The connecting end seat 6 consists of a fixed end seat 601 and a movable end cover 602; an internal thread is carved in the fixed end seat 601, and the fixed end seat and the movable end cover 602 carved with the external thread can be in internal and external thread matching connection; the end of the movable end cover 602 without the external thread is a limited end, the diameter of the limited end is larger than the major diameter of the external thread, and the maximum degree of matching of the internal thread and the external thread is limited; the movable end cover 602 is further provided with a cylindrical through hole, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the diameter of the threaded end of the pin front section of the connecting pin 7, that is, the pin front section 701 can be completely detached from and installed in the movable end cover 602, and the process is as follows: after the front pin section 701 is separated from the rear pin section 702, the fastening thread ring 703 of the front pin section 701 is screwed off the front pin section 701, the movable end cover 602 is screwed off the fixed end base 601, and finally the front pin section 701 can be taken out; the process of loading is the reverse of the process of disengaging.
The end with the larger diameter of the front section 701 of the connecting pin is a limited end, the end with the external thread is a threaded end, and a spherical groove 704 and a cylindrical neck groove 705 are arranged in the threaded end; the pin rear section 702 is comprised of E, F two parts, with a spherical nose 708, a cylindrical neck 709.
The diameter of the limited end of the connecting pin front section 701 is between the diameter of the through hole of the movable end cover and the inner diameter of the movable end cover, and the length of the limited end is slightly smaller than the depth of the inner hole of the fixed end seat, so that the limited end of the connecting pin can only move in a small range in the connecting end seat 6 connected through threads;
the diameter of the threaded end is smaller than that of the pin rear section 702, the spherical groove 704 and the cylindrical neck groove 705 in the threaded end can be matched with the spherical nose 708 and the cylindrical neck 709 of the pin rear section 702, a V-shaped notch is reserved on the threaded end, two side parts of the notch can move radially for a certain distance, space is provided for the spherical nose 708 of the pin rear section 702 to enter the spherical groove 704 in the threaded end, and the connection and separation processes of the pin front section 701 and the pin rear section 702 are as follows: rotating the fastening thread ring 703 in the direction G (as shown in fig. 8) until the fastening thread ring is completely separated from the external thread, separating two sides of the V-shaped notch at the thread end of the front pin segment 701, and pulling out the rear pin segment 702 to separate the front pin segment 701 and the rear pin segment 702; the pin front section 701 and the pin rear section 702 can be connected by fitting the spherical nose 708 of the pin rear section 702 into the spherical recess 704 of the pin front section 701 and rotating the fastening thread turn 703 in the H direction (as shown in fig. 8) until it abuts against the pin rear section 702.
The fastening thread ring 703 is rotatably separated from the front pin section 701 after the front pin section 701 is separated from the rear pin section 702, has an outer diameter between the diameter of the rear pin section 702 and the diameter of the limited end of the front pin section 701, and is further provided with a plurality of protrusions 710 for facilitating rotation.
As a further improvement of this embodiment, the two parts of the pin rear section 702E, F are connected by a slide rail; the E, F segments each have a hemispherical nose and a cylindrical neck, which when E, F segments are connected, form a complete nose 708 and a cylindrical neck 709 that fit tightly under the combined action of the slide, the threaded end, and the tightening screw thread ring 703; the part E is provided with a circular through hole and a heavy rope limiting end slot for loading the heavy rope 8, and the installation and the disassembly processes of the heavy rope 8 are as follows: when the front pin section 701 is separated from the rear pin section 702, the part F is moved outwards along the slide rail until the part F is completely separated from the part E, the part E is moved downwards along the heavy rope 8 until the connecting screw for connecting the heavy rope with the limiting end is exposed, the connecting screw is screwed out, the heavy rope can be separated from the limiting end, and finally the part E is pulled out of the heavy rope 8, so that the dismounting process of the heavy rope 8 is completed; the installation process of the heavy rope 8 is reverse to the disassembly process.
As a further improvement of this embodiment, the diameter of the limiting end at both ends of the heavy rope 8 is between the diameter of the through hole at the part of the pin rear section 702E and the diameter of the limiting groove of the heavy rope, so as to prevent the heavy rope from separating from the part E of the pin rear section.
Compared with the prior art, the arm type skipping rope convenient for operating the heavy rope has the following main characteristics:
the requirement on the wrist strength of a user is reduced, the threshold for operating the heavy rope is reduced, the range of the user is wider, and the heavy rope can be used by common consumers besides professional athletes;
the force of the heavy rope acting on the arm is dispersed, so that the exercise intensity is improved, and the wrist of a user can be prevented from being damaged;
due to the special connection mode of the limiting end of the heavy rope and the connecting pin and the adjustability of the spherical adjuster, the limiting end of the heavy rope and the rope cannot form an included angle, the rotation of the heavy rope is more flexible, and the rope twisting phenomenon cannot occur;
fourthly, the heavy rope can be quickly and conveniently installed and detached, so that a user can quickly replace the rope according to the requirement, and the device is reliable and flexible to operate.
And fifthly, the speed and the strength of the heavy rope during exercise can be greatly improved, more muscle groups can be exercised, the heavy rope can be used as a tool for physical training, and the function of the traditional skipping rope is expanded.

Claims (5)

1. An arm type skipping rope is characterized by comprising arm sleeves which can be sleeved on left and right arms of a user, wherein the arm sleeves are provided with a base arm (1), a handle (2), a binding band (3), a binding band buckling seat (4), a spherical regulator (5), a connecting end seat (6), a connecting pin (7) and a balance block (9), and the connecting pin (7) is connected with the starting end of a heavy rope (8);
the base arm (1) is used as a framework part and comprises a front extending arm (101), a main arm (102) and a rear extending arm (103); the handle (2) is arranged at the front end of the front arm (101) and is used for preventing the rope skipping device from sliding along the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the arm after wearing the arm type skipping rope;
the binding band (3) is arranged on the binding band buckle seat (4) and used for tightly binding the arm and the rope skipping device and fixing the rope skipping device on the arm under the combined action of the handle (2);
the strap buckle seat (4) is arranged at the tail end of the main arm (102) and used for loosening and fastening the strap;
the ball regulator (5) is mounted on the rear extending arm (103), the connecting end seat (6) is used for connecting the ball regulator (5) and the connecting pin (7), and comprises a fixed end seat (601) fixedly connected with the ball regulator (5) and a movable end cover (602) in threaded connection with the fixed end seat (601); the connecting pin (7) is used for connecting the connecting end seat (6) and the heavy rope (8) and comprises a pin front section (701), a pin rear section (702) and a fastening thread ring (703), and the pin front section (701) and the pin rear section (702) are locked through the fastening thread ring (703);
the heavy rope (8) provides resistance required by muscle exercise, and both ends of the heavy rope (8) comprise limiting ends for preventing the heavy rope from being separated, and the limiting ends are connected with the heavy rope (8) through screws;
the balance weight (9) is arranged on the rear boom (103) and is used for balancing the gravity of the heavy rope side, and the balance weight can be replaced according to the weight change of the heavy rope 8 so as to reduce the torsion borne by the handle;
the spherical adjuster (5) further comprises a horizontal adjusting knob (501) and a vertical adjusting knob (503); the horizontal adjusting knob (501) and the vertical adjusting knob (503) respectively control the rotation of the spherical adjuster (5) in the AB and CD directions; the spherical adjuster (5) can adjust the direction of the connecting pin (7), so that the connecting pin (7) is perpendicular to the two sides of the user body when the elbow skipping rope is rotated, and the connecting pin (7) can flexibly rotate;
the connecting end seat (6) comprises a fixed end seat (601) and a movable end cover (602); an internal thread is carved in the fixed end seat (601), and the fixed end seat (601) and the movable end cover (602) carved with the external thread can be in internal and external thread matching connection; the end, without the external thread, of the movable end cover (602) is a limiting end, the diameter of the limiting end is larger than the major diameter of the external thread, and the maximum degree of matching of the internal thread and the external thread is limited; the movable end cover (602) is also provided with a cylindrical through hole, the diameter of the cylindrical through hole is slightly larger than that of the threaded end of the pin front section of the connecting pin (7), namely, the pin front section (701) can be completely separated from and arranged in the movable end cover (602);
the end with larger diameter of the front section (701) of the connecting pin is a limited end, the end with external threads is a threaded end, and a spherical groove (704) and a cylindrical neck groove (705) are arranged in the threaded end;
the connecting pin rear section (702) consists of E, F two parts, and the pin rear section (702) is provided with a spherical raised head (708) and a cylindrical neck (709);
the outer part of the connecting pin fastening thread ring (703) is also provided with a plurality of protruding parts (710) which are convenient to rotate; the connecting pin tightening turn (703) is rotatably disengaged from the threaded end of the pin nose section;
the diameter of the limited end of the connecting pin front section (701) is between the diameter of the through hole of the movable end cover and the inner diameter of the movable end cover, and the length of the limited end of the connecting pin front section (701) is slightly smaller than the depth of the inner hole of the fixed end seat, so that the limited end of the connecting pin front section (701) can only move in a small range in the connecting end seat (6) connected through threads;
the diameter of the threaded end is smaller than that of the pin rear section (702), a spherical groove (704) and a cylindrical neck groove (705) in the threaded end can be matched with a spherical nose (708) and a cylindrical neck (709) of the pin rear section (702), and a V-shaped notch is reserved on the threaded end, so that two side parts of the notch can move radially for a certain distance to provide a space for the spherical nose (708) of the pin rear section (702) to enter the spherical groove (704) in the threaded end;
the two parts of the pin rear section (702) E, F are connected through a sliding rail;
the pin rear section E, F has a hemispherical nose and a cylindrical neck respectively, when E, F is connected, the complete spherical nose (708) and the cylindrical neck (709) are formed, and the pin rear section E, F is tightly attached under the combined action of the slide rail, the threaded end and the fastening threaded ring (703);
the part E is provided with a circular through hole and a heavy rope limiting end slot for loading the heavy rope (8).

The boom skipping rope of claim 1, characterized in that the lengths of the base arm front (101) and rear (103) arms are adjustable in a direction parallel to the main arm (102), and the total length of the base arm (1) is changed by adjustment to adapt to different users' arms; a groove attached to the arm is formed in the main arm (102) of the base arm, and the groove is helpful for preventing the arm and the rope skipping device from sliding up and down; the groove is provided with a mounting crack of sweat-absorbent paper and a fine groove for perspiration and ventilation.

The arm skipping rope of claim 1, wherein the handle (2) comprises a U-shaped guard, a grab handle (201), a finger loop (202); the U-shaped protective handle is fixed at the front end of the front extending arm (101), the grab handle (201) is fixed at the upper part of the U-shaped protective handle, the finger ring sleeves (202) are arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped protective handle, and the number of the finger ring sleeves (202) is 4 and the finger ring sleeves are connected in a semicircular wavy manner; the grab handle (201) is a straight prism and is helpful for a user to hold the grab handle.

The boom skipping rope of claim 1, wherein the strap buckle seat (4) comprises a first strap end seat (401), a second strap end seat (402) and a buckle (403), the first strap end seat (401) and the second strap end seat (402) are respectively installed on two sides of the main arm (102), and the plane where the first strap end seat (401) and the second strap end seat (402) are located is equal in cross section to the joint of the main arm (102) and the rear boom (103);
the first bandage end seat (401) consists of a U-shaped base and a straight cylinder, the U-shaped base limits the displacement of the bandage along the axial direction of the straight cylinder, and the straight cylinder provides a back-turning pillar for the bandage;
the second bandage end seat (402) and the buckle (403) are arranged on the same side of the main arm, the buckle (403) is fixedly connected to the upper part of the second bandage end seat, one end of the bandage is fixedly connected to the lower part of the second bandage end seat, and the other end of the bandage is folded back from the first bandage end seat and then passes through the buckle;
the buckle (403) is provided with a channel through which one end of the binding band (3) can pass, a movable fastening cover (404), a first groove surface (405) facilitating opening of the movable fastening cover, and a second groove surface (406) facilitating opening of the movable fastening cover, wherein the movable fastening cover (404) is provided with a plurality of conical extrusion heads (407), when the movable fastening cover (404) is fastened, the conical extrusion heads (407) extrude the binding band (3), and the binding band (3) is clamped under the combined action of the conical extrusion heads (407) and the bottom of the buckle (403).
5. The boom jump rope of claim 1 wherein the defined end diameters at both ends of the heavy rope (8) are sized between the size of the through hole diameter of the E portion of the post pin section (702) and the size of the heavy rope defined groove diameter for preventing the heavy rope from disengaging the E portion of the post pin section.
