Abstract
The invention relates to an antiskid gumming machine for packing and stacking cargo pallets, which comprises a case, a filtering device arranged in the case, a liquid level alarming device connected with the filtering device, a quantitative supply device connected with the liquid level alarming device and used for controlling the single output quantity of antiskid glue, an air inlet used for introducing air, a pressure regulating valve used for regulating internal pressure, and a gumming device arranged on a cargo transportation assembly line and used for gumming a cargo package. The automatic coating machine is fully automatically operated under the control of an electric control system, can accurately coat the anti-skid glue on each goods package through the inductive switch of the roller, and can ensure the consistent use amount of each coating under the action of the quantitative supply device. On the other hand, the invention can detect and adjust the working state through the liquid level alarm device and the pressure regulating valve, thereby ensuring that the gluing operation is normally and orderly carried out.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of goods storage and transportation, in particular to an anti-skid glue spreader for packing and stacking goods pallets.
Background
With the rapid development and upgrade of economy, higher requirements are placed on the safe automation and intellectualization of goods production, storage and transportation in production activities. In the past aspect of cargo production, storage and transportation, in order to prevent loss and potential safety hazards caused by the fact that cargos are stacked or scattered in a stacking and warehousing or transportation process, enterprises generally use a plurality of modes to reinforce the cargos on a pallet, such as methods of stretch film winding, packing rope binding and the like. However, these external force reinforcing methods cannot completely solve the problems of cargo damage or potential safety hazards, such as cargo stack falling and stack scattering, caused by sliding displacement and dislocation due to different cargo packaging materials when the cargo is stacked in a storage warehouse or in a transportation process because the stretching film, the packaging rope and the like have stretching tension. At present, the mode of smearing the anti-slip glue between the goods when stacking appears, and this mode has better anti-slip effect, and the operation of smearing the anti-slip glue mostly relies on the manual work to go on at present, and efficiency is lower and paint inhomogeneously. Therefore, there is a need for an apparatus that automatically applies anti-slip glue when palletizing pallets of goods.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a goods tray packaging, stacking and anti-skid glue spreader capable of automatically spreading glue on packages of goods.
The invention is realized by adopting the following scheme:
an antiskid glue spreader for packing and stacking goods pallets comprises a case, a filtering device arranged in the case, a liquid level alarming device connected with the filtering device, a quantitative supply device connected with the liquid level alarming device and used for controlling the single output of antiskid glue, an air inlet used for introducing air, a pressure regulating valve used for regulating internal pressure, and a glue spreading device arranged on a goods transportation assembly line and used for spreading glue on goods packages, wherein the glue spreading device is connected with the quantitative supply device; an electrical control system for controlling each component is also arranged in the case; the rubber coating device is including the support that is used for connecting the assembly line, rotatable connection is in the fly leaf on the support, be connected with the fly leaf and be used for the rubber coated wheel components to and connect the damping subassembly between fly leaf and support, the fly leaf rotates under the drive of the drive unit who sets up on the support, still be provided with the angle adjusting nut who is used for adjusting the wheel components angle on the fly leaf.
Furthermore, the liquid level recovery device, the human-computer interface, the liquid flow meter and the cleaning device are arranged in the case, and the cleaning device is used for cleaning the quantitative supply device.

On the other hand, the liquid level of the anti-skid glue can be automatically monitored and adjusted through the liquid level alarm device, the internal pressure can be adjusted through the pressure regulating valve and the air inlet, and the normal and orderly glue coating operation is guaranteed.

Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present invention for those skilled in the art, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.
The invention provides an antiskid glue spreader for packing and stacking goods pallets, which comprises a case 1, a filtering device 2 arranged in the case, a liquid level alarming device 3 connected with the filtering device, a quantitative supply device 4 connected with the liquid level alarming device and used for controlling the single output of antiskid glue, an air inlet 5 used for introducing air, a pressure regulating valve 6 used for regulating internal pressure, and a glue spreading device 7 arranged on a goods transportation assembly line and used for spreading glue on goods packages, wherein the glue spreading device 7 is connected with the quantitative supply device 4. Meanwhile, the invention also comprises a liquid level recovery device 11 for recovering the non-slip glue when the liquid level of the non-slip glue exceeds the set maximum value, a liquid flow meter 13, a cleaning device 14 for cleaning the quantitative supply device, and a manual filling button 15 for manual filling of the non-slip glue. In the invention, the above components are connected by pipelines. An electrical control system 8 for controlling each component of the invention and a human-computer interface 11 for interaction are also arranged in the case 1, and a touch display screen can be adopted when the human-computer interface is implemented. An alarm lamp 16 is further disposed on the top of the case 1, and the alarm lamp can give an alarm to a worker when the equipment is abnormal. A pressure gauge 61 for displaying pressure is provided at the pressure regulating valve 6. A space for placing the anti-slip rubber material cylinder is formed below the case.
The gluing device 7 is fixed on a production line for conveying goods in practical implementation and comprises a support 71 for connecting the production line, a movable plate 72 rotatably connected on the support, a roller assembly 73 connected with the movable plate and used for gluing, and a damping assembly 74 connected between the movable plate 72 and the support 71. The roller assembly 73 is specifically connected below the movable plate 72, a driving part 75 is arranged on the bracket, and the movable plate 72 is driven by the driving part to rotate, so that the roller assembly 73 is driven to press downwards to contact with the goods package conveyed on the production line. Meanwhile, an adjusting nut 76 for adjusting the angle of the roller assembly is further provided on the movable plate 72. In this embodiment, the driving member is a cylinder. In order to prevent the anti-slip glue from leaking to the production line in the roll coating process to cause waste, a magnet speed reducing device can be additionally arranged on the gluing device, so that the anti-slip liquid is reduced while the accurate gluing is ensured. In addition, the appearance and the size of the goods pallet packaging, stacking and anti-skidding glue spreader can be adjusted according to the conditions of an enterprise production line, but the internal structure and the principle are not changed.
The roller assembly 73 includes a felt roller 731, a fixing member 732 for fixing the felt roller, a connecting member 733 for connecting the movable plate, and a sensing switch 734, above which a dust cap 735 is disposed.
The quantitative supply device 4 includes a fixing member 41 for connecting the cabinet, a quantitative cylinder 42 for measuring the amount of discharged glue, a quantitative adjusting nut 43 for adjusting the amount of discharged glue, a plurality of pipes 44 for connecting the respective parts, and a washing cylinder 45 for washing. The quantitative cylinder supply device is connected with the gluing device 7 through a pipeline, and in operation, the quantitative cylinder supply device conveys the antiskid glue to the felt roller 731 of the roller assembly 73 of the gluing mechanism.
The liquid level alarm device 3 comprises a filtering channel 31 connected with the filtering device, a liquid level input port 32 for the inflow of the anti-skid glue, a liquid level channel 33 connected with the liquid level input port, a liquid level float 34 for measuring the liquid level, a liquid level output port 35 for the outflow of the anti-skid glue, and an alarm output line 36 connected with an electrical control system. When the liquid level of the antiskid glue is higher than the set highest value or lower than the set lowest value, the liquid level alarm device 3 sends a feedback signal to the electrical control system 8 through an alarm output line 36. When the liquid level exceeds the set highest value, the excessive antiskid glue flows to the liquid level recovery device under the control of the electric control system, and when the liquid level is lower than the set lowest value, the antiskid glue is automatically filled. Meanwhile, the worker can manually operate the liquid level filling button 15 in the case to fill the anti-skid glue according to the specific working condition.
In particular, a feed pump can be arranged between the cartridge and the filter device 2 for feeding the slip-resistant glue into the feed pump. The anti-slip glue is filtered to remove impurities by the filtering device 2, then flows into the quantitative supply device 4 through the liquid level alarm device 3, finally flows into the gluing device 7 arranged on the conveying production line, and is smeared on the goods package through the felt roller 731 of the roller component 73. When goods flow to the gluing device from the production line, an inductive switch 734 of the gluing device sends a signal to an electric control system 8, the electric control system controls a driving part 75 to start, a roller component 73 presses downwards, a felt roller contacts the goods, meanwhile, a quantitative supply device 4 is started to supply liquid to the felt roller of the gluing support, anti-skid glue is coated on the surface of the goods passing through the gluing support in a rolling mode, and then the goods can be stacked and stored.
The automatic coating machine is fully automatically operated under the control of an electric control system, can accurately coat the anti-skid glue on each goods package through the inductive switch of the roller, and can ensure the consistent use amount of each coating under the action of the quantitative supply device. On the other hand, the liquid level of the anti-skid glue can be automatically monitored and adjusted through the liquid level alarm device, the internal pressure can be adjusted through the pressure regulating valve and the air inlet, and the normal and orderly glue coating operation is guaranteed.

Accordingly, it is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications, and variations that fall within the scope of the included claims.

The antiskid glue spreader for the packing and stacking of the cargo pallets is characterized by comprising a case (1), a filtering device (2) arranged inside the case, a liquid level alarming device (3) connected with the filtering device, a quantitative supply device (4) connected with the liquid level alarming device and used for controlling the single output of antiskid glue, an air inlet (5) used for introducing air, a pressure regulating valve (6) used for regulating internal pressure, and a glue spreading device (7) arranged on a cargo transportation production line and used for spreading glue on cargo packages, wherein the glue spreading device (7) is connected with the quantitative supply device (4); an electrical control system (8) for controlling each component is also arranged in the case (1); the gluing device (7) comprises a support (71) used for connecting a production line, a movable plate (72) rotatably connected to the support, a roller assembly (73) connected with the movable plate and used for gluing, and a vibration damping assembly (74) connected between the movable plate and the support, wherein the movable plate (72) is driven by a driving part (75) arranged on the support (71) to rotate, and an angle adjusting nut (76) used for adjusting the angle of the roller assembly (73) is further arranged on the movable plate (72); still include the feed pump, the feed pump with filter equipment (2) intercommunication, anti-skidding glue filters impurity through filter equipment (2), and back process liquid level alarm device (3) flow into metering device (4) again, flow into at last in setting up rubber coating device (7) at the conveying assembly line, scribble the goods packing through felt gyro wheel (731) of roller components (73).
