a receiving unit 501, configured to receive a print migration request carrying a file to be printed and sent by a first printing device; the file to be printed is a print file which is not completed by the first printing equipment when the first printing equipment detects a printing fault;
the allocating unit 502 is configured to allocate the file to be printed to a target printing device, so that the target printing device prints the file to be printed after receiving the file to be printed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the print migration request further carries an identifier and/or address information of the first printing device, and at least one of an identifier and/or address information of a terminal corresponding to the file to be printed and a print parameter corresponding to the file to be printed; and the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed is the terminal which requests the first printing device to print the file to be printed.
Optionally, the identification of the first printing device is a physical address and/or an IP address of the first printing device; the position information of the first printing device is first mark information of the geographical position of the first printing device and/or the geographical position of the first printing device; the first mark information includes a house number and/or a seat number where the first printing apparatus is located;
the identifier of the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed is the physical address and/or the IP address of the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed; the position information of the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed is second mark information of the geographical position of the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed; the second marking information comprises a house number and/or a seat number of a terminal corresponding to the file to be printed;
the printing parameters include at least one of page size, paper type, layout, printing quality, image processing method, and number of copies.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first and second substrates are,
the receiving unit 501 is further configured to: receiving a fault message sent by the first printing equipment; the fault message is a message generated by the first printing device when the first printing device detects a printing fault and used for indicating that the first printing device is in fault;
the server further comprises: and the sending unit is used for sending the identification and/or address information of the printing equipment to which the file to be printed is distributed to the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed after the distributing unit distributes the file to be printed to the target printing equipment.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the allocating unit 502 is specifically configured to:
screening out K printing devices with the minimum number of copies and/or total number of files to be printed in the printing devices which operate normally according to the received current state information sent by each printing device; the current state information also comprises the residual quantity of paper in a paper box of at least one printing device, the residual quantity of recording materials in an ink box and the running state of components, and the number of copies and/or the total number of the current files to be printed by the at least one printing device; k is a positive integer;
and distributing the files to be printed to the K printing devices so that the K printing devices perform printing processing on the distributed files to be printed.
Optionally, the file to be printed includes N printed files, and K is a fixed value, such as 1, 3, 4, 6, or other numerical value. Optionally, K = N/M, K, M, N is a positive integer.
Optionally, the print migration request further carries an identifier and/or address information of the first printing device, the identifier and/or address information of the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed, and the print parameter corresponding to the file to be printed; the allocating unit 502 allocates the file to be printed to the K printing devices, which specifically includes:

a calculating unit, configured to calculate a failure recovery time according to the reception time of the failure message and the reception time of the failure removal message; the fault elimination message is a message generated by the first printing device after the first printing device detects that the fault is eliminated and sent to the server;
a judging unit configured to judge whether the failure recovery time is less than a third threshold;
a sending unit, configured to send, by the server, a print stop instruction for a print file allocated to the target printing device when the failure recovery time is less than a third threshold, so that the target printing device receives the print stop instruction, and sends information of remaining files to be printed to the server; the information of the remaining files to be printed is the identification of the files which are not printed in the printing files distributed by the target printing equipment when the target printing equipment receives the printing stopping instruction;
the receiving unit 501 is further configured to: receiving information of the remaining files to be printed, and sending a printing request carrying the remaining files to be printed to the first printing device; the printing request carries printing parameters corresponding to the remaining files to be printed; and enabling the first printing device to receive the printing request and print the remaining printing files according to the printing parameters corresponding to the remaining files to be printed.
It should be noted that, in the server in the embodiment of the present invention, the function of the server in the embodiment of the method is implemented, and each functional unit in the server in the embodiment of the present invention may specifically refer to the relevant description in the embodiment of the method, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the first printing apparatus includes:
a detecting unit 601, configured to detect current state information and detect whether the first printing device fails according to the current state information;
a sending unit 602, configured to send a print migration request carrying a file to be printed to a server when it is detected that the first printing device fails, so that the server performs print processing on the file to be printed carried by the print migration request through a target printing device;
the file to be printed is a file which is not printed by the first printing device when the first printing device detects a printing fault.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the current state information includes a remaining amount of paper in a paper cassette, a remaining amount of recording material in an ink cartridge, and an operating state of a component; the detecting, by the first printing device, whether the first printing device malfunctions according to the current state information includes:
when the residual quantity of paper in the paper box is smaller than a first threshold value, the first printing device has a paper shortage fault;
when the ink remaining amount in the ink box is smaller than a second threshold value, the ink shortage of the first printing device is failed, and the first printing device is failed;
when the running state of the component is running error, the component of the first printing device is damaged and fails, and the first printing device fails;
the sending unit 602 is further configured to: sending a fault message to the server; the fault message is a message generated by the first printing device when the first printing device detects a printing fault, and is used for indicating that the first printing device has a fault and/or a fault type.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
the sending unit 602 is further configured to: after the fault elimination is detected, sending a fault elimination message to the server, so that the server receives the fault elimination message and calculates fault recovery time according to the receiving time of the fault message and the receiving time of the fault elimination message, and when the fault recovery time is smaller than a third threshold value, sending a printing stopping instruction for a printing file distributed by the target printing equipment to the target printing equipment by the server, so that the target printing equipment receives the printing stopping instruction and sends information of the remaining files to be printed to the server; the information of the remaining files to be printed is the identification of the files which are not printed in the printing files distributed by the target printing equipment when the target printing equipment receives the printing stopping instruction; the server receives the information of the remaining files to be printed and sends a printing request carrying the remaining files to be printed to the first printing device; the printing request carries printing parameters corresponding to the remaining files to be printed;
the printing apparatus further includes a receiving unit 603, configured to receive the print request, and perform print processing on the remaining print files according to the print parameters corresponding to the remaining files to be printed.
It should be noted that, in the printing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention, the function of the first printing apparatus in the above method embodiment is implemented, and specific reference may be made to relevant descriptions in the above method embodiment for each functional unit in the printing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention, and no further description is given here.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the server includes at least one processor 701, a memory 702, and a communication interface 703, the processor 701 is connected to the memory 702 and the communication interface 703 through a bus 704, and the memory 702 is used for storing a computer program; the communication interface 703 is used for implementing data exchange with a communication peer; the processor 701 is configured to call the computer program stored in the memory to perform some or all of the steps involved in the server in the above method embodiments.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of another printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the printing apparatus includes at least one processor 801, a memory 802, and a communication interface 803, the processor 801 is connected to the memory 802 and the communication interface 803 through a bus 804, and the memory 802 is used for storing a computer program; the communication interface 803 is used for implementing data exchange with a communication counterpart terminal; the processor 801 is configured to call the computer program stored in the memory to perform some or all of the steps involved in the first printing device in the above method embodiments.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is merely a logical division, and the actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not executed. In addition, the indirect coupling or direct coupling or communication connection between each other shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units, and may be electrical or in other forms.

And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (8)

1. A method of outputting data, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives a printing migration request which is sent by a first printing device and carries a file to be printed; the file to be printed is a print file which is not completed by the first printing equipment when the first printing equipment detects a printing fault; the printing migration request also carries identification and/or address information of the first printing device, identification and/or address information of a terminal corresponding to the file to be printed, and at least one of printing parameters corresponding to the file to be printed; the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed is the terminal which requests the first printing device to print the file to be printed;
the server distributes the file to be printed to a target printing device, and the method comprises the following steps: the server screens out K printing devices with the minimum number of copies and/or total number of files to be printed currently in the printing devices which operate normally according to the received current state information sent by each printing device; k is a positive integer; the server respectively calculates the distances between the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed and the K printing devices according to the address information of the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed and the address information of the K printing devices, and determines the printing device closest to the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed as a target printing device; the server distributes the files to be printed to the target printing equipment respectively for printing;
the server sends the identification and/or address information of the printing equipment to which the file to be printed is distributed to the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed;
the server receives the fault message and the fault elimination message sent by the first printing device, and calculates fault recovery time according to the receiving time of the fault message and the receiving time of the fault elimination message; the fault message is a message generated by the first printing device when the first printing device detects a printing fault and used for indicating that the first printing device is in fault; the fault elimination message is a message generated by the first printing device after the first printing device detects that the fault is eliminated and sent to the server;
the server judges whether the fault recovery time is smaller than a third threshold value;
when the failure recovery time is smaller than a third threshold value, the server sends a printing stopping instruction for the printing file distributed by the target printing equipment to the target printing equipment, so that the target printing equipment receives the printing stopping instruction and sends information of the remaining files to be printed to the server; the information of the remaining files to be printed is the identification of the files which are not printed in the distributed printing files of the target printing device when the target printing device receives the printing stopping instruction;
the server receives the information of the remaining files to be printed and sends a printing request carrying the remaining files to be printed to the first printing device; and enabling the first printing device to receive the printing request and print the remaining files to be printed according to the printing request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the current status information further includes a remaining amount of paper in a paper cassette of at least one printing apparatus, a remaining amount of recording material in an ink cartridge, and an operation status of components, and a number of copies and/or a total number of sheets of a document to be currently printed by the at least one printing apparatus.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the print request carries print parameters corresponding to the remaining files to be printed; and the printing request is used for indicating the first printing equipment to receive the printing request and printing the remaining files to be printed according to the printing parameters corresponding to the remaining files to be printed.
4. A method of outputting data, the method comprising:
detecting current state information by the first printing equipment;
the first printing equipment detects whether the first printing equipment fails according to the current state information;
when detecting that the first printing device fails, the first printing device sends a print migration request carrying a file to be printed to a server, so that the server performs print processing on the file to be printed carried by the print migration request through a target printing device, including: the server screens out K printing devices with the minimum number of copies and/or total number of files to be printed currently in the printing devices which operate normally according to the received current state information sent by each printing device; k is a positive integer; the server respectively calculates the distances between the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed and the K printing devices according to the address information of the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed and the address information of the K printing devices, and determines the printing device closest to the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed as a target printing device; the server distributes the files to be printed to the target printing equipment respectively for printing; the server sends the identification and/or address information of the printing equipment to which the file to be printed is distributed to the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed;
the file to be printed is a file which is not printed by the first printing device when the first printing device detects a printing fault; the printing migration request also carries identification and/or address information of the first printing device, identification and/or address information of a terminal corresponding to the file to be printed, and at least one of printing parameters corresponding to the file to be printed; the terminal corresponding to the file to be printed is the terminal which requests the first printing device to print the file to be printed;
when detecting that the first printing device fails, the first printing device further generates and sends a failure message to a server; the fault message is used for indicating that the first printing equipment has faults;
the first printing device sends a fault elimination message to the server after detecting that the fault is eliminated, so that the server receives the fault elimination message, calculates fault recovery time according to the receiving time of the fault message and the receiving time of the fault elimination message, and sends a printing stopping instruction of a printing file distributed to the target printing device when the fault recovery time is smaller than a third threshold value, so that the target printing device receives the printing stopping instruction and sends information of the remaining files to be printed to the server; the information of the remaining files to be printed is the identification of the files which are not printed in the distributed printing files of the target printing device when the target printing device receives the printing stopping instruction; the server receives the information of the remaining files to be printed and sends a printing request carrying the remaining files to be printed to the first printing device;
and the first printing equipment receives the printing request and performs printing processing on the remaining files to be printed according to the printing request.

The method according to claim 4, wherein the current state information includes a remaining amount of paper in a paper cassette, a remaining amount of recording material in an ink cartridge, and an operating state of a component; the detecting, by the first printing device, whether the first printing device malfunctions according to the current state information includes:
when the residual quantity of paper in the paper box is smaller than a first threshold value, the first printing device has a paper shortage fault;
when the ink remaining amount in the ink box is smaller than a second threshold value, the ink shortage of the first printing device is failed, and the first printing device is failed;
when the running state of the component is running error, the component of the first printing device is damaged and fails, and the first printing device fails;
the method further comprises the following steps: the first printing device sends a fault message to the server; the fault message is a message generated by the first printing device when the first printing device detects a printing fault, and is used for indicating that the first printing device has a fault and/or a fault type.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
the printing request carries printing parameters corresponding to the remaining files to be printed;
and performing printing processing on the remaining files to be printed according to the printing request, wherein the printing processing comprises the following steps: and printing the remaining files to be printed according to the printing parameters corresponding to the remaining files to be printed.
7. A server, characterized in that the server comprises functional units for implementing the data output method according to any of claims 1-3.
8. A printing apparatus, characterized in that the printing apparatus comprises functional units for implementing the data output method according to any of claims 4-6.
