Background
The bamboo fiber composite board is prepared by processing the bamboo shavings through a series of processes such as hot pressing, cooling and the like.
After the bamboo shavings are hot-pressed into the bamboo board, the produced bamboo board may have various defects, such as uneven surface, raised board core, unqualified thickness and the like, due to the influence of pressure and temperature, so that the unqualified bamboo board needs to be reworked after hot pressing; meanwhile, the surfaces of the qualified bamboo boards are required to be subjected to deburring treatment, and the traditional methods are all manual treatment, so that the labor intensity is high, and the processing efficiency is low; after hot pressing, because the bamboo and wood boards after hot pressing cannot dissipate heat in a short time, the water content of the bamboo and wood boards is easily increased, and the phenomenon of bending deformation is caused, so that the bamboo and wood boards also need to be cooled.

The invention aims to provide an artificial board hot-pressing conveying system which can quickly sort and scatter unqualified bamboo boards and remove burrs of the bamboo boards and cool the bamboo boards so as to finish the automatic processing of the bamboo boards, and has the advantages of high production efficiency, simple process, no potential safety hazard and low operation labor intensity.

3. the edge scraping assembly is arranged to realize burr treatment on the side edge of the bamboo board, and the compression spring is used, so that the applicability is strong, and the bamboo board is prevented from being scratched;
4. the turning plate cooling mechanism is adopted, the motor is turned off after the bamboo and wood board is turned, the contact area of the back of the bamboo and wood board and air is increased, and heat dissipation is increased.

Preferably, an air cooling system 49 is arranged at the lower end of the third horizontal conveying roller section 30.
The use principle of the invention is as follows:
the hot-pressed plate blank is conveyed to the first horizontal conveying roller section 10, detection or manual inspection is carried out, if the plate blank is unqualified, the air cylinder 45 is started to push the material blocking claw 43 to move, the material blocking claw 43 moves upwards and leftwards along the inclined through hole under the action of the mounting plate 44 to block forward conveying of the plate blank, the plate blank falls between the material blocking claw 43 and the scattering assembly 42 and is scattered and recovered, the qualified plate blank is conveyed to the scraping mechanism 40, the brush 405 carries out surface deburring, the edge scraping assembly 46 carries out deburring on two sides, and the width of the edge scraping assembly 46 on the side edge of the plate blank is adjustable; and then the plate blank is conveyed to the second horizontal conveying roller section 20, the turning plate cooling mechanism 41 drives the turning support rod 411 to rotate through the servo motor, the plate blank positioned in the second horizontal conveying roller section 20 is transferred and turned, the plate blank is conveyed to the third horizontal conveying roller section 30, the plate blank is rapidly cooled in the turning plate cooling mechanism 41 and the third horizontal conveying roller section 30, and finally the plate blank is conveyed to the next process.
