提供了一种接入方法,应用于一用户设备。该接入方法包括:获取所述用户设备要接入到的基站的初始接收目标功率;基于所述初始接收目标功率设置所述用户设备的初始接入信号的候选重发等级;从所述候选重发等级中选择用于所述用户设备的重发等级;按照所选择的重发等级向所述基站重发所述初始接入信号,以接入到所述网络。根据本公开实施例的接入技术方案使得用户设备以合适的重发方案来重发初始接入信号,从而增加谱利用效率、并节约用户设备的发射功率。
