The invention also provides a heavy oil cleaning agent prepared by the preparation method.
According to the technical scheme, the heavy oil cleaning agent is prepared by mixing water, citric acid, sodium metasilicate, diethanolamine, pine oil, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and tetrasodium pyrophosphate according to a certain proportion, so that the heavy oil cleaning agent prepared by mixing the materials can effectively clean heavy oil, and the problem of difficulty in cleaning due to over-thick accumulated oil stains is greatly solved.

According to the design, the heavy oil cleaning agent is prepared by mixing water, citric acid, sodium metasilicate, diethanolamine, pine oil, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and tetrasodium pyrophosphate according to a certain proportion, so that the heavy oil cleaning agent prepared by mixing the materials can effectively clean heavy oil, and the problem that the cleaning is difficult due to over-thick oil stain accumulation is greatly avoided.

the citric acid is 50-200 parts by weight, the sodium metasilicate is 10-80 parts by weight, the diethanolamine is 10-50 parts by weight, the pine oil is 10-30 parts by weight, the disodium edetate is 50-100 parts by weight, and the tetrasodium pyrophosphate is 10-80 parts by weight, relative to 1000 parts by weight of the water.

The mixing process may be conducted under mixing conditions conventionally employed in the art, although in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the temperature of the mixing process is 40-60 deg.C in order to further enhance the mixing effect and thus greatly enhance the cleaning effect of the heavy oil cleaning agent.
The mixing process may be carried out in a manner conventional in the art, for example, in a preferred embodiment, the mixing process may be stirred mixing at a stirring rate of 200-400 r/min.
The invention also provides a heavy oil cleaning agent prepared by the preparation method.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, the citric acid, the sodium metasilicate, the diethanolamine, the pine oil, the disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, and the tetrasodium pyrophosphate are conventional commercial products.
Example 1
1000g of water, 80g of citric acid, 30g of sodium metasilicate, 20g of diethanolamine, 15g of pine oil, 70g of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and 40g of tetrasodium pyrophosphate are stirred and mixed at the temperature of 40 ℃ at the stirring speed of 200r/min to prepare the heavy oil cleaning agent A1.
Example 2
1000g of water, 150g of citric acid, 60g of sodium metasilicate, 40g of diethanolamine, 25g of pine oil, 90g of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and 60g of tetrasodium pyrophosphate are stirred and mixed at the temperature of 60 ℃ at the stirring speed of 400r/min to prepare the heavy oil cleaning agent A2.
Example 3
1000g of water, 120g of citric acid, 50g of sodium metasilicate, 30g of diethanolamine, 20g of pine oil, 80g of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and 50g of tetrasodium pyrophosphate are stirred and mixed at the temperature of 50 ℃ at the stirring speed of 300r/min to prepare the heavy oil cleaning agent A3.
Example 4
The heavy oil cleaning agent A4 was prepared according to the preparation method of example 1, except that 50g of citric acid, 10g of sodium metasilicate, 10g of diethanolamine, 10g of pine oil, 50g of disodium edetate and 10g of tetrasodium pyrophosphate were used.
Example 5
The heavy oil cleaning agent A5 was prepared according to the preparation method of example 2, except that the citric acid was used in an amount of 200g, the sodium metasilicate was used in an amount of 80g, the diethanolamine was used in an amount of 50g, the pine oil was used in an amount of 30g, the disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate was used in an amount of 100g, and the tetrasodium pyrophosphate was used in an amount of 80 g.
Comparative example 1
The preparation was carried out according to the preparation method of example 3 except that the amount of citric acid was 20g, the amount of sodium metasilicate was 5g, the amount of diethanolamine was 5g, the amount of pine oil was 5g, the amount of disodium edetate was 20g, and the amount of tetrasodium pyrophosphate was 5g, to obtain cleaning agent D1.
Comparative example 2
The preparation was carried out according to the preparation method of example 3, except that the amount of citric acid was 300g, the amount of sodium metasilicate was 100g, the amount of diethanolamine was 80g, the amount of pine oil was 50g, the amount of disodium edetate was 120g, and the amount of tetrasodium pyrophosphate was 100g, to obtain cleaning agent D2.
Test example
After the metal sheet with the surface deposited with the greasy dirt is placed in the prepared A1-A5, D1 and D2 to be soaked for 10min, the metal sheet is washed clean by water, and the greasy dirt condition of the metal surface is detected, and the obtained results are shown in Table 1.

The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the citric acid is contained in an amount of 80-150 parts by weight, the sodium metasilicate is contained in an amount of 30-60 parts by weight, the diethanolamine is contained in an amount of 20-40 parts by weight, the pine oil is contained in an amount of 15-25 parts by weight, the disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate is contained in an amount of 70-90 parts by weight, and the tetrasodium pyrophosphate is contained in an amount of 40-60 parts by weight, with respect to 1000 parts by weight of the water.

The preparation method of the heavy oil cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing water, citric acid, sodium metasilicate, diethanolamine, pine oil, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and tetrasodium pyrophosphate to prepare a heavy oil cleaning agent; wherein,
