The practical training performance calculating module 24 of the practical training management machine 2 calculates and transmits logistics operation efficiency index data of each practical training group according to the basic information uploading time, the simulated cargo inventory data uploading time, the ordering intention data uploading time, the transaction order data uploading time, the delivery order data uploading time and the delivery sign data uploading time of the practical training groups stored in the supply chain data recording module 25, calculates and transmits the logistics operation efficiency index data of each practical training group, calculates the practical training performance of each person according to the operation performance of the practical training group and the intra-group division of the practical training group members, the practical training group rotates the intra-group division of the members through the logistics data input and uploading module 32 of the practical training operation machine 3 in the practical training process, and the practical training performance calculating module 24 continues to calculate the logistics operation efficiency index data and calculates the practical training performance of each person according to the changed intra-group division.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for constructing a logistics center training platform based on a simulated supply chain according to the present invention includes the following steps:
step 1: the training group inputs group basic information on the training operation machine 3 and uploads the group basic information to the training management machine 2, and then the simulation training operation is carried out;
step 2: the training group inputs the stock data of the simulated goods and uploads the stock data of the simulated goods to the training management machine 2 and then transmits the stock data to all other training operation machines 3;
and step 3: each practical training group sends out ordering intention to other practical training groups through a supply chain data forwarding module 23 of the practical training manager 2;
and 4, step 4: each practical training group receives ordering intentions of other practical training groups, chooses to confirm the ordering number of all intentions or choose to reduce the supply quantity of some simulated goods but to bear the shortage cost, forms a finished order and forwards the finished order to the corresponding practical training group through the practical training manager 2; the original stock data of the training group is subtracted by the transaction order data to form new stock data, and the new stock data is sent to other training operation machines through the training management machine 2;
and 5: each training group processes the order in a batch or single mode to form a simulated goods delivery order according to the data of the order and uploads the simulated goods delivery order to the training management machine 2, the training groups simulate the loading capacity of a transport tool 5 according to the logistics center and combine the delivery order to form a delivery order, and the delivery order is sent to the corresponding training operation machine 3 through the training management machine 2;
step 6: the practical training group takes out the simulated goods 4 with corresponding numbers and quantity from the simulated goods shelf 6 according to the delivery order, distributes the simulated goods 4 to the corresponding delivery order, puts the corresponding simulated goods 4 into the simulated transport means 5 with the specified numbers according to the delivery order, and dispatches the workers to the practical training group of the delivery target for the members of the delivery person to hold the simulated transport means 5 with the simulated goods 4;
and 7: after the simulated goods 4 are delivered, the receiving training group checks the delivery order, the delivery order and the simulated goods 4, signs off after the checking is correct and uploads the checked goods to the training management machine 2;
and 8: the receiving training group puts the received simulated goods 4 into the corresponding simulated goods shelf 6, inputs the simulated goods shelf number and the number of the put simulated goods to form a warehousing bill, adds the warehousing bill and the current inventory data to form new inventory data, uploads the inventory data to the training management machine 2 and forwards the inventory data to each training operation machine 3;
and step 9: returning to the step 3, the logistics center practical training platform based on the simulated supply chain is successfully constructed and can continuously run until the practical training management machine 2 sends out an instruction of terminating the practical training operation.
In step 7, after the simulated goods 4 are delivered, when the receiving training group checks that errors are found, the receiving training manager 2 refuses to sign off and uploads the received simulated goods, the training manager 2 records the information of refusing to sign off and the uploading time, and the data is used for calculating the cost caused by the operation errors.
In step 9, the practical training performance calculating module 24 calculates and issues the benefit index and efficiency index data of each practical training group and the practical training performance of each member.

The utility model provides a real platform of instructing in logistics center based on simulation supply chain which characterized in that: the system comprises a training management machine (2) and a plurality of training operation machines (3) which are connected through a local area network (1), wherein a plurality of groups of simulated goods (4), simulated transport means (5) and simulated shelves (6) are used for training at a logistics center, each training operation machine (3) is provided with a training instruction receiving and displaying module (31), a logistics data input and uploading module (32), a supply chain data receiving and displaying module (33), a training performance displaying module (34) and a logistics operation data recording module (35), the training management machine (2) is provided with a training progress control module (21), each training group uploading data receiving module (22), a supply chain data forwarding module (23), a training performance calculating module (24) and a supply chain data recording module (25);
the practical training instruction receiving and displaying module (31) of the practical training operating machine (3) receives and displays an instruction for starting practical training operation, an instruction for simulating cargo inventory, an instruction for suspending practical training operation and an instruction for terminating practical training operation, which are issued by the practical training process control module (21) of the practical training management machine (2);
the logistics data input and upload module (32) of the practical training operating machine (3) is used for inputting and uploading basic information of the practical training group, simulated goods inventory data practical-trained by a logistics center, ordering intention data sent to other groups by the group, bargain order data replying ordering intentions of other groups, delivery order data in the logistics center, delivery order data sent to other groups by the group, and receipt data and warehousing order data after the group receives deliveries of other groups to the practical training data receiving module (22) of the practical training management machine (2);
a supply chain data receiving and displaying module (33) of the practical training operating machine (3) receives and displays order intention data sent to the practical training group from other practical training groups forwarded by a supply chain data forwarding module (23) of the practical training management machine (2), order-forming order data for feeding back order intentions sent by the practical training group, delivery order data sent to the practical training group by other practical training groups, sign-off data after the delivery of the practical training group is received, and simulated goods inventory data of each group;
the practical training performance display module (34) of the practical training operating machine (3) is used for receiving and displaying benefit indexes and efficiency index data of various practical training groups calculated and issued by the practical training performance calculation module (24) of the practical training management machine (2);
the logistics operation data recording module (35) of the practical training operation machine (3) and the supply chain data recording module (25) of the practical training management machine (2) are used for recording input data, received data and timestamps thereof;
each practical training group sends out ordering intention to other practical training groups through the local area network (1) and the practical training management machine (2) by using the practical training operation machine (3) of the practical training group according to the stock data of the simulated goods of other practical training groups;
the practical training groups receiving the ordering intention of other groups reply the corresponding deal orders respectively, the number of the simulated goods with the numbers in the deal orders is less than or equal to the number of the simulated goods with the corresponding numbers in the intention orders, then the simulated goods (4) with the corresponding numbers and the numbers are taken out from the simulated goods shelf (6) according to the deal orders and are sent to the practical training groups sending the ordering intention by the simulated transport means (5), and the stock data of the simulated goods are refreshed;
receiving the real training group of the simulated goods (4), checking the real training group, signing and refreshing the stock data of the simulated goods;
the practical training performance calculating module (24) of the practical training management machine (2) calculates the operation benefit of each practical training group by using the data in the supply chain data recording module (25), namely subtracting all operation expenses from the logistics distribution service income, wherein the service income is equal to the finished simulated cargo distribution amount multiplied by the distribution service rate, and the operation expenses comprise various expenses and costs: warehousing cost, distribution cost, delivery cost, stock shortage cost of the part of the committed order which does not meet the intention order, extra super-storage warehousing cost caused by the fact that the stock of the simulated goods (4) of the logistics center exceeds the total capacity of the simulated goods shelf (6), cost caused by operation errors and fixed cost of the logistics center; the operating efficiency of each training group is calculated by using logistics data and time stamps uploaded by each training group stored in a supply chain data recording module (25), and the training performance data of each training group is issued to a training performance display module (34) of a training operating machine (3).

The logistics center practical training platform based on the simulated supply chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the basic information of the practical training group input by the logistics data input and upload module (32) comprises a practical training group name, group member names and school numbers, member intra-group division labor, simulated goods inventory data of practical training of a logistics center comprises numbers of all simulated shelves (6) and numbers and quantity of simulated goods (4) on the numbered simulated shelves, ordering intention data sent by the group to other groups comprise object group names and various simulated goods numbers and quantity of ordered goods, the ordering intention quantity of any numbered simulated goods cannot be larger than the displayed inventory quantity or ordering upper limit specified by the practical training management machine (2), and otherwise, warning data of the logistics data input and upload module (32) is invalid; the data of the orders of the other groups which reply to the order intentions comprises various simulated goods numbers of the order intentions and the original direction quantity or the quantity of the order decreases, the data of the delivery order in the logistics center is the numbers and the quantities of all the simulated goods which are gathered by one order of the delivery order or a batch of orders of the delivery order, the data of the delivery order which is delivered to other groups by the group comprises the name of the group of delivery objects, the number of the simulated transport means (5) and the number and the quantity of the delivered simulated goods, and the data of the receipt after the group receives the delivery of other groups is the serial number of the delivery order.

The logistics center practical training platform based on the simulated supply chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the practical training operating machine (3) is connected with a bar code reader (301), the practical training of the logistics center is provided with bar codes representing numbers of simulated goods (4), simulated transport means (5) and simulated shelves (6), and bar code data of the simulated goods (4), the simulated transport means (5) and the simulated shelves (6) which are recognized by the bar code reader (301) are transmitted to the logistics data input and uploading module (32).

The logistics center practical training platform based on the simulated supply chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein: each practical training group uploading data receiving module (22) of the practical training management machine (2) receives basic information of the practical training groups uploaded by each practical training group, stock data of simulated goods, ordering intention data sent to other practical training groups, deal order data replying ordering intentions of other practical training groups, delivery order data in a logistics center, delivery order data for delivering goods to other practical training groups, sign-off data and warehousing order data after delivery of other practical training groups are received, and the data and the received time stamps are stored in a supply chain data recording module (25) and serial numbers are compiled according to the time stamps.

The logistics center practical training platform based on the simulated supply chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the logistics data input and upload module (32) of the practical training operating machine (3) cannot perform the operation of the next service data before one service data input and upload operation is not completed, wherein the one service data refers to basic information of a practical training group, or simulated goods inventory data, or ordering intention data, or transaction order data, or delivery receipt data, or warehousing order data.

step 4) each practical training group receives ordering intentions of other practical training groups, selects to confirm the ordering number of all intentions or selects to reduce the supply quantity of some simulated goods but to bear the shortage cost, forms a finished order and forwards the finished order to the corresponding practical training group through the practical training manager (2); the original stock data of the supply training group is subtracted by the transaction order data to form new stock data, and the new stock data is sent to other training operation machines through the training management machine (2);
step 5), processing the training groups into delivery orders in a batch or single-sheet mode, forming simulated goods delivery orders according to the data of the delivery orders, uploading the simulated goods delivery orders to the training management machine (2), combining the delivery orders by the training groups according to the loading capacity of the logistics center simulated transport means (5) to form delivery orders, and sending the delivery orders to the corresponding training operation machine (3) through the training management machine (2);

step 8), the received simulated goods (4) are placed into a corresponding simulated goods shelf (6) by the goods receiving training group, the number of the simulated goods shelf and the number of the placed simulated goods are input to form a warehousing entry, the warehousing entry and the current inventory data are added to form new inventory data, and the new inventory data are uploaded to the training management machine (2) and forwarded to each of other training operation machines (3);
and 9) returning to the step 3), successfully constructing a logistics center practical training platform based on the simulated supply chain and continuously operating until the practical training management machine (2) sends out an instruction of finishing practical training operation.

The method for constructing the logistics center practical training platform based on the simulated supply chain according to claim 8, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step 7), after the simulated goods (4) are delivered, when the receiving training group checks and finds errors, the receiving training management machine refuses to sign off and uploads the received simulated goods to the training management machine (2), the training management machine (2) records the information of refusing to sign off and the uploading time, and the data are used for calculating the cost caused by the operation errors.
