Optionally, please refer to fig. 8, an end slot 41 may be further formed on the outer frame 31 to allow the wireless signal to pass through. Moreover, after the outer frame and the middle plate are combined, the shape of the middle frame of the mobile phone can be processed so as to flatten the interfaces at the two ends of the metal strip.
The invention can improve the processing efficiency of the mobile phone outer frame, reduce the processing time of the mobile phone outer frame, improve the material utilization rate and simultaneously improve the product quality of the mobile phone outer frame.
Different from the traditional mobile phone middle frame, the mobile phone middle frame is processed into two parts, namely the outer frame 31 and the middle plate 32, so that the whole material is not required to be processed to obtain the integrated outer frame in a complex way, the metal strip is simply prepared and then is directly bent to form the outer frame 31, and the middle plate 32 is arranged in the outer frame, so that the processing time is saved, the efficiency is improved, and the material utilization rate is also improved. Also, the outer frame 31 and the middle plate may be made of different materials. For example, in consideration of cost and the fact that a high-hardness material is not required inside the mobile phone, the middle plate 32 may be made of a low-cost material having no requirement on hardness, such as an aluminum-related material (or a titanium alloy), the outer frame 31 may be made of a high-hardness material (specifically, a titanium alloy), so that the mobile phone middle frame is firmer, less prone to deformation and scratching, and the high-hardness material itself has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength and the like, and does not need to be subjected to more surface treatment, so that the process of the mobile phone middle frame can be simplified.
