背景技术
病房呼叫系统是病人请求医护人员进行诊断或护理的紧急呼叫工具,它将病人的请求快速传送给值班医生或护士,现有的呼叫系统主要由病人按下按键实现呼叫,不适用于行动不便的重症病人,呼叫的方式单一无法使医护人员快速理解病人需要什么样的护理,医护人员接收到呼叫信号后还要与病人作进一步沟通才能确认病人具体需求,工作效率较低,即便有语音呼叫系统供病人与医护人员实时沟通,但并不适合语言表达存在障碍和身体极度虚弱无法正常进行语言表述的重症病人,同时语音输入的声音会影响到其他病人。
发明内容
本发明提供一种重症病人呼叫系统,其克服了背景技术所述的不足之处。

本发明包括头戴式设备和呼叫系统本体,所述呼叫系统本体包括头部运动检测模块、眼睑眨动检测模块、通信模块和供电模块;所述头部运动检测模块通过空中姿态传感器采集头部位置的相对变化,并通过通信模块将头部位置变化信号发送给病人端显示屏,使病人端显示屏的屏幕光标同步变化,通过光标实现唤醒病人端显示屏,激活滚屏菜单模式的功能;所述眼睑眨动检测模块通过光电位移传感器采集眼睑移动的距离和时间,并通过通信模块将眼睑移动的距离和时间变化信号发送给病人端显示屏,当眼睑移动的距离达到预设的距离,且时间大于预设的时间时,认定为确认键功能有效,通过确认键实现选择滚动屏菜单中的不同服务的功能;通信模块通过蓝牙将头部运动检测模块采集到的头部位置变化信号和眼睑眨动检测模块采集到的眼睑移动的距离和时间变化信号发送给病人端显示屏,实现唤醒显示屏,激活滚屏菜单模式,选择不同服务需求的功能,所述病人端显示屏安装在病床上位于病人头部上方,病人选择的呼叫服务通过有线或无线网络发送给护士站显示屏;供电模块为头部运动检测模块、眼睑眨动检测模块、和通信模块供电。
本发明的头戴式设备包括但不限于眼镜、帽子、耳机、发夹、发簪、头带,且所述呼叫系统本体可拆卸安装在所述头戴式设备上。

本发明的有益效果是:帮助重症病人通过头部运动和眼部运动实现呼叫,以头戴式设备为辅助工具方便携带,可在不同的头戴式设备之间拆卸和安装,适用的头戴式设备范围广,适用的场景多;相比由病人按下按键实现呼叫,本发明适用行动不便的重症病人,呼叫的服务需求明确,辅助提高医护人员工作效率;相比语音呼叫系统供病人与医护人员实时沟通,无需进行语言输入就可以实现需求表达具体化,适合语言表达存在障碍和身体极度虚弱无法正常进行语言表述的重症病人,同时不会影响其他病人,本发明采用蓝牙通信实现呼叫,病人免受传统有线通信的限制,具有较高的自由度。

实施例,参见图1所示,本发明的一种重症病人呼叫系统的工作原理是通过将头部位置的相对变化和眼睑移动的距离和时间分别转化为电信号,再通过蓝牙将电信号发送至病人端显示屏,将病人选择的呼叫服务需求通过有线或者无线网络传输到护士站显示屏,医护人员根据病人需求护理病人。

光电位移传感器A5030及外围元件构成眼睑眨动检测模块,用以实现病人端显示屏确认键,通过确认键选择所需护理服务的功能;其1脚是串行数据输出端与蓝牙CC2540的37脚连接实现SPI串行数据输出,3脚复位端与蓝牙 CC2540的20脚连接实现复位,4脚片选端与蓝牙CC2540的6脚连接实现SPI 片选,5脚串行时钟端与蓝牙CC2540的5脚连接实现SPI串行时钟,8脚串行数据输入端与蓝牙CC2540的38脚连接实现SPI串行数据输入,2脚是光电二极管输入端,6脚是电源地,7脚是电源端;当用户上眼睑眨动时,光电位移传感器A5030采集眼睑移动的距离和时间,当移动的距离达到闭眼的距离,且时间大于500毫秒时,认定为确认键功能有效,通过确认键实现选择滚动屏菜单中的不同服务的功能。
空中姿态传感器MPU6000集成了3轴陀螺仪,3轴加速度计,陀螺仪和加速度计分别用了三个16位的ADC,将其测量的模拟量转化为可输出的数字量,空中姿态传感器MPU6000与外围元件构成头部运动检测模块,用以实现病人端显示屏光标移动定位,通过光标实现唤醒病人端显示屏,激活滚屏菜单模式的功能;空中姿态传感器MPU6000的1脚可选的外部时钟输入,6脚I2C主串行数据未使用,7脚I2C主串行时钟未使用,8脚与蓝牙CC2540的6脚连接实现SPI片选,9脚与蓝牙CC2540的37脚连接实现SPI串行数据输出,10脚校准滤波电容连线,11脚帧同步数字输入未使用,12脚中断数字输出未使用, 13脚电源端,18脚电源地,19、21-22脚预留未使用,20脚电荷泵电容连线,23脚与蓝牙CC2540的5脚连接实现SPI串行时钟,24脚与蓝牙CC2540的38 脚连接实现SPI串行数据输入,2-5、14-17脚不接;该电路图设计使得空中姿态传感器MPU6000通过SPI串口与蓝牙CC2540进行通信,移动头部时,空中姿态传感器MPU6000采集头部上、下、左、右的相对变化,并将变化信号发送给病人端显示屏,使屏幕光标同步变化,通过光标实现唤醒病人端显示屏,激活滚屏菜单模式的功能。
蓝牙CC2540及外围元件构成通信模块,用以实现无线通信功能,1脚数字接地,10、39脚数字电源端,40脚电源去耦。21、24、27-29、31脚模拟电源端,5-6、37-38脚SPI串口端,20脚复位端,22-23脚外接32MHz晶体振荡器,32-33脚外接32.768KHz晶体振荡器,25-26脚天线端,18脚对码开关,19 脚指示端,30脚参考电流设置端。
空中姿态传感器MPU6000和光电位移传感器A5030通过SPI串口与蓝牙 CC2540进行通信,中姿态传感器MPU6000发出光标移动定位信号,光电位移传感器A5030发出功能确认信号,蓝牙将信号发送给病人端显示屏,完成唤醒病人端显示屏,激活滚屏菜单模式,并选择呼叫服务的功能。
本实施例中所述重症病人呼叫系统的供电模块6的电路原理图参见图3,线性充电管理控制器MCP73831与外围电路构成锂电池充电管理电路,将线性充电管理控制器MCP73831的1脚与2脚串联再连接电源端和电容C101,实现输入端滤波;3脚串联电阻R101与发光二极管D101后串联4脚接地,5脚不接,6脚通过电容C102与串联好的7脚和8脚连接,实现输出端滤波;D102 是共阴极二极管,可满足充电与供电同时进行,D101是发光二极管作为充电指示,SW1是电源开关实现虚拟鼠标的开关,BAT是电池接口用来接入电池;电压调整器RT9193与外围电路构成稳压电路,将RT9193的1脚是输出端与电容C105、电容C106、电阻R102的一端连接,电容C105与电容C106的另一端与地端连接,电阻的另一端与电源端连接,实现输出端滤波;2脚是输入端连接已经并联好的电容C102与C103,实现输入端滤波;该供电模块6为头部运动检测模块3、眼睑眨动检测模块4、通信模块5供电。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种重症病人呼叫系统,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:包括头戴式设备、呼叫系统本体、病人端显示屏和护士站显示屏;所述呼叫系统本体包括头部运动检测模块、眼睑眨动检测模块、通信模块和供电模块;所述头部运动检测模块通过空中姿态传感器采集头部位置的相对变化,并通过通信模块将头部位置变化信号发送给病人端显示屏,使病人端显示屏的屏幕光标同步变化,通过光标实现唤醒病人端显示屏,激活滚屏菜单模式的功能;所述眼睑眨动检测模块通过光电位移传感器采集眼睑移动的距离和时间,并通过通信模块将眼睑移动的距离和时间变化信号发送给病人端显示屏,当眼睑移动的距离达到预设的距离,且时间大于预设的时间时,认定为确认键功能有效,通过确认键实现选择滚动屏菜单中的不同服务的功能;通信模块通过蓝牙将头部运动检测模块采集到的头部位置变化信号和眼睑眨动检测模块采集到的眼睑移动的距离和时间变化信号发送给病人端显示屏,实现唤醒显示屏,激活滚屏菜单模式,选择不同服务需求的功能,所述病人端显示屏安装在病床上位于病人头部上方,病人选择的呼叫服务通过有线或无线网络发送给护士站显示屏;供电模块为头部运动检测模块、眼睑眨动检测模块、和通信模块供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:所述的头戴式设备包括但不限于眼镜、帽子、耳机、发夹、发簪、头带,且所述呼叫系统本体可拆卸安装在所述头戴式设备上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:所述呼叫系统本体还具有充电接口、电源开关、眼睑眨动检测采集口采集口、蓝牙对码开关、蓝牙对码指示、头部运动检测采集口,充电接口、电源开关、蓝牙对码开关、蓝牙对码指示设置在呼叫系统本体的侧边,所述眼睑眨动检测采集口设置在呼叫系统本体上正对人体眼睛的位置。
4.根根据权利要求2所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:所述的头戴式设备为眼镜,所述眼镜具有镜框与镜腿,所述呼叫系统本体的下端具有连接支架,所述连接支架可拆卸的安装在所述镜框和/或镜腿上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:所述头部位置变化信号包括头部上、下、左、右和/或倾斜的相对变化信号。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:所述空中姿态传感器的型号为MPU6000,其8脚片选与所述通信模块的蓝牙连接实现SPI片选,9脚串行数据输出与蓝牙连接实现SPI串行数据输出,23脚串行时钟与蓝牙连接实现SPI串行时钟,24脚串行数据输入与蓝牙连接实现SPI串行数据输入,10脚校准滤波电容连线,13脚电源端,18脚电源地,20脚电荷泵电容连线。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:所述光电位移传感器的型号为CC2540,其1脚是串行数据输出端与所述通信模块的蓝牙连接实现SPI串行数据输出,3脚复位端与蓝牙连接实现复位,4脚片选端与蓝牙连接实现SPI片选,5脚串行时钟端与蓝牙连接实现SPI串行时钟,8脚串行数据输入端与蓝牙连接实现SPI串行数据输入,2脚是光电二极管输入端,6脚是电源地,7脚是电源端。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:病人端显示屏为触摸、光标两用液晶屏,触摸模式采用窗口菜单,将所需功能按键显示在窗口上,供陪护人员使用,光标模式采用滚屏菜单,供病人使用。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:所述蓝牙的型号为CC2540,所述光电位移传感器和所述空中姿态传感器通过蓝牙CC2540的SPI串口进行通信,其1脚数字接地,10、39脚数字电源端,40脚电源去耦,21、24、27-29、31脚模拟电源端,5-6、37-38脚SPI串口端,20脚复位端,22-23脚外接32MHz晶体振荡器,32-33脚外接32.768KHz晶体振荡器,25-26脚天线端,18脚对码开关,19脚指示端,30脚参考电流设置端。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种重症病人呼叫系统,其特征在于:所述供电模块包括线性充电管理控制器MCP73831、电压调整器RT9193、共阴极二极管、发光二极管、电源开关、电池接口;线性充电管理控制器MCP73831的1脚与2脚串联再连接电源端和电容一端,电容另一端接地,实现滤波;3脚串联电阻与发光二极管后串联4脚接地,6脚通过电容与串联好的7脚和8脚连接,实现滤波,共阴极二极管,以满足充电与供电同时进行;发光二极管作为充电指示;电源开关实现虚拟鼠标的开关;电池接口用来接入电池,电压调整器RT9193与外围电路构成稳压电路,电压调整器RT9193的1脚与两个并联电容,电阻的一端连接,电阻另一端连接电源端,实现滤波,2脚与两个并联电容连接,实现滤波。
