Abstract

本发明公开了一种投影显示设备,包括壳体和可拆卸式壳盖,所述壳体内设有光源装置、光学转换装置、设有视频输入接口的驱动板、设有电源接口的电源电路板和喇叭,其侧面部设有前侧排风口和后侧排风口,下端设有支脚;所述光源装置通过导线与所述驱动板和电源电路板连接;所述驱动板和电源电路板通过导线连接;所述喇叭通过导线与所述电源电路板连接;所述光源装置与所述散热器连接;所述光源灯电路板、电源电路板、喇叭旁边设有通风风扇。本发明通过在光源灯、光源灯电路板和电源电路板处设置金属铝制散热器和通风风扇,具备优秀的散热效果,同时提高了散热的稳定性和安全性。

一种投影显示设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示设备,尤其是涉及一种投影显示设备。
背景技术
目前,投影仪通常是将驱动板板与光源、光机等设置在壳体内,光源产生的热量会对驱动板产生较大的影响,使得光源灯板的散热受到较大限制,当驱动板上的热敏电阻(NTC)达到一定温度时,会触发投影仪过高温度关机保护功能,但一定程度上限制了投影仪工作的环境温度并影响用户正常使用。再者,驱动板与风扇间有其他部件阻隔,对散热气流通道带来阻隔,使得风扇对光源灯板的散热效果较差,且难以形成有效风流。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种投影显示设备,该设备通过在光源灯、驱动板和电源电路板处设置金属铝制散热器和通风风扇,具备优秀的散热效果,同时提高了散热的稳定性和安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种投影显示设备,包括壳体和可拆卸式壳盖,所述壳体内设有光源装置、光学转换装置、设有视频输入接口的驱动板、设有电源接口的电源电路板和喇叭,其侧面部设有前侧排风口和后侧排风口,下端设有支脚;所述光源装置通过导线与所述驱动板和电源电路板连接;所述驱动板和电源电路板通过导线连接;所述喇叭通过导线与所述电源电路板连接;所述光源装置与所述散热器连接;所述光源灯电路板、电源电路板、喇叭旁边设有通风风扇。
作为一种优化方案,所述光源装置设有反光斗;所述反光斗内设有与散热器固定连接的光源灯。
作为一种优化方案,所述光学转换装置设有依次设于所述光源装置的出光光路上的菲涅尔镜、液晶屏、聚光镜、反射镜和内设有第一投射镜、第二投射镜的投射灯;所述液晶屏通过导线与所述驱动板、电源电路板连接;所述投射灯与所述壳体活动连接。
作为一种优化方案,所述可拆卸式壳盖的顶面部设有开关按键和多功能按键。
作为一种优化方案,所述开关按键和多功能按键通过致动挺杆与所述驱动板上的按钮对应连接。
作为一种优化方案,所述光源灯为LED灯。
作为一种优化方案,所述聚光镜可旋转调节。
作为一种优化方案,所述投射灯上设有灯盖。
作为一种优化方案,所述排风口设有防尘海绵。
作为一种优化方案,所述散热器由金属铝制成。
作为一种优化方案,所述支脚可调节高度。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用金属铝制散热器和通风风扇组成的光源散热系统,有效将投影仪工作时光源灯和电源电路板上产生的热量排出,避免温度过高造成投影仪内部电子元件的损坏,同时采用具有优秀散热效果的铝制散热器,散热器在工作过程中不会产生噪声,而且投影仪对工作环境温度要求更为轻松,同时不会造成成本增加的问题。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述,需要说明的是,本实施例以本技术方案为前提,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围并不限于本实施例。
如图1-图5所示,一种投影显示设备,包括壳体1和可拆卸式壳盖17,所述壳体1内设有光源装置4、光学转换装置7、散热器2、设有视频输入接口12的驱动板8、设有电源接口11的电源电路板5 和喇叭6,其侧面部设有前侧排风口13和后侧排风口14,下端设有支脚10;所述光源装置4通过导线与所述驱动板8和电源电路板5 连接;所述驱动板8和电源电路板5通过导线连接;所述喇叭6通过导线与所述电源电路板5连接;所述光源装置4与所述散热器2连接;所述驱动板8、电源电路板5、喇叭6旁设有通风风扇3;所述前侧排风口13设于所述散热器旁;所述驱动板8上设有处理图像信号的芯片;所述电源电路板5上设有镇流器。
进一步的,所述光源装置设有反光斗42;所述反光斗42内设有与散热器2固定连接的光源灯41;所述光学转换装7置设有依次设于所述光源装置的出光光路上的菲涅尔镜71、液晶屏72、聚光镜73、反射镜74和内设有第一投射镜751、第二投射镜752的投射灯75;所述投射灯75与所述壳体1活动连接,可用于旋转改变第一投射镜 751和第二投射镜752之间的焦距;所述液晶屏72通过导线与所述驱动板8、电源电路板5连接;所述可拆卸式壳盖17的顶面部设有开关按键15和多功能按键16,所述开关按键15和多功能按键16通过致动挺杆与所述驱动板8上的按钮对应连接;所述聚光镜72可通过聚光镜控制旋钮9旋转调节,补充光量,将光线聚焦于被检物体上,以得到最好的照明效果;所述光源灯为LED灯,采用LED灯作为光源灯不仅节能省电,发光光度强,而且使用寿命也长;所述投射灯74 上设有灯盖743,在投影结束后,合上灯盖743,可防止投射镜片上积灰;所述排风口设有防尘海绵,有效过滤灰尘进入壳体1内部;所述散热器2由金属铝制成,铝具优秀的散热性能;所述支脚10可调节高度,根据需要可上下调节投影画面位置以便于使用者观看。
实施例1、将电源接口与外部电源连接,打开电源开关,电流经电源电路板5点亮电源灯,由于电源电路板5上设有镇流器,可控制电源的输出,以便有选择的设定输出功率,接着,将要投影的视频设备连接到视频输入接口12,图像数据经过驱动板8上的芯片调制后传输到液晶屏72上重新合成彩色图像,此时由光源灯41发出来的白光经过菲涅尔镜71聚焦后投射到液晶屏72上,放大了液晶屏72上的图像,最后液晶屏72上的图像经过聚光镜73、反光镜74和投射灯75的透镜后投射到外部屏幕上,其中,根据需要,聚光镜73可旋转调节,改变聚光量,投射灯75可转动,调节第一投射镜751和第二投射镜752的焦距,以达到最佳的投影效果,喇叭6与电源电路板 5连接,由电源电路板6供电,在使用过程中可播放投影画面中的音频,散热器2和通风风扇3将光源灯41、电源电路板5、驱动板8和喇叭6上产生的热量通过前侧排风口13和后侧排风口14排出,实现散热效果。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可以根据以上的技术方案和构思,作出各种相应的改变和变形,而所有的这些改变和变形都应该包括在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种投影显示设备,包括壳体和可拆卸式壳盖,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有光源装置、光学转换装置、设有视频输入接口的驱动板、设有电源接口的电源电路板和喇叭,其侧面部设有前侧排风口和后侧排风口,下端设有支脚;所述光源装置通过导线与所述驱动板和电源电路板连接;所述驱动板和电源电路板通过导线连接;所述喇叭通过导线与所述电源电路板连接;所述光源装置与所述散热器连接;所述光源灯电路板、电源电路板、喇叭旁边设有通风风扇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述光源装置设有反光斗;所述反光斗内设有与电源电路板连接的光源灯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述光学转换装置设有依次设于所述光源装置的出光光路上的菲涅尔镜、液晶屏、聚光镜、反射镜和内设有第一投射镜、第二投射镜的投射灯;所述液晶屏通过导线与所述驱动板、电源电路板连接;所述投射灯与所述壳体活动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述可拆卸式壳盖的顶面部设有开关按键和多功能按键。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述开关按键和多功能按键通过致动挺杆与所述驱动板上的按钮对应连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述光源灯为LED灯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述聚光镜可旋转调节。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述排风口设有防尘海绵。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述散热器由金属铝制成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影显示设备,其特征在于,所述支脚可调节高度。
