Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
As shown in fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the present application provides a blade set structure for a mixer, which includes a cutter shaft 1, a blade set sleeved on the cutter shaft 1, and a positioning structure for fixing the blade set on the cutter shaft 1. Wherein, one end of arbor 1 is connected with the motor (not shown) rotation of mixer, and the blade group is connected on arbor 1 to rotate along with arbor 1, and the blade group includes stirring blade 2, cross blade 3 and straight blade 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the stirring blade 2 is located at the bottom of the stirrer and mainly comprises a stirring body 21, a first inclined portion 22, a second inclined portion 23, a first connecting portion 24, a second connecting portion 25, a first rib 26 and a second rib 27.
Wherein, the stirring body 21 is of a plate-shaped structure, a first connecting hole 210 is formed at the center of the stirring body 21, and the stirring body 21 is sleeved on the cutter shaft 1 through the first connecting hole 210. The stirring body 21 is horizontally arranged and is perpendicular to the axis of the cutter shaft 1. Both ends of the stirring body 21 are respectively bent downward and extended to form a first inclined portion 22 and a second inclined portion 23, and the inclination angles of the first inclined portion 22 and the second inclined portion 23 with respect to the axial direction of the cutter shaft 1 may be the same or different. The first connecting portion 24 is connected to one end of the first inclined portion 22, the second connecting portion 25 is connected to one end of the second inclined portion 23, and the first connecting portion 24 and the second connecting portion 25 are both horizontally arranged and parallel to the stirring body 21, but the first connecting portion 24 and the second connecting portion 25 are not on the same horizontal plane. The first connecting portion 24 is connected with a first rib 26 which is inclined downwards, the second connecting portion 25 is connected with a second rib 27 which is inclined downwards, and the first rib 26 and the second rib 27 are respectively arranged on two sides of the stirring body 1.
When the water content of the food materials in the stirrer is less and the consistency is higher, the blade of the stirrer is idle, and the phenomenon that part of the food materials on the blade cannot go down often occurs, so that the stirring effect of the stirrer is not ideal. The stirring blade 2 acts on the bottom of the stirrer, two obliquely downward ribs are arranged on the stirring blade, the ribs can roll food materials at the bottom of the stirrer, the stirring blade has an ideal stirring effect on food materials with larger viscosity, the stirring efficiency is high, and the stirring is uniform and fine.
Because the first connecting part 24 and the second connecting part 25 are not on the same horizontal plane, namely the first rib 26 on the first connecting part 24 and the second rib 27 on the second connecting part 25 can stir fruits and vegetables in different planes at the bottom of the stirrer, food materials can be rolled in a larger space, and the stirring effect of the stirring blade 2 is effectively increased.
Further, since the two ends of the stirring body 21 are respectively bent downwards to extend to form the horizontally arranged connecting parts, the ribs are obliquely downwards connected to the connecting parts, so that the stirring blade 2 has a larger vertical height, and food can be rolled in a larger space at the bottom of the stirring machine.
Further, the stirring radii of the first rib 26 and the second rib 27 may be the same or different. I.e. the distance from the centre of the first web 26 to the axis of the arbor 1 may be the same or different from the distance from the centre of the second web 27 to the axis of the arbor 1. When the stirring radiuses of the first rib 26 and the second rib 27 are different, the first rib 26 and the second rib 27 can stir food materials in different circumferences of the bottom of the stirrer, so that the stirring effect is improved. In this embodiment, the stirring radii of the first rib 26 and the second rib 27 are different.
The stirring blade 2 has no cutting function and is used for pushing food materials to the vicinity of the cross blade 2 and the straight blade 3 in the stirring process, and the cross blade 2 and the straight blade 3 finish cutting the food materials. In this embodiment, the downward inclination angle of the first rib 26 is the same as the downward inclination angle of the second rib 27, and the downward inclination angles of the first rib 26 and the second rib 27 are all in the range of 15 ° to 45 °. The first inclined portion 22 and the second inclined portion 23 have the same inclination angle with respect to the axial direction of the arbor 1, and the first inclined portion 22 and the second inclined portion 23 have an inclination angle in the range of 30 ° to 60 ° with respect to the axial direction of the arbor 1. Preferably, the first rib 26 and the second rib 27 are inclined downward at an angle of 20 ° and the first inclined portion 22 and the second inclined portion 23 are inclined at an angle of 30 ° with respect to the axial direction of the cutter shaft 1.
Referring to fig. 3, the cross blade 3 is located above the stirring blade 2, and mainly includes a cross blade body 31 and four first blades 32 obliquely upward.
The cross blade body 31 is in a plate structure, a second connecting hole 310 is formed in the center of the cross blade body 31, and the cross blade body 31 is sleeved on the cutter shaft 1 through the second connecting hole 310. The cross blade body 31 is horizontally disposed and abuts against the stirring body 21.
The four first blades 32 are respectively connected to the edge of the cross blade body 31, and are bent and extended obliquely upward from the edge of the cross blade body 31. The adjacent two first blades 32 are spaced by the same distance and angle, so that the four first blades 32 are uniformly arranged around the cross blade body 31. The first blade 32 is provided with a first blade edge 33 with concave-convex alternate saw teeth for sawing the tough food material.
In the present application, each first blade 32 is inclined upward with respect to the horizontal plane, and the angle of upward inclination of each first blade 32 is also different. Because each first blade 32 has different upward inclined angles and is provided with the first blades 33 with concave-convex alternate saw teeth, each first blade 32 can not only achieve the effect of cutting food materials, but also push the food materials upwards, and the food materials which are not cut can be further pushed to the vicinity of the straight blade 4 for cutting, so that the cutting effect of the mixer is improved.
In this embodiment, the angles of the four first blades 32 inclined upward with respect to the horizontal plane rise in order along the rotation direction of the cross blade 3, and the angles of the four first blades 32 inclined upward with respect to the horizontal plane are respectively in the ranges of 0 ° to 10 °, 15 ° to 25 °, 30 ° to 40 °, and 45 ° to 60 °. Preferably, the four first blades 32 are inclined upwardly relative to the horizontal at angles of 0 °, 15 °, 30 ° and 45 °, respectively.
Referring to fig. 4, the in-line blade 4 is located above the cross blade 3, and mainly includes an in-line blade body 41 and two obliquely upward second blades 42.
The linear blade body 41 has a plate-shaped structure, and a third connecting hole 410 is formed in the center of the linear blade body 41, and the linear blade body 41 is sleeved on the cutter shaft 1 through the third connecting hole 410. The straight blade body 41 is horizontally arranged and is abutted against the cross blade body 31.
The two second blades 42 are respectively connected to two ends of the straight blade body 41, and are bent and extended obliquely upwards from two ends of the straight blade body 41. The second blade 42 is provided with a second blade 43 with a smooth sharp edge, so that not only the brittle food material can be transversely cut, but also the brittle food material can be stirred.
In this embodiment, the two second blades 42 are symmetrically disposed relative to the axis of the arbor 1, and the angle of each second blade 42 that is inclined upward relative to the axis of the arbor 1 is in the range of 20 ° to 45 °. Preferably, the second blade 42 is inclined at an angle of 30 ° upwards with respect to the axis of the arbor 1.
The stirring blade 2 of the blade set has no cutting function, is used for pushing food materials to the vicinity of the cross blade 2 and the straight blade 3 in the stirring process, and cuts the food materials by the cross blade 2 and the straight blade 3. In addition, as the cross blade 2 and the straight blade 3 are provided with blades which incline upwards, the bottommost food material can be pushed to the topmost part, and the food material which is not stirred at the top part falls to the bottom for stirring, so that the maximum stirring effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1, the positioning structure mainly comprises a connecting piece 5, a fastening piece 6, a spring piece 7 and a limiting protrusion (not numbered), wherein the connecting piece 5 is used for enabling a motor of the mixer to be rotationally connected with the cutter shaft 1, and the fastening piece 6 and the limiting protrusion fix the blade set on the cutter shaft 1.
In this embodiment, the connecting member 5 is a spline, which is sleeved on the cutter shaft 1 and is located below the stirring blade 2. However, the specific structure of the connector 5 is not limited in this embodiment, as long as it can rotate the cutter shaft 1 by the motor.
The fastening piece 6 is a threaded connecting piece such as a screw or a bolt, and the end part of the cutter shaft 1 is provided with a threaded hole (not numbered) matched with the screw or the bolt so that the head part of the fastening piece 6 presses one end of the blade set. The limiting bulge is arranged on the outer side wall of the cutter shaft 1, when the fastener 6 is pressing one end of the blade set, the other end of the blade set is abutted to the limiting bulge, so that the blade set is prevented from sliding on the cutter shaft 1 continuously, and the blade set is fixed on the cutter shaft 1. A spring 7 is located between the fastener 6 and the blade set to space the blade set from the fastener 6.
While the application has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the scope of the application.
