本发明涉及一种生物防霉剂,包括生物碱、活性炭、钛酸四丁酯、异噻唑啉酮、蒙脱石、阔叶樟、蛭石、竹盐、丙酸钠和水,各组分的质量份数为:生物碱10‑15、活性炭8‑12、钛酸四丁酯6‑9、异噻唑啉酮2‑5、蒙脱石2‑6、阔叶樟5‑8、蛭石10‑12、竹盐15‑18、丙酸钠2‑3和水20‑26。本发明具有更高效的防霉技术,有效吸收潮湿空气中的水分,防止发霉,一扫霉味带来的沉闷气息透气防潮。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种添加剂制备技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种生物防霉剂。
背景技术
现实生活中,温度、湿度、霉菌孢子是发霉的三个必备条件,而人体觉得舒服的温度也是霉菌生长的温度,这是改变不了的。霉菌的发生不仅影响物体表面的美观,在深层生长的霉菌还会冲破漆膜造成开裂和剥落,导致物体受损 ;并且增生的霉菌还会威胁到动物和人类的健康。因此,防霉现象需要引起足够的重视。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的生物防霉剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种生物防霉剂,包括生物碱、活性炭、钛酸四丁酯、异噻唑啉酮、蒙脱石、阔叶樟、蛭石、竹盐、丙酸钠和水,各组分的质量份数为:生物碱10-15、活性炭8-12、钛酸四丁酯6-9、异噻唑啉酮2-5、蒙脱石2-6、阔叶樟5-8、蛭石10-12、竹盐15-18、丙酸钠2-3和水20-26。
作为优选,所述的生物防霉剂,其特征在于:所述生物防霉剂各组分的质量份数为:生物碱10、活性炭8、钛酸四丁酯6、异噻唑啉酮2、蒙脱石2、阔叶樟5、蛭石10、竹盐15、丙酸钠2和水20。
作为优选,所述的生物防霉剂,其特征在于:所述水为工业纯水。
作为优选,所述的生物防霉剂,其特征在于具体制备步骤:
①将生物碱、活性炭干燥粉碎后,回流提取 1-3 次,每次 10-20 分钟的混合溶液A;
②将钛酸四丁酯放入工业纯水中充分搅拌,过滤得到溶液B ;
③将碳酸钙粉碎到120-200 目,加入溶液A中搅拌;
④将溶液A、B与蒙脱石反应,加热至60-80度后静置48h即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的生物防霉剂,其特征在于:所述生物防霉剂各组分的质量份数为:生物碱10、活性炭8、钛酸四丁酯6、异噻唑啉酮2、蒙脱石2、阔叶樟5、蛭石10、竹盐15、丙酸钠2和水20。
