温分解。本发明巧妙的用垃圾做载体,喷上吸附剂,浓烟从焚烧炉中部输入,被吸附层吸附和垃圾一起回落到燃烧层烧烬,连续进行焚烧。
废旧电器燃烧化学反应产生毒气有多种,如:

本发明的浓烟和垃圾处理综合方法,是一个包括垃圾堆存、输送、焚烧,炉渣回收利用,废气炉外处理等步骤的系统工程,采用渗沥水制沼气,沼渣、废水再利用,实现全面治理,无二次污染。
与现有技术相比,本发明还具有下列优点;
(1)以废治废,工艺简单,成本低。
(2)用特定吸附剂与适合的炉温配合,使得二恶英完全分解。
(3)浓烟入炉省能源。
(4)综合治理无二次污染。
具体实施方式
下列实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明並不限于这项实施例。
实施例1
(1)垃圾事先堆存污水沥滤,水份降到50%以下,热值大于2500kj/kg。
(2)喷上吸附剂备用。其中吸附剂的组成为:地沟油100kg,三乙醇胺4kg,油酸6kg,纯水50kg,搅匀。
(3)同时筹备二只炉,一只烧废旧电器,浓烟水冷降温压入另一只炉内,另一只炉混烧浓烟和垃圾。炉底鼔风强化富氧环境,在炉温1250℃以上焚烧,将垃圾和浓烟一起烧烬。垃圾灼减量达80%,使二恶英彻底分解。
(4)废气排除炉外,先用明矾水喷淋沉降分离,再通过洗涤池鼓泡式,使气体充分接触石灰石和白云石,进行复分解反应,使废气呈白雾状态逸出,冷却后进入沼气池;
(5)将步骤(1)中得到的渗沥水纳入沼气池,厌氧发酵制得沼气以提供热能;
(6)将得到的沼渣,沼水用作肥料灌溉竹木;
(7)灰渣从炉底排出回收加工成建筑材料。
经检测,垃圾焚烧废气处理后的污染物符合控制标准。
实施例2

(5)将步骤(1)中得到的渗沥水纳入沼气池,厌氧发酵制得沼气以提供热能;
(6)将得到的沼渣,沼水用作肥料灌溉竹木;
(7)灰渣从炉底排出回收加工成建筑材料。
经检测,垃圾焚烧废气处理后的污染物符合控制标准。
本发明所述具体实施例如仅作举例说明。所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或釆用类似方式替代,但並不会偏离本发明的精神或超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管对本发明已作了说明和具体实施例,但对本领域熟练技术人员来说,只要不离本发明的精神,和范围可作各种变化或修正。
Claims (2)
1.一种垃圾和浓烟综合处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将垃圾堆存污水沥滤,水份降到50%以下,热值大于2500kj/kg;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的垃圾喷上吸雾剂备用,所述吸雾剂由动植物废油、工业用弱碱和油酸溶于水组成,其中以动植物废油、工业用弱碱和油酸的总质量计,动植物废油占80-90%,工业用弱碱占5-10%,油酸6-12%;
(3)将垃圾在富氧状态下焚烧,炉温1250-1500℃,垃圾灼减量80-90%,二恶英被彻底分解;
(4)焚烧炉废气先经明矾水喷淋,微粒凝聚沉降,再通过洗涤池鼓泡式清洗,使气体充分接触碱土矿石,进行复分解反应,使废气呈白雾状态逸出,冷却后进入沼气池;
(5)将步骤(1)中得到的渗沥水纳入沼气池,厌氧发酵制得沼气以提供热能;
(6)将得到的沼渣,沼水用作肥料灌溉竹木;
(7)灰渣从炉底排出回收加工成建筑材料;
所述的工业用弱碱选自三乙醇胺或氨水;
所述的碱土矿石选自石灰石、白云石中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的垃圾灼减量80-85%。
